pH与氨氮对黄颡鱼幼鱼生长与肝脏超氧化物歧化酶的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1

为了解不同水体pH和氨氮组合对瓦氏黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus vachelli)特定生长率(SGR),饲料效率(FE)和肝脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力的影响。实验采用中心复合设计与响应曲面法分析方法,利用瓦氏黄颡鱼幼鱼开展试验,养殖周期为7周。结果表明,水体氨氮对SGR,FE和肝脏SOD活力有显著影响;pH对SGR有显著影响。pH对SGR,FE和SOD活力存在显著的二次效应。氨氮浓度小于1.7 mg/L时对黄颡鱼生长无抑制作用;高氨氮与高pH环境对幼鱼的生长、饲料利用与肝脏SOD活力有明显的抑制作用。水体pH和氨氮水平分别为7.5和1 mg/L时,SGR、FE和SOD同时最优,分别为1.47%/d、1.71和97.9 U/(mg.prot),优化的可信度为0.836。建议在黄颡鱼养殖中,将pH与水体氨氮维持在7.0~8.0与0.1~1.7 mg/L内,从而保证黄颡鱼的正常生长与较强的抗氧化活性。  相似文献

养殖密度对宝石鲈生长性能和血液生化指标的影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
试验对循环水养殖系统中不同养殖密度宝石鲈(50,100,150,220尾/m3)的生长性能及血液生化指标进行比较.结果表明,150尾/m3组宝石鲈的生长较有优势,其特定生长率(1.61%/d)和存活率(89%)均较高,饲料系数较低(1.70);密度对血液中的谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶和胆红素的影响显著(P<0.05),随养殖密度增加其浓度呈上升趋势,均在220尾/m3密度组上升最多;密度对血清无机离子(钾、钠、氯、镁、磷)也有影响.综合认为循环水养殖条件下,150尾/m3养殖密度组宝石鲈生长效果较具优势.  相似文献

生物絮凝系统构建过程对吉富罗非鱼免疫酶和生长的影响   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
以循环水养殖为对照组,研究了生物絮凝系统构建过程对初始体质量为(24.17±2.49)g吉富罗非鱼(GIFT,Oreochromis niloticus)免疫酶活性和生长的影响。试验时间30 d。结果表明,生物絮凝构建过程中养殖水体中氨氮、亚硝氮呈现先上升后快速下降的趋势,氨氮质量浓度最高(60.98±7.23)mg/L,亚硝氮质量浓度最高(117.34±15.50)mg/L;实验组罗非鱼的肝胰脏、头肾、血液中碱性磷酸酶、溶菌酶以及总超氧化物歧化酶的活性与对照组均无显著差异;实验组罗非鱼特定生长率、肝体比、丰满度、蛋白质效率显著高于对照组(P0.05),饲料系数显著低于对照组(P0.05),增重率比对照组要高27.88%(P0.05),表明生物絮凝系统构建过程中吉富罗非鱼没有产生明显的应激反应,且生物絮凝养殖系统中罗非鱼的生长要优于循环水养殖系统。  相似文献

为了提高稻田养殖的效率,了解不同养殖密度对华南鲤(Cyprinus carpio rubrofuscus)幼鱼生长特性的影响,本研究在室内水族箱中养殖初始体质量约为0. 35 g、孵化三周的华南鲤幼鱼,密度分别为M1 (43. 48尾/m2)、M2 (86. 96尾/m2)、M3 (173. 91尾/m2)、M4(347. 83尾/m2)四个组,进行11周的养殖试验。试验结果表明,养殖密度对存活率无显著影响,但华南鲤幼鱼的体质量、体长、日增重(DWG)、净增重(NY)、肥满系数、变异系数(CV)和特定生长率(SGR)都随着养殖密度的增加而降低; M1组的体质量、体长、日增重、净增重、特定生长率均最大,其中日增重、净增重、特定生长率均与M2组无显著差异,但是M1组的变异系数较M2组要小。研究结果表明,此阶段华南鲤幼鱼最适养殖密度为M1 (43. 48尾/m2)。  相似文献

为查明慢性氨氮胁迫对"新吉富"罗非鱼幼鱼生长性能及血清生化指标的影响程度,采用实验生态学方法研究了5个氨氮质量浓度[0.016(对照组)、7.22、14.43、28.86、57.72 mg/L]下,体质量(38.6±0.2) g的"新吉富"罗非鱼选育系F_(20)幼鱼在30 d内生长性能和血清生化指标的动态变化。结果显示,经过30 d慢性氨氮胁迫,组间试验末体质量、特定生长率呈现随氨氮质量浓度升高而递减的趋势,对照组和7.22 mg/L组间差异不显著,并且这2组的生长性能显著高于其他3个试验组(P0.05);14.43、28.86、57.72 mg/L组两两间均存在显著差异(P0.05)。在0~10 d和10~20 d时段,对照组特定生长率最高;在20~30 d时段,7.22 mg/L组特定生长率最高。血清中酸性磷酸酶和碱性磷酸酶活性的动态变化趋势基本一致,即7.22、14.43 mg/L组的血清酸性磷酸酶和碱性磷酸酶活性分别在30 d和20 d时高于对照组,28.86、57.72 mg/L组的血清酸性磷酸酶和碱性磷酸酶活性在整个试验过程中均显著低于对照组(P0.05)。在10 d时,各组间血清谷丙转氨酶活性差异不显著;在20 d和30 d时,血清谷丙转氨酶活性呈现出随氨氮质量浓度升高而显著升高的趋势。结果表明,"新吉富"罗非鱼幼鱼对氨氮具有一定的耐受性,但氨氮胁迫质量浓度超出其耐受阈值后,其生长性能、血清生化指标均受到显著影响。  相似文献

采用中心复合实验设计(CCD)和响应曲面方法(response surface methodology,RSM),探讨了温度(18~37℃)和盐度(0~16)对吉富品系尼罗罗非鱼(Oreochromis miloticus)仔鱼生长和存活的联合影响.结果表明,本实验条件下,温度与盐度的一次与二次效应对特定生长率和存活率均有显著影响(P<0.05),随着温度或盐度的上升,生长与存活均呈先上升后下降的变化.温度与盐度间存在互作效应(P<0.05),温度为18~20℃时,仔鱼的特定生长率与存活率在盐度为8~9时较高;随着温度上升,27~32℃时,盐度为5~7时较高;高温环境时(35~37℃),盐度在4左右,生长与存活率较高.所考察因子与生长和存活率间的二次多项回归方程的决定系数分别达到0.979 6和0.982 l(P<0.01),可用于预测罗非鱼的生长与存活率;温度效应对生长的影响较盐度明显,而对存活率的影响则相反.通过对所建立的两个回归方程同时优化,得到2个因子的最佳组合为:温度29.1℃和盐度5.4,在此最佳因子组合下罗非鱼仔鱼的特定生长率与存活率达到最优,分别为10.08%.d-1和91.34%,其可靠性达0.973.建议罗非鱼仔鱼在本研究中得到的最优因子组合下进行培育,以提高生产效率.  相似文献

研究了饥饿与再投喂及不同投喂频率对条石鲷(Oplegnathus fasciatus)幼鱼生长和消化酶活力的影响.饥饿与再投喂的实验结果表明:条石鲷幼鱼体质量、蛋白酶(胃蛋白酶、胰蛋白酶)与脂肪酶活力随着饥饿时间的延长均呈现明显的下降趋势,体质量与蛋白酶活力在饥饿6d后与对照组表现出显著性差异(P<0.05),脂肪酶活力在饥饿9d后才与对照组表现出显著性差异(P<0.05),而淀粉酶活力在饥饿过程中呈波动性变化;恢复投喂后,除饥饿3d的幼鱼体质量、特定生长率与对照组无明显差异外,其他各处理组均明显低于对照组;蛋白酶与脂肪酶活力在恢复投喂后均有明显回升,且蛋白酶活力与对照组相比已无显著性差异,但较长时间的饥饿处理(9~12 d)并未使脂肪酶活力恢复至对照组水平.投喂频率实验的研究结果表明:随着投喂频率的增加,条石鲷幼鱼的特定生长率呈上升趋势,在投喂频率达到投喂2次/d后,条石鲷幼鱼的特定生长率、消化酶活力及肝体指数差异均不显著.结论认为,在本实验条件下,饥饿3d后再经投喂,条石鲷幼鱼具有完全补偿生长效应,但随着饥饿时间的延长补偿生长的效应逐渐降低.对条石鲷幼鱼而言,选择日投喂两次最合适.  相似文献

为优化鱼虾混养模式,设置不同的罗非鱼(Oreochromis)养殖密度(6 000、8 000和10 000尾/667 m^2),凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)轮捕轮放,每次每口5 000尾,通过150 d的养殖比较分析罗非鱼生长、血清代谢和非特异性免疫。结果显示:3个密度下罗非鱼增重率分别为71 194%、69 285%和49 977%,特定生长率分别为4.37%/d、4.36%/d和4.14%/d;10 000尾/667 m^2密度下罗非鱼血清中葡萄糖、甘油三脂和总胆固醇浓度均低于6 000尾/667 m^2和8 000尾/667 m^2密度组,而血清谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶含量则呈现相反的趋势;肝脏免疫基因C-LZM表达量随着养殖密度的上升显著下调,而IL-1β、TNF-α则与之相反,6 000尾/667 m^2密度下罗非鱼肝脏表达水平显著低于10 000尾/667 m^2组。结果表明,高密度养殖下养殖密度对罗非鱼生长、血清代谢、肝脏免疫基因表达影响显著,建议罗非鱼密度不高于8 000尾/667 m^2。  相似文献

为探讨养殖密度和水温对锦鲤幼鱼存活与生长的影响,研究设置了5个养殖密度(10、30、50、70、90尾/m~3)和5个水温(10、15、20、25、30℃)分别组成试验组,试验周期为30 d。结果表明:10尾/m~3和30尾/m~3两个养殖密度组除平均末总重外,其它各项指标均无显著差异(P0.05);当养殖密度大于30尾/m~3,随养殖密度的增大,锦鲤幼鱼的平均存活率、末体重、日增重、特定生长率均显著降低(P0.05),而平均末总重、饵料系数显著升高(P0.05)。随着水温的升高,锦鲤幼鱼的平均末体重、日增重、特定生长率均呈先升高后下降的趋势,25℃时最高且显著高于其他水温组(P0.05);饵料系数呈先下降后升高的趋势,25℃时最低。综合考虑饵料系数及单位水体锦鲤产量,锦鲤适宜的养殖水温在25℃左右,静水池塘的放养密度建议在30尾/m~3左右。  相似文献

在室内水族箱中养殖地图鱼的幼鱼,密度分别为50、100、200、400尾/m2,共养殖28d。试验结果表明,各密度组地图鱼幼鱼的生长速度存在明显差异,增重率、增长率、特定生长率和平均日增重都随养殖密度的增加而降低;高密度组(400、200尾/m2)地图鱼的幼鱼个体生长速度离散度明显加大。  相似文献

This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of dietary taurine supplementation on growth, immunity and resistant to dry stress of rice field eel (Monopterus albus) fed low fish meal diets. Six isonitrogenous and isolipid diets (32% fish meal) supplemented with six taurine concentrations (0, 0.3, 0.6, 0.9, 1.2 and 1.5 g/kg; designated as T0, T0.03, T0.06, T0.09, T0.12 and T0.15 groups, respectively) were prepared. A diet including 42% fish meal (FM group) was also included as a reference. The results showed that specific growth rate (SGR) in FM group was significantly higher than that in lower fish meal treatments. SGR significantly increased and slowly decreased with the increase in taurine supplementation level. Lipase activity value in intestine of M. albus fed FM diet was maximum, and with the increase in taurine supplementation level, lipase activity significantly increased and slowly decreased. The FM group had relative higher total antioxidant capacity (T‐AOC) content, catalase (CAT), total superoxide dismutase (T‐SOD), and lyzozyme (LZM) activities in serum than the other groups. With the increase in dietary taurine supplementation level, the CAT, T‐SOD, T‐AOC and LZM activities in serum significantly increased and then decreased. In the dry stress experience, the adrenaline (AD), cortisol (COR), glucose (GLU), total cholesterol (CHOL), and malondialdehyde (MDA) concentrations, T‐AOC content, CAT and T‐SOD activities in serum of M. albus in the four groups first increased and reached the peak at 2 hr, and then decreased under air‐exposure stress. Compared to the FM group, T0.15 group had relative higher T‐AOC content, CAT and T‐SOD activities, and lower AD, COR GLU, TC and MDA concentrations.  相似文献

This study was conducted to investigate the effect of dietary phosphorus on the intestine and hepatopancreas antioxidant capacity of juvenile Jian carp (Cyprinus carpio var. Jian). Jian carp, with an average initial weight of 7.17 ± 0.01 g, were fed with diets containing graded concentrations of available phosphorus, namely 1.7 (control), 3.6, 5.5, 7.3, 9.2 and 11.0 g kg?1 diet for 9 weeks. Results showed that, in intestine and hepatopancreas, content of malondialdehyde (MDA), protein carbonyl (PC) and glutathione (GSH), capacity of anti‐superoxide anion (ASA) and anti‐hydroxyl radical (AHR), and glutathione reductase (GR), catalase (CAT), glutathione S‐transferase (GST), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GPx) activities were significantly affected by dietary phosphorus levels (P < 0.05). Regression analysis showed that significant quadratic responses occurred in MDA content and ASA, GST, GPx and AHR activities in intestine, GSH content and CAT and SOD activities in hepatopancreas (P < 0.05). These results indicate that optimal level of dietary phosphorus prevented oxidative damage and increased antioxidant enzyme activities in the intestine and hepatopancreas of juvenile Jian carp. The phosphorus requirement estimated from MDA using quadratic regression analysis was 5.7 g kg?1 diet.  相似文献

研究了银鲳(Papus argenteus)肝及卵巢组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)及丙二醛(MDA)含量在整个卵黄发生过程中的变化情况,并分析了饲料n-3 LC-PUFA对卵黄发生期间组织中抗氧化水平的影响。分别以100%鱼油(FO组)、70%鱼油和30%大豆油(FSO组)、30%鱼油和70%大豆油(SFO组)、100%大豆油(SO组)为脂肪源,配制了4组等氮、等能及等脂的试验饲料。以1年龄雌性银鲳为试验对象,每组饲料设3重复,试验周期185 d。研究结果表明,肝与卵巢组织SOD、CAT活性、T-AOC水平及MDA含量在卵黄发生过程中均呈现逐渐升高的趋势,且卵黄发生后期各指标水平均显著高于卵黄发生前期(P0.05)。肝SOD(除SO饲料组外)、CAT活性、T-AOC水平及MDA含量在卵黄发生中期与前期之间未表现出显著性差异(P0.05),而卵黄发生中期FO与FSO饲料组卵巢SOD、CAT活性及T-AOC水平则均显著高于卵黄发生前期(P0.05)。FSO饲料组肝与卵巢SOD、CAT活性在卵黄发生过程中均为最高值,且在卵黄发生中、后期均显著高于SO饲料组(P0.05),但与FO饲料组无显著性差异(P0.05)。各饲料组间肝与卵巢T-AOC水平在卵黄发生前期均未表现出显著性差异(P0.05),而在卵黄发生后期,FO与FSO饲料组肝与卵巢T-AOC水平均显著高于SO饲料组(P0.05),但FO与FSO饲料组间无显著性差异(P0.05)。肝与卵巢中MDA含量随着饲料n-3 LC-PUFA含量的升高而呈现出升高趋势,且这种升高趋势在肝组织中表现更为明显,卵巢组织MDA含量在卵黄发生中、后期仅FO饲料组表现出显著性升高趋势(P0.05),其他各饲料组在卵黄发生各期均未表现出显著性差异(P0.05)。统计分析表明,银鲳卵黄发生过程中组织中抗氧化水平逐渐升高,适宜的饲料n-3 LC-PUFA含量(4.01%,FSO饲料组)可明显改善银鲳卵黄发生中期与后期组织中的抗氧化水平。双因素方差分析结果表明,试验饲料与卵黄发生时期对银鲳组织抗氧化水平均具有极显著性影响(P0.01),且两者对肝T-AOC水平与MDA含量存在显著性的交互作用(P0.05)。  相似文献

应用实时荧光定量PCR技术,结合生物酶和代谢产物测定,研究了氨氮急性胁迫对红螯光壳螯虾幼虾代谢及免疫系统的毒性影响及其毒后恢复情况。实验首先进行3 d的氨氮胁迫,取样后剩余虾移入曝气自来水进行7 d的毒后恢复实验。结果表明,3 d氨氮胁迫后,肌肉ACP、AKP、SOD活性表达均受到显著影响,随着氨氮浓度的升高酶活性分别降低,最高浓度组(16 mg/L)降低为对照组的76%、68%和62%。线粒体MnSOD、胞外Cu/ZnSOD的mRNA表达量也随着氨氮浓度增加而下降,最高浓度组降低至对照组的69%和68%。CAT、GPX活性以及GPX和GST的mRNA表达量变化不显著。肝胰腺中可溶性蛋白和甘油三酯含量随着氨氮浓度升高而降低,最高浓度组分别降低至对照组的72%和59%,AST活性在12 mg/L浓度组显著升高至对照组的134%。7 d恢复期过后,ACP和AKP活性以及各代谢指标恢复到正常水平;而SOD和GPX活性高于对照组。各抗氧化基因的表达量都不同程度高于对照组。实验表明,高浓度氨氮胁迫能抑制部分免疫相关酶的活性及基因表达,对免疫系统造成损害。氨氮胁迫下,红螯光壳螯虾动员蛋白质和脂肪来供能应对胁迫。7 d的恢复时间不足以让红螯光壳螯虾从胁迫中完全恢复,其肌肉仍处于轻度氧化应激状态。  相似文献

This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of linseed oil (LO) replacing different levels of fish oil (FO) on growth, muscle fatty acid composition and metabolism of gift tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) (mean initial weight 22 ± 0.5 g) in indoor recycle aquarium tanks for 8 weeks. Fish fed the diet with 50% of the oil as LO had higher final body weight (FWG), specific growth rate (SGR) and protein efficiency ratio (PER) than the other groups (P < 0.05). Hepatopancreas lipid content of fish fed 50% LO was lower than the other groups. Total n‐3 and n‐6 PUFA contents in the dorsal muscle and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in serum increased with increasing dietary LO level. Fish fed 50% LO had higher alanine transaminase (ALT), aspartate transaminase (AST) and lipoprotein lipase (LPL) activities in hepatopancreas and total antioxidant capacity (T‐AOC) and alkaline phosphatase (AKP) activities in serum than the other groups (P < 0.05). However, malate dehydrogenase (MDH) activities and malondialdehyde (MDA) contents in hepatopancreas were lower than other groups (P < 0.05) with a 50% substitution level. Results of this study indicated that LO could substitute <50% FO without influencing the growth of tilapia. The higher substitution levels of LO induced negative influences on growth, feed utilization and antioxidant ability of tilapia, but could promote DHA synthesis in tilapia muscle.  相似文献

This study assessed the effects of stocking density (D02, 0.2 individuals/m2; D03. 0.3 individuals/m2; D04, 0.4 individuals/m2; D05, 0.5 individuals/m2; D06, 0.6 individuals/m2) on Chinese mitten crab (Eriocheir sinensis; 6.25?±?0.11 g) growth performance, tissue indices, antioxidant enzyme activity (total superoxide, catalase, glutathione peroxidase, total antioxidant capacity, and malondialdehyde), and mRNA expression of antioxidant-related genes (SOD, CAT, GPx) in rice crab culture systems. Our results demonstrated that increasing stocking densities decreased the final weight (FBW), weight gain rate (WGR), specific growth rate (SGR), feed conversion efficiency (FCR), and protein efficiency ratio (PER) of the crabs. The hepatosomatic index (HSI) of female crabs in D04 group was higher than that of other groups. The gonadosomatic index (GSI) of the male crabs in the D04 group was significantly higher than that of the other groups(P?<?0.05). The meat yield (MY), total edible yield (TEY), and condition factor (CF) of the female and male crabs in the D04 group were higher than those of the other groups. The antioxidant enzyme activity (T-SOD, CAT, GSH-Px, and T-AOC) of male and female crabs in the D04 group was significantly higher than that of the other groups, and the MDA content of the D04 group was significantly lower than that of the other groups (P?<?0.05). The stocking density of 0.4 individuals/m2 effectively promoted the efficient mRNA expression of SOD, CAT, and GPx genes in the hepatopancreas of male and female crabs. In summary, the optimal stocking density of E. sinensis in the rice crab culture system is 0.4 individuals/m2.

为探讨饲料中不同有效磷水平对吉富罗非鱼幼鱼生长、体组成及生化指标的影响,以磷酸二氢钙(MCP)为磷源,配制含有效磷(AP)水平分别为0.52%(对照组)、0.61%、0.70%、0.78%、0.87%、0.96%和1.05%的7种等氮等能实用饲料,饲喂初始均重为(29.40±0.15)g的实验鱼。每种饲料设置3个重复,每个重复放25尾鱼,进行56 d的养殖实验。结果表明:饲料AP水平对罗非鱼的增重率(WGR)、特定生长率(SGR)、饲料系数(FCR)和脏体比(VSI)均有显著影响(P<0.05)。以WGR为评价指标,通过二次回归分析得出,罗非鱼饲料的适宜AP水平为0.80%。随饲料AP水平的增加,罗非鱼全鱼总磷和灰分含量显著增加并达到稳定(P<0.05),而全鱼水分含量差异不显著(P>0.05),全鱼和肠系膜、肝脏组织脂肪含量均显著下降(P<0.05)。用折线模型分析全鱼磷和灰分含量,得出罗非鱼幼鱼对饲料AP的需求量分别为0.81%和0.80%。随饲料AP水平的增加,肝脏苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)、丙酮酸激酶(PK)、脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)和肝酯酶(HL)活性均显著增加(P<0.05)。血清谷丙转氨酶(GPT)活性显著下降(P<0.05),而碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性显著上升(P<0.05),血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性呈先升后降趋势,在0.78%水平组达到最大值,而肝脏丙二醛(MDA)含量正好相反,在0.78%水平组最低。综上所述,研究结果表明:吉富罗非鱼(30~150 g)实用饲料的最适有效磷水平为0.80%。  相似文献

This study was conducted to investigate graded levels of dietary zinc on the growth, flesh quality, and the relationship between flesh quality and muscle antioxidant status in young grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idella Val.). Per cent weight gain (PWG), special growth rate (SGR), feed intake (FI), feed conversion ratio (FCR), anti‐hydroxy radical (AHR), superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), glutathione reducase (GR) activities and glutathione (GSH) content were significantly increased with increasing levels of Zn up to a point, and thereafter declined (P < 0.05). Serum zinc, alkaline phosphatase (AKP), muscle anti‐superoxide anion (ASA), glutathione peroxidase (GPx), glutathione‐S‐transferase (GST) activities and collagen content were significantly enhanced with dietary zinc levels up to a point (P < 0.05), beyond which it plateaued. Cooking loss, shear force and malondialdehyde (MDA) were significantly reduced with increasing level of zinc up to a point, and thereafter increased (P < 0.05). The pH value significantly increased with the increasing zinc levels, whereas the trend of protein carbonyl content was opposite. Flesh quality was positively related to the antioxidant enzymes activities in muscle of young grass carp. These results indicated that optimum zinc could improve growth, and improve flesh quality partly through improving muscle antioxidant status of young grass carp.  相似文献

为了探讨急性氨氮胁迫对黄颡鱼组织中抗氧化酶活性及HSP70和HSP90基因mRNA表达水平的影响,实验随机挑选了360尾黄颡鱼[初体质量(17.25±0.05)g],分别暴露于含有0(对照)、5.70(低浓度组)、28.50(中浓度组)和57.00(高浓度组)mg/L总氨氮浓度的水体中,进行96 h的急性胁迫实验。实验开始后,分别于0、12、24、48和96 h取样。结果显示,氨氮胁迫发生后,低、中浓度组实验鱼肝脏中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性呈先升高后降低趋势,而高浓度组则持续降低;低、中、高浓度组实验鱼肝脏中丙二醛(MDA)含量在胁迫开始后显著升高;3 h时,高浓度组实验鱼肝脏中SOD活性达到最低,而MDA含量最高;24 h后,高浓度组实验鱼肝脏中过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著升高;低、中、高浓度组实验鱼肝脏中HSP70基因的mRNA表达量呈先降低后升高趋势,而鳃中HSP70基因表达量持续升高,但脑中HSP70基因在0 h后显著降低;氨氮胁迫3 h时,低、中、高浓度组实验鱼肝脏和脑中HSP70基因表达量显著低于对照组,而在鳃中正好相反;相比HSP70基因,高氨氮浓度组实验鱼肝脏和鳃中HSP90基因的mRNA表达量在24 h时达到最高。研究表明,不同浓度的氨氮胁迫会对黄颡鱼抗氧化酶活性造成不同程度的抑制,原因与丙二醛的积累量有关;相比HSP90基因,黄颡鱼HSP70基因的表达量在氨氮胁迫发生后迅速上调,这种生理调控机制提示HSP70在应对急性氨氮胁迫时发挥着更重要的作用。  相似文献
