The effect of dietary macronutrient composition on specific dynamic action (SDA) in southern catfish Silurus meridionalis Chen juveniles (39.0±2.8 g) was studied. A control diet (40% protein, 10% lipid and 15% carbohydrate) was the optimal dietary profile for growth in this catfish according to a previous study. Based on this, two diets were formulated by substituting protein and lipid for one another, referred to as LPHL (30% P:15% L) and HPLL (50% P:5% L), and two diets were formulated by substituting protein and carbohydrate for one another, referred to as LPHC (30% P:30% C) and HPLC (50% P:0% C). The results showed that dietary composition affected the peak metabolic rate, duration and SDA coefficient. The peak metabolic rate in the LPHC group (211.5 mgO2 kg?1 h?1) was significantly lower than catfish in the control (265.2 mg O2 kg?1 h?1) and the HPLC (257.7 mg O2 kg?1 h?1) group. The SDA duration in the control group (26.8 h) was significantly shorter than those of the HPLL (38.0 h), LPHC (33.8 h) and HPLC (33.8 h) groups. The SDA coefficient in the LPHL group (11.1%) was significantly lower than those of the control and the other groups (13.2–15.4%). The results suggest that in southern catfish, the SDA response to dietary carbohydrate is similar to that of dietary protein, and that the SDA may not be affected solely by an increase in the amount of protein ingested, but may be influenced by interaction of other dietary components.  相似文献

Physiological responses and HSP70 mRNA expression to short‐term crowding were tested in juveniles genetically improved farmed tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) (70.43 ± 4.43 g). Fish were kept at control group (5 g L?1) and stress groups (low density 10 g L?1, medium density 40 g L?1 and high density 70 and 100 g L?1) for 48 h. Each density was tested in triplicates. The effects of a short‐term exposure on the physiological responses of fish were determined before stress (0 h) and at 6, 12, 24 or 48 h post‐crowding. There was a significant increase in serum cortisol, total protein, lysozyme and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) activities in all stressed groups at 24 h post‐crowding (< 0.05). Serum glucose and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) of 100 g L?1 stressed group were lower than that of the control after 48 h of crowding stress (< 0.05). The levels of serum triglyceride and cholesterol in crowding stress with high density were significantly decreased compared with the control group at 48 h. The mRNA expression data showed that hepatic HSP70 mRNA levels were markedly elevated at all stressed groups. HSP70 mRNA levels of 70 and 100 g L?1 stressed groups decreased at 48 h compared with the 24 h post‐crowding. The protective ability of HSP70 was limited.  相似文献

Effects of environmental calcium concentrations on the survival, growth, body calcium content and calcium uptake kinetics in developing tilapia (Oreochromis mossambicus) larvae were studied. Fertilized eggs were incubated in high- and low-calcium artificial freshwater (0.88–0.96 mmol l–1 vs. 0.02–0.03 mmol l–1 CaCl2 or CaSO4) until 3 days after hatching. Tilapia larvae showed similar hatching rates and wet weights in either high- or low-calcium medium, indicating neither the development nor the growth in tilapia larvae was affected by the environmental calcium levels. The body calcium content in low-calcium groups was about 90–95% that of high-calcium groups, No matter what calcium source was used (CaCl2 or CaSO4), acclimation to low calcium medium caused a stimulation of calcium uptake (measured in 0.2 mmol l–1 calcium),i.e., 1.2–1.3 fold higher than that of high calcium groups. This enhanced calcium uptake capacity was characterized by a 50% decrease in Km and a 25% increase in Jmax. Effect of different calcium salts on calcium influx was significant only in low calcium level,i.e., calcium influx in low-CaCl2 group higher than that in low-CaSO4 group. These results suggest that tilapia larvae are able to modulate their calcium uptake mechanism to maintain normal body calcium content and growth in environments with different levels of calcium.  相似文献

This study was aimed to investigate the effects of dietary β-carotene supplement for 42 days on lipid and protein oxidation biomarkers in carp meat at different times of storage. Seventy-five fish were divided into three groups: group 1 as control group was fed with basic diet; groups 2 and 3 received 50 and 100 mg kg?1 diet β-carotene, respectively. Based on the present study results, muscle malondialdehyde concentrations were significantly lower following β-carotene consumption at 0, 24, 72, and 96 h after harvest in group 3 compared to the control group (p < 0/05). Muscle protein carbonyl contents showed a significant decrease following β-carotene supplementation at 0, 48, and 96 h after harvest in group 3 compared to the control group. Ferric reducing antioxidant power values were significantly increased following β-carotene supplementation at 72 and 96 h after harvest in group 3 compared to the control group. The results indicated that β-carotene supplementation with a dose of 100 mg kg?1 diet is largely effective to improve the oxidative status of carp meat by reducing lipid and protein oxidation.  相似文献

Changes in Ca2+ content and flux, and the development of skin chloride cells in embryos and larvae of tilapia, Oreochromis mossambicus, were studied. Tilapia embryos hatched within 96h at an ambient temperature of 26–28°C. Total body Ca2+ content was maintained at a constant level, about 4–8 nmol per individual, during embryonic development. However, a rapid increase in body Ca2+ level was observed after hatching, 12.8 to 575.3 nmol per individual from day 1 to day 10 after hatching. A significant influx and efflux of Ca2+ occurred during development, with the average influx rate for Ca2+ increasing from 5.9 pmol mg−1 h−1 at 48h postfertilization to 47.8 pmol mg−1 h−1 at 1 day posthatching. The skin was proposed as the main site for Ca2+ influx before the development of gills, and the increased Ca2+ influx may be ascribed to gradual differentiation of skin surface and chloride cells during embryonic development. Ca2+ efflux was 16–56 pmol mg−1 h−1 in 1-day-old larvae. The resulting net influx of Ca2+, 10–12 pmol mg−1 h−1, accounted for the increased Ca2+ content after hatching. When comparing the measured and estimated ratios of efflux and influx, active transport was suggested to be involved in the uptake of Ca2+. Chloride cells, which may be responsible for the active uptake of Ca2+, started to differentiate in the skin of embryos 48h after fertilization, and the density of chloride cells increased following the development. A possibility of active transport for Ca2+ in early developmental stages of tilapia is suggested.  相似文献

Oxygen consumption (OC) and ammonia excretion rates (AE) of perch were measured under commercial‐like conditions (temperature 23.3 °C) in both fed (F) and feed‐deprived groups (D). Measurements were taken in triplicate in six sized batches of perch ranging from 44.8 to 336.2 g. The mean daily OC was 288.3–180.6 mg O2 kg?1 h?1 for group F fish ranging in size from 44.8 to 279.4 g body weight. The mean daily AE expressed as total ammonia nitrogen (TAN) was 13.8–5.2 mg TAN kg?1 h?1 in the same groups. Daily peaks of OC in group F perch were observed 6 h after the onset of feeding for each size group with relatively stable values up to the end of feeding. Peaks of daily AE in group F perch were observed 10 h after the onset of feeding in each size group, with a rapid decrease up to 16 h after onset. In group D, OC was 181.1–110.5 mg O2 kg?1 h?1 in the weight range 57.9–336.2 g. The daily mean AE was 1.7–0.5 TAN kg?1 h?1 in this group. No dramatic peaks of OC and AE were observed in group D perch.  相似文献

The toxic effects of Cd2+ on Ca2+ influx kinetics in developing tilapia (Oreochromis mossambicus) larvae were evaluated. Addition of 20 µg l-1 of Cd2+ to the environment of 0 and 3 day-old larvae competitively inhibited the Ca2+ uptake within 4h resulting in a great increase in Km values for Ca2+ influx (19.3 and 17.4 fold, respectively) as compared with their respective controls. Consequently, the actual Ca2+ influx of larvae in solutions of 0.2 mM Ca2+ are suppressed by 32–45%. Also, 3 day-old larvae were more sensitive to internally accumulated Cd2+ than 0 day-old larvae. Although the Ca2+ influx in 0 and 3 day-old larvae may be restored to the levels of their respective controls with 24h of being transferred to a 20 µg l-1 Cd2+ solution, total body Ca2+ content was significantly reduced in 3 day-old larvae. Increased Ca2+ uptake efficiency ensures sufficient Ca2+ for normal growth. However, rapid increase in Ca2+ influx after hatching also leads to higher Cd2+ uptake. Exposure to Cd2+ will lead to a drop in body Ca2+ content resulting in retardation of larval growth. Therefore, we conclude that if Ca2+ uptake is interfered with at this critical stage of development, larvae will not be able to maintain normal levels of body Ca2+ and will show signs of Cd2+ poisoning.  相似文献

This research was designed to study Sparus aurata (sea bream) biotransformation and detoxification responses to acute exposure to cadmium (Cd). Sexually immature gilthead sea bream were treated by intraperitoneal injection of Cd chloride (200 μg kg−1) for 6, 12, 24 and 48 h. Cd accumulation was quantified in sea bream liver by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy after the various exposure periods. The following biological responses were measured: (1) ethoxyresorufin-O-deethylase (EROD) activity as phase I biotransformation parameter, (2) liver glutathione-S-transferase (GST) activity as a phase II conjugation enzyme and metallothionein (MT) content as specific response to Cd contamination. Cd bioaccumulation in the liver resulted in an increasing uptake up to 10.3 μg g−1 wet weight after 48 h of exposure. EROD showed a significant activation only after 6 h exposure and a return to control levels after 12 h. GST revealed significant activation starting from 12 h exposure. MT accumulation in liver showed the same behavior as GST activation.  相似文献

Artemia nauplii cultured for 24 h in lipid‐enriched media contained 0, 0.38, 1.67, 0.79, 5.71 and 5.14 ng 17α‐methyl testosterone (MT) mg?1 dry weight for the control, 5, 15, 30, 50 and 100 mg of 17α‐MT L?1 of media respectively. Giant fresh water prawn Macrobrachium rosenbergii larvae were fed hormone‐enriched Artemia nauplii for 50 days. A significant difference in sex ratios (0.92, 0.69 and 0.93) was obtained in relation to the control group. These results suggest that further research is needed with regard to standardization of doses and duration of treatments for complete hormonal control of sex differentiation in M. rosenbergii.  相似文献

The effects of dietary calcium chloride (CaCl2) concentration on the growth, survival, moulting and body composition of Astacus leptodactylus were studied. Diets were prepared using supplementation of 0 (control), 30, 60 and 120 g kg?1 calcium chloride commercial trout larvae diet containing 50% protein and 12% lipid. Astacus leptodactylus larvae with an average total length of 22.0 ± 0.05 mm (TL) and weight of 0.53 ± 0.01 g obtained from eighteen ovigerous females collected from Seydisehir Sugla Dam lake in Konya, Turkey, were stocked in 0.2‐m2 aquariums at a rate of 50 crayfish m?2 and reared for 90 days. The experiments included four treatments (diets) with three replicates each. Calcium chloride exerted positive effects on growth, moulting frequency, feed efficiency and survival of narrow‐clawed crayfish. Crayfish fed with 60 g calcium kg?1 calcium chloride‐supplemented diet exhibited the highest weight gain and specific growth rate (SGR) but the lowest survival rate (63.3%) (P < 0.05). There were no significant differences (P > 0.05) in mean moisture (803.5 g kg?1) and protein content (177.0 g kg?1) in crayfish tail meat. However, lipid values were between 3.8 and 11.6 g kg?1 and significantly different among the diets (P < 0.05). Diet with 60 g kg?1 calcium chloride is recommended for the best growth of freshwater crayfish.  相似文献

Four experiments were conducted to evaluate the effects of calcium and magnesium hardness on the acute toxicity of copper sulphate to Indian major carp, rohu (Labeo rohita, Hamilton) fingerlings and juvenile catfish (Channa punctatus, Bloch) in medium alkalinity experiments. A preliminary bioassay determined the 96 h LC50 of copper sulphate to be 0.56 mg L?1 for L. rohita fingerlings and 11.78 mg L?1 for juvenile C. punctatus placed in water with calcium hardness and total alkalinity set at 100 mg L?1 CaCO3. In the first experiment, rohu were exposed to 0.56 mg L?1 copper sulphate in environments where calcium hardness was varied from 50 to 350 mg L?1 CaCO3 and total alkalinity was 100 mg L?1 CaCO3. As calcium hardness increased, copper‐induced rohu mortalities decreased significantly from 90% at 50 mg L?1 CaCO3 to 7% at 350 mg L?1 CaCO3. In the second experiment, rohu were exposed to 0.56 mg L?1 copper sulphate in environments where magnesium hardness was varied from 50 to 350 mg L?1 CaCO3 with total alkalinity set at 100 mg L?1 CaCO3. Hundred percent mortality was observed in magnesium‐based hardness treatments. In the third experiment, catfish were exposed to 11.78 mg L?1 copper sulphate in environments where calcium hardness was varied from 50 to 400 mg L?1 and total alkalinity was 100 mg L?1 CaCO3. As calcium hardness increased, copper‐induced catfish mortalities decreased significantly from 90% at 50 mg L?1 CaCO3 to 4% at 400 mg L?1 CaCO3. In the fourth experiment, catfish were exposed to 11.78 mg L?1 copper sulphate in environments where magnesium hardness was varied from 50 to 400 mg L?1 CaCO3, with total alkalinity set at 100 mg L?1 CaCO3. In this case, 100% mortality was also observed in magnesium‐based treatments. Mortality rates in magnesium hardness treatments were consistent with those in the second experiment. These data suggest a calcium‐specific mechanism with respect to acute copper toxicity both in rohu and catfish.  相似文献

为评价皂角苷增强鱼类非特异免疫效果,分别用浓度为0、15和35 mg/L的皂角苷浸泡大菱鲆,分析了浸泡后6、12、24、48和72 h时大菱鲆白细胞的吞噬活力、血清补体旁路途径溶血活性、血清与黏液中溶菌酶活性、抑菌活性与碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性及血清总蛋白浓度。结果显示,皂角苷低浓度组(15 mg/L)与高浓度组(35 mg/L)大菱鲆白细胞吞噬活力分别在浸泡后12与24 h出现显著的增高(P0.05)。实验组大菱鲆血清中补体旁路途径溶血活性除低浓度组在12与24 h较对照组低外,其他检测时段均高于对照组(P0.05)。血清溶菌酶活性最高值出现在低浓度组浸泡后6 h时,黏液中未能检测出。不同时间点各组大菱鲆黏液抑菌活力变化幅度较大,两实验组黏液抑菌活力在浸泡后6与12 h时较对照组提高,两个实验组间无差异(P0.05)。血清中AKP活力高峰值出现在浸泡后6与12 h,该时段AKP的活力显著高于对照组,且实验组间存在差异(P0.05),而黏液中AKP高峰值出现在12 h,该时段AKP的活力显著高于对照组(P0.05),实验组间无差异。浸泡皂角苷后6 h高浓度组血清中蛋白浓度达到最高值,除12 h时各组差异不显著外(P0.05),24~72 h高浓度组中血清蛋白含量均高于低浓度及对照组(P0.05)。研究表明,皂角苷具有提高鱼类非特异免疫水平的效果。  相似文献

Groups of 0+ Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar) smolts were transferred to duplicate seawater tanks, and subjected to five different ration levels, 0% (starved), 25%, 50%, 75% or 100% (full fed). Waste feed was collected after each meal. After six weeks all groups were re-fed in excess. During the trial period body weight and length increased significantly in the 50, 75 and 100% groups, while no significant changes in body weight were observed in the 0% and 25% groups. A significant decrease in SGR was observed in the 0 and 25% groups during the first month in sea water. After re-feeding, SGR increased in all groups. All groups, except the previously starved group, showed peak SGR between weeks 6–8 and 8–12. Food restriction at 0% and 25% of full ration for a period of six weeks resulted in significant osmotic disturbances. After six weeks in sea water, plasma Cl levels were higher in the 0% group than in the other groups. Branchial Na+,K+-ATPase activity increased in all groups following exposure to seawater. Re-feeding caused a transient increase in branchial Na+,K+-ATPase activity after two weeks in the previously starved group, with a concurrent reduction in plasma Cl levels. Previous exposure to different ration levels significantly influenced growth rate and mean body size. Compensatory growth and partial size compensation was seen in the 0, 25 and 50% feed deprivation groups, whereas full size compensation was found in the 75% group.  相似文献

Spermiation and changes in androgen (testosterone, T and 11-ketotestosterone, 11-KT) levels were studied in sterlet (Acipenser ruthenus) treated with GnRH agonist implants (dAla6-Pro9-LHRHa) at 25 and 75?μg?kg?1 b.w. and compared with those males treated with 4?mg?kg?1 b.w. of carp pituitary extract (CPE) and 3 pellets of Ovopel kg?1 b.w., which contains dAla6-Pro9NEt-mGnRH and metoclopramide. Sperm quality (sperm mass, spermatozoa concentration and sperm motility and velocity) was evaluated 24, 48 and 72?h after hormonal treatments. Males did not release sperm in the control group injected with physiological solution, while sperm could not be collected 7?days after treatments in all hormonally treated groups. Spermiation rates were 100?% in the CPE and Ovopel groups and 25–50?% in the GnRHa-treated groups. Sperm production was significantly lower in the GnRHa-treated groups than in the CPE and Ovopel groups and decreased 72?h after hormonal treatment. Sperm motility and velocity were higher in the Ovopel and GnRHa (75?μg) groups compared to the CPE and GnRHa (25?μg) groups and decreased 72?h after hormonal treatment. Androgens were only affected in spermiating males and changed in the Ovopel and GnRHa (75?μg) after hormonal treatment. Significant correlations were observed between sperm production, sperm motility and sperm velocity, but not androgens. The present study suggests involvement of dopamine in sturgeon spawning. Additionally, better sperm quality observed in the Ovopel group and particularly sperm motility in the GnRHa (75?μg) suggests enhancement of sperm quality in sturgeon treated with GnRHa. Therefore, further study is needed to induce fully spermiation using GnRHa implants in combination with a dopamine inhibitor.  相似文献

Two experiments were conducted in order to determine the appropriate age and stocking density of vundu catfish Heterobranchus longifilis at the weaning time. In the first experiment, five triplicate groups of 100 larvae (initial mean weight=3.4 mg) per aquaria were stocked from first feeding [day 3 post‐hatch (p.h.)] to day 30 p.h., and then weaned, on days 3 (W3), 5 (W5), 8 (W8) and 14 (W14), and an unweaned group (An). Significant differences were observed in growth, survival, cannibalism, coefficient of weight variation and body composition among larvae weaned at different ages and the control group. The later the larvae were weaned, the better were the growth performances [final mean weight: from 65.1 to 201.1 mg and specific growth rate (SGR): from 11.0 to 15.2% day?1] and the survival (from 36.5% to 74.3%). The experiment with stocking densities of 5, 10, 25 and 50 larvae L?1 showed that increasing the stocking density decreased growth performances and weight variation but improved the survival rate of larvae. The best growth performances (SGR=13.4 and 11.4% day?1) with the lowest survival rates (70.3% and 77.3%) were observed in larvae stocked at densities of 5 and 10 larvae L?1 respectively.  相似文献

Rigor contraction and quality development were studied during storage of pre-rigor fillets of farmed Atlantic cod (body weight 2 kg). For eight weeks prior to slaughtering, the fish were fed diets containing either 100% fish oil (M-group) or 60% fish oil and 40% soybean oil (S-group). Filleting was performed 0.5 h after slaughtering and the fillets were stored at 6 °C for 48 h post-mortem. The contraction rate was faster for the S-group, but after 48 h storage the contraction was 21% of the initial fillet length for both fish groups. The ATP content analysed 1 h post-mortem was lower of the S-group (4.5 μm g 1 ww) compared with the M-group (6.1 μm g 1 ww). After 16 h, the ATP content was similar for both fish groups (1.7-2.2 μm g 1 ww). The muscle pH analysed 1 h post-mortem was 0.2 unit lower of the S-group (pH 6.9) than of the M-group (pH 7.1). From 8 to 12 h, the pH fell significantly to 6.3 and 6.6 for the S-group and M-group, respectively. From 24 h and onwards, the pH was similar of both fish groups (pH 6.2). Texture development differed significantly due to dietary treatment. The S-group had highest initial breaking force, demonstrating that the texture of this group was firmer immediately after slaughtering. The breaking force of the S-group dropped to a stable level after 4 h, whereas the breaking force of the M-group decreased continuously during the storage period. The breaking force was similar of both groups after 16 h storage. The L*-value (lightness) increased during the first 4-6 h storage. From 8 to 16 h, the L*-value was stable or slightly decreasing. The L*-value was consistently higher of the M-group. In conclusion, dietary inclusion of soybean oil resulted in faster energy depletion post-mortem, faster rigor contraction, faster reduction of the breaking strength and lower L*-values.  相似文献

Formalin is used in shrimp industry to eliminate ectoparasites and as a disinfectant. However, the effect of formalin on shrimp's defense mechanism is unknown. Several biomarkers were used to assess the immune response of juveniles of the shrimp Litopenaeus schmitti exposed to different concentrations of formalin (10, 25 and 50 mg L?1) during 24 and 48 h. Formalin concentrations of 25 and 50 mg L?1 produced a significant reduction in the total haemocyte count at both 24 and 48 h. Peroxidase and phenoloxidase activity did not show variations. The total protein concentration in haemolymph of shrimps was not significantly different between experimental groups. Histological analysis showed hyperplasia in the gills of animals exposed at 10 mg L?1 for 24 h; however, the exposure at 25 and 50 mg L?1 caused necrosis in gills, hepathopancreas and the antennal gland.  相似文献

Broodstock of Atlantic cod were fed with three diets; astaxanthin supplemented (100 ppm kg?1) hydrated diet (30% water) (HWHAs), no additional astaxanthin supplemented (50 ppm kg?1) hydrated diet (30% water) (HWLAs) and a control diet (50 ppm kg?1 astaxanthin and 10% water). Throughout the spawning period, eggs were collected daily and fertilization success and proportion of embryos with normal cleavage were recorded. Larvae were reared using standard culture methods. Larval growth was recorded every 10 days and larval survival was recorded at 50 days post hatch. In general, broodstock fed with diets containing higher water content (HWHAs and HWLAs) and higher astaxanthin (HWHAs) had higher egg production and efficiency of egg output, lower egg incubation mortality and higher larval growth and survival. Broodstock fed with higher water content diets consumed less feed compared to control group. Also, broodstock fed with HWHAs and HWLAs recovered faster in terms of body condition than the control group. The egg bound mortality of female fish was significantly higher in control broodstock compared to broodstock fed with HWHAs and HWLAs. Broodstock fed with higher astaxanthin (HWHAs) had significantly higher fertilization success than other two groups however; no differences were found in proportion embryos with normal cleavage among different groups. Larval survival was significantly higher in HWHAs broodstock compared to other two groups. Our results showed that increased water content and astaxanthin levels in the diet could improve the condition and fecundity of Atlantic cod broodstock.  相似文献

Milt of the Leuciscus idus L. was collected from five experimental groups, and selected parameters of its quality were analysed for 36 h (group II), 60 h (group III), 84 h (group IV) and 108 h (group V), respectively, after hormonal stimulation with Ovopel (1 granule kg?1 of body weight). The control (group I) fish were not subjected to hormonal stimulation. The highest milt volume was obtained from the fish in group IV (0.70 ± 0.55 mL), where the largest volume of milt expressed per kilogram was also obtained (3.03 ± 1.94 mL kg?1). Significant differences were also found in milt volumes obtained between group I and groups III (P<0.01) and IV (P<0.05). The highest percentage of motile spermatozoa was found in the milt of group IV (59%); significant differences were found between group I and groups II (P<0.01) and III (P<0.001). The value of osmotic pressure of seminal plasma was the highest in group IV (203.19 ± 37.63 mOsm kg?1), and the lowest in group I (118.31 ± 41.13 mOsm kg?1). Parameters determining milt quality and quantity indicate that the period of 60–84 h after hormonal stimulation with Ovopel is optimal for obtaining milt from ide.  相似文献

为研究急性氨氮胁迫对大弹涂鱼炎性反应相关基因表达的影响,实验挑选初始体质量为(15.14±0.05) g的健康大弹涂鱼幼鱼180尾,进行96 h的急性氨氮胁迫实验。结果显示,大弹涂鱼96 h氨氮半致死浓度为8.99 mg/L总氨氮(0.11 mg/L非离子氨,T-AN);氨氮胁迫后TNF基因的mRNA表达量分别于12和96 h时显著上调,96 h时表达量达到0 h时的2倍;IL-1基因的mRNA表达量12 h时显著上调,为0 h时表达量的6倍;氨氮胁迫后IL-6基因的mRNA表达量分别于12和96 h时显著上调,表达量达到0 h时的1.5倍;氨氮胁迫后IL-8基因的mRNA表达量在24 h时出现显著下调。研究表明,大弹涂鱼96 h氨氮半致死浓度为8.99 mg/L总氨氮;半致死浓度的氨氮胁迫48 h后,TNF、IL-1、IL-6和IL-8基因的mRNA表达量持续升高,推测过度炎性应激可能是导致鱼类氨中毒死亡的原因之一。  相似文献
