In this study, a freshwater fish Channa punctatus was exposed to subacute concentrations of synthetic pyrethroid insecticides (cypermethrin and λ-cyhalothrin) for 96 h to evaluate their impact on the levels of nucleic acids and protein in its different organs. Significant enhancement in the level of DNA was recorded in all tissues of the fish at high concentration of cypermethrin, whereas RNA and protein contents increased in tissues at all concentrations of cypermethrin tested. In contrast, λ-cyhalothrin treatment caused an increase in the level of DNA only in liver and brain, whereas increase of RNA and protein varied to different levels in different tissues. Cypermethrin treatment induced RNA/DNA ratio in all fish organs tested, whereas λ-cyhalothrin caused a sharp decrease in the ratio. Protein/DNA ratios were found to be tissue specific in treatments with both of the insecticides. The results clearly indicated that both of these pyrethroids exerted their effects in a similar manner in fish liver but differed in other tissues. These insecticides acted as potential biomodulators in C. punctatus, though following different routes. The results may be an indicator of aquatic pollution affecting freshwater fauna and flora and thus signaling the need for strict regulation on the indiscriminate input of pyrethroids from agricultural sites.  相似文献

To be useful as short-term indices of nutritional status when food availability varies, wet weight-at-length and tissue concentrations of nucleic acids and protein must covary closely with a fish's recent feeding history. We measured changes in these indices for young brook trout (Salvelinus fontinalis) (fork length: 20–34 mm) reared under alternating, 4 to 5 d periods of food provisioning and food deprivation. Weight-at-length corresponded closely with current feeding conditions, being higher when the trout were fed than when they were deprived. Concentrations of RNA and protein, however, did not correspond closely with current feeding conditions. Instead, there were significant carry-over effects whereby responses to feeding conditions experienced in one treatment period were not exhibited until the following treatment period. Food provisioning had positive carry-over effects on concentrations of RNA and protein while food deprivation had negative carry-over effects. Consequently, food-deprived trout sometimes had higher concentrations of RNA and protein than well fed trout. Since wild fish may experience short-term fluctuations in food availability, lagged responses in concentrations of nucleic acids or protein like those reported here could hamper attempts to use these biochemical measures to assess the nutritional status of juvenile fish in the field.Author to whom all correspondence should be addressed.

Six iso‐nitrogenous (30% crude protein) and iso‐energetic (15 kJ g−1) diets were prepared using different oil cake sources, viz. groundnut, soybean, sunflower, sesame, mustard and mixed oil cakes as major ingredients, and protein sources along with a minimum of 5% fish meal in each diet and were fed to silver barb Puntius gonionotus fingerlings (16.20±0.11 g) ad libitum four times a day close to an apparent satiation level for a period of 60 days to determine the effect of diets on growth, nutrient utilization, apparent digestibility coefficient (ADC) of the nutrients in the diets, gut enzyme activity, muscle nucleic acid content and whole‐body chemical composition of fish. Significantly higher (P<0.05) weight gain, specific growth rate, protein efficiency ratio, nutrient retention, ADC of nutrients in the diets, DNA:RNA ratio, protease and amylase activity with lower (P<0.05) feed:gain values were recorded in fish‐fed groundnut and soybean oil cake‐based diets than other diets tested. Among the dietary treatment groups, significantly higher (P<0.05) whole‐body protein, lipid and energy were also found in groundnut oil cake‐ and soybean oil cake‐based diets. The study suggests that the groundnut and soybean oil cake‐based diets, which led to significantly higher (P<0.05) growth and nutrient utilization than the other oil cake‐based diets in P. gonionotus fingerlings, may be used for pond culture of this species.  相似文献

The effect of feeding Spirulina platensis on the growth, carcass composition, organoleptic quality, digestive enzyme activity and digestibility of common carp, Cyprinus carpio L., was studied through a culture trial lasting 120 days. Four experimental diets were employed by replacing fish meal protein from the standard diet at 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% through the incorporation of Spirulina. Another diet with Spirulina as the sole source of protein was also used. The final weight gain, specific growth rate, food conversion ratio and protein efficiency ratio of common carp were not affected by Spirulina supplementation. However, the diet with Spirulina as the sole source of protein resulted in better net protein retention. The muscle RNA:DNA ratio of fish fed Spirulina diets was higher than that of fish fed control diet. There was no significant difference in carcass moisture and protein content in the fish fed Spirulina diets as compared to fish-meal-based control diet. The carcass ash and fat contents were positively and negatively correlated with dietary Spirulina level, respectively. Organoleptic evaluation revealed no effect of Spirulina feeding on the quality of both raw and cooked fish. The gut digestive enzyme activity did not show any definite trend with respect to Spirulina supplementation. Spirulina improved the protein digestibility of the diets.  相似文献

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out if fish meal is necessary in tilapia diet for good growth response. Five experimental diets (32% protein) containing 46-51% high-lysine corn, 20% corn gluten meal, supplemented with soy grits and synthetic amino acids, with and without fish meal were formulated. The diets were fed to tilapia with average initial weight of 13 g for 70 days in aquaria. Weight gain expressed as percentage increase after 70 days or as grams/day, feed conversion ratio, and protein efficiency ratio were equal (P > 0.05) to a commercial feed (36% protein) for all experimental diets. It appears that 32% protein diets with 46-51% high-lysine corn and 20% corn gluten meal were adequate for tilapia based on weight gain, feed conversion ratio, and protein efficiency ratio, and that fish meal is not necessary for tilapia feed to obtain good growth response.  相似文献

The present study examines the effect of four semi‐purified diets (casein–gelatin based) where the source of fatty acids was free (esterified) oleic acid and linoleic acid (LA) (LOA diet), linseed and olive oil (predominantly LA and linolenic acid) (LO diet), cod liver oil (rich in highly unsaturated fatty acids) (CLO diet), and soybean lecithin (phospholipids; mostly LA) (LE diet) on the growth of juvenile South American catfish (surubim, Pseudoplatystoma fasciatum, Pimelodidae) (0.98 ± 0.04 g individual weight). Fish were fed at a restricted–readjusted feeding rate for 8 wk. At the end of the experiment, LE‐diet‐fed fish grew significantly larger than those of the other three groups (P < 0.05). Considerable cannibalism was observed in all the treatments. It is suggested that the quantitative growth performance may possibly change under other conditions, with less or no cannibalism. Survival did not differ significantly among the fish fed four different diets. Muscle and liver lipid contents did not vary among dietary treatments (P > 0.05), but whole‐body lipid concentrations were affected by dietary treatments. Fish fed LE diet contained significantly lower lipid level than those fed three other diets (P < 0.05). Muscle and liver fatty acid profiles reflected dietary fatty acid composition. Arachidonic acid level was significantly higher in muscle and liver of fish fed LOA and LE diets than in those fed LO and CLO diets. The results suggest that the efficiency of elongation and desaturation of 18C fatty acids depends on the dietary lipid source, and South American catfish has considerable capacity to transform linoleate to arachidonate.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of different carotenoids sources in tilapia fish diets on the animals’ performance and fillets characteristics. Nine hundred and sixty tilapias, Oreochromis niloticus, averaging 15 g were distributed into 24 tanks to receive one of the six treatments (four repetitions) for 80 days: basal diet with no pigment (control group), basal diet with 350 mg/kg astaxanthin 10 % and basal diets added of four different concentrations of Rubrivivax gelatinosus biomass (175, 350, 700 and 1400 mg/kg). Variables analyzed included feed consumption, weight gain, feed conversion and specific growth rate for the animals and pH, proximate composition, carotenoids, polyunsaturated fatty acids and color for the fillets. Productive parameters did not differ statistically. Moisture content was lower on the fillets of treatments with pigments. The protein contents on the fillets of diets supplemented with the bacterial biomass were higher than in control group, while pH, minerals and lipids did not vary among treatments. Lightness and yellowness did not differ among the treatments, but redness and carotenoids contents were higher for all the groups that received the pigments than for the control group. The ratio of polyunsaturated fatty acids n-6/n-3 was improved with the dietary biomass. So, it was concluded that the use of the pigmenting ingredients did not alter productive parameters but increased redness and carotenoids contents in the fillets. Moreover, the use of R. gelatinosus biomass also increased the protein contents and improved the fatty acids profile in the fillets.  相似文献

A study on the effect of three different anabolic-androgenic steroids on the growth, food conversion efficiency and nucleic acid contents of liver, kidney, brain and muscle of carp,Cyprinus carpio was undertaken. The three steroids, methyltestosterone (MT), ethylestrenol (EE) and oxandrolone (ON), were fed in different combinations at final concentrations of 5 or 6 mg/kg diet for 60 days. No effect on the growth was observed in any of the experimental groups. A decrease in the specific growth rate (11–21%) and food conversion efficiency (20–29%) was noted. Feeding of drugs increased the cranio-somatic and reno-somatic index in all except one group. Hepatosomatic (ON+MT) and viscero-somatic (ON+MT; EE+MT+ON) indices decreased. Protein increased and RNA/DNA decreased in only one group while a decrease in protein/DNA was observed in the liver of all experimental groups. RNA/DNA increased and protein/RNA decreased only in one group while no effect was seen in protein and protein/DNA contents in any of the treated kidneys. Proteins, protein/RNA and protein/DNA decreased in certain groups in brain tissue. In muscle, no effect was seen in proteins or protein/DNA. Protein/RNA decreased in all but one group while RNA/DNA was higher only in the group fed all the three steroids together.  相似文献

Tilapia juveniles are a very important life stage, and reliably assessing their growth performance is of prime importance in aquaculture production. The suitability of the RNA/DNA as a bioindicator for growth evaluation in tilapia has not yet been reported. In this study, we examined suitability of RNA/DNA ratio for assessing growth of tilapia juveniles and variation in the ratio under the concurrent influences of temperature and salinity using the central composite design and response surface methodology. Results showed that under our experimental conditions, the synergistic effects of temperature and salinity on the RNA/DNA ratio were highly significant (< 0.01), and the ratio varied with the two factors in a nonlinear fashion; the temperature × salinity interaction was detected at 1% significance level, and had a negative effect on the RNA/DNA ratio particularly at higher temperatures. Temperature was found to have a greater influence on RNA/DNA ratios than salinity. A model of the relation between RNA/DNA, temperature and salinity was developed, with an R2 greater than 98%. The linear relationships of absolute growth, cumulative growth and specific growth of tilapia juveniles to RNA/DNA ratio all showed an R2 of greater than 95%. Our results indicate that the RNA/DNA ratio was a responsive and accurate bioindicator for evaluating the growth performance of juvenile tilapia. These ratio‐based models are neither temperature‐ nor salinity‐dependent, and could be readily applicable to freshwater or brackish water aquaculture within temperature–salinity combinations ranging from 16 to 36°C and 0–16 ppt.  相似文献

An 8-week feeding trial was conducted to determine the effects of various dietary lipids on the growth, tissue proximate composition, muscle fatty acid composition and erythrocyte osmotic fragility of red hybrid tilapia, Oreochromis sp. Five isonitrogenous and isoenergetic semipurified diets were supplemented with 10% of either cod liver oil (CLO), sunflower oil (SFO), crude palm oil (CPO), crude palm kernel oil (CPKO), or a combination of 5% CLO with 5% palm fatty acid distillates (PFAD), respectively. There were no significant effects (P > 0.05) of diet on growth but fish fed the CLO diet showed a significantly (P< 0.05) poorer feed efficiency ratio compared to fish fed the CPO diet. Lipid deposition in fish muscle was mostly similar among fish fed the various diets but bone ash was significantly higher in fish fed the CPO and CPKO diets. Muscle lipids of fish fed palm oil-based diets did not increase in saturated fatty acids content but showed significantly lower polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) concentrations compared to fish fed the CLO diet. The concentrations of individual PUFA in muscle lipids were strongly influenced by dietary PUFA concentrations. Dietary lipids did not markedly affect the structural integrity of erythrocyte membranes but the erythrocytes of tilapia fed the CPO diet were slightly more resistant to osmotic lysis. It was concluded that palm oil products, especially CPO, could be successfully used in the diet of hybrid tilapia based on its availability, cheaper costs and its potential ability to enhance oxidative stability due to its low PUFA content and high natural concentrations of antioxidants.  相似文献

A feeding trial was carried out to determine the effects of bioflocs on dietary protein requirement in juvenile whiteleg shrimp, Litopenaeus vannamei. Four bioflocs treatments (BFT) and one control group were managed: BFT fed diets 25% of crude protein (CP) (BFT‐25%), 30% CP (BFT‐30%), 35% CP (BFT‐35%) and 40% CP (BFT‐40%), and clear water control without bioflocs fed with 40% CP (CW‐40%). Triplicate groups of shrimp (initial body weight, 1.3 g) were fed one of the test diets at a ratio of 7% body weight daily for 8 weeks. At the end of the feeding trial, significantly (P < 0.05) higher weight gain and specific growth rate were obtained in shrimp fed BFT‐35% and BFT‐40% compared to BFT‐25% and BFT‐30%. Shrimp fed BFT‐35% exhibited the lowest feed conversion ratio. Significantly higher muscle nucleic acid indices were also recorded such as DNA content in BFT‐30%, RNA content in BFT‐35% and RNA/DNA ratio than that of shrimp fed control. Total protein level in the haemolymph of shrimp fed BFT‐40% was significantly higher than those of shrimp fed BFT‐25% and BFT‐30%. Therefore, the present results demonstrated that, when L. vannamei juveniles were reared in bioflocs‐based tanks, dietary protein level could be reduced from 40% to 35% without any adverse effect on shrimp growth performance, body composition and haemolymph characteristics. [Correction added on 20 May 2015, after first online publication: sentence modified to clarify the reduction in dietary protein level.].  相似文献

We evaluated the influence of dietary nucleic acid (NA) supplied either as an RNA extract (RNA) or as brewer's yeast (BY) on nitrogen (N) utilisation, N excretion and ureogenesis in a freshwater teleost, the rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) and a marine teleost, the turbot (Psetta maxima). Five diets containing two levels of NA or BY were formulated for each species, and fed to juvenile rainbow trout (initial body weight (IBW): 21.7 g) and turbot (IBW: 11.8 g) over 8–10 weeks. Besides growth and N utilisation, we monitored total ammonia-N and urea-N excretion rates and measured the activities of selected enzymes (glutamate dehydrogenase, ornithine carbamoyltransferase, arginase and uricase). There was no clear N sparing effect of dietary NA or BY supplementations in either species. Feeding diets containing the RNA extract led to an almost two-fold increase in postprandial plasma urea-N and uric acid concentrations and in urea-N excretion rates. Glutamate dehydrogenase and arginase activities were decreased in fish fed NA supplemented diets. Uricase activities were inversely related to dietary NA levels. Data on N excretion and enzyme activities clearly suggest that ureogenesis is influenced by dietary NA in both species. This revised version was published online in July 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献

The ability of Loligo opalescens paralarvae to resist and recover from starvation was examined by measuring their survival, growth rate and RNA/DNA ratios during starvation and refeeding. Paralarvae were fed Artemia sp. nauplii, zooplankton and mysid shrimp. Fourteen days after hatching they were separated into five feeding treatments: a control treatment (food was always available) and treatments starved for 2, 3, 4 and 5 days, and then refed. Each day, 5–7 paralarvae from each treatment were anesthetized to measure mantle length and wet weight (WW), and then RNA and DNA were extracted using an ethidium bromide fluorometric technique. Paralarvae did not survive 4 and 5 days of starvation, showing that at 15 days of age and at 16 °C the limit to recovery was 3 days of starvation. Paralarvae starved for 2 and 3 days showed compensatory growth that mitigated the effects of starvation, in that at the end of the experiment (10 days), they attained mean final body weights similar to the control treatment. Differences in the RNA/DNA ratios between control and starved paralarvae were detected within 2 days of food deprivation. For paralarvae starved 2 and 3 days, it took 1 day after refeeding to attain RNA/DNA ratios not significantly different from the control treatment. Additionally, RNA/DNA ratios were highest during the day (0800, 1200, 1600 h) and lowest at night (0000, 0400 h), suggesting daytime feeding activity. Growth rates ranged from − 14% to 21% WW day− 1 and the resulting equation between RNA/DNA ratio and growth rate (GR) of paralarvae was GR = 1.74 RNA/DNA − 11.79 (R2 = 0.70). After starvation, there was a reduction in growth variability in all starved treatments, while growth variability remained high in the control treatment. Findings from the present study indicate that nucleic acids are a valid indicator of nutritional condition and growth in squid paralarvae.  相似文献

A 60‐day feeding trial was conducted to determine the growth performance and expression of insulin‐like growth factor 1 gene (IGF‐I gene) in Labeo rohita fingerlings fed with either raw, soaked or fermented sweet potato leaf meal (SPLM) by completely replacing de‐oiled rice bran (DORB), following a completely randomized design. Seven isonitrogenous (30%) and isocaloric (1.8 MJ/100 g) diets were prepared by replacing DORB with 50% and 100% raw, soaked and fermented sweet potato leaf meal, maintaining DORB‐containing diets as a control. Weight gain %, SGR (specific growth rate) and PER (protein efficiency ratio) were significantly (p < 0.05) higher when 100% DORB was replaced by fermented SPLM in comparison to other treatment groups. The fermented and soaked SPLM‐fed groups had registered with lower FCR value. The expression of growth regulating gene IGF‐I mRNA and RNA/DNA ratio was found to be significantly higher (p < 0.05) in soaked and fermented SPLM‐fed groups. In this study, the body protein and lipid composition did not vary significantly (p > 0.05). Hence, the study concludes that the fermented sweet potato leaf meal using Chaetomium globosum can replace 100% DORB in the diet of Labeo rohita without any detrimental effect on growth performance.  相似文献

Abstract

The influence of eight semi-purified diets having different protein and lipid levels on growth performance and body composition of Japanese flounder, Paralichthys olivaceus, was evaluated. The sources of protein were either intact protein (IP) or a mixture of IP and crystalline amino acids (CAA). In trial 1 (IP group), four test diets were prepared from IP sources (casein-gelatin) with combination of two protein levels (35% and 50%) and two lipid levels (10% and 20%). In trial 2 (PA-group), another four test diets were formulated using IP and CAA with combination of the same two protein and two lipid levels as used for trial 1. The juveniles (about 2.00 g initial weight) were fed the respective test diets for 42 days in duplicate tanks. In both trials, weight gain was the highest for juveniles fed the diet containing 50% protein with 10% lipid and the lowest in those fed the 35% protein with 10% lipid diet. Weight gain of juveniles was significantly increased when the lipid levels were increased in low protein (35%) diets for both trials. In high protein (50%) diet, however, increase lipid levels from 10 to 20% with 50% protein resulted in decrease in weight gain, irrespective of protein sources. Specific growth rate, feed intake, feed conversion efficiency were significantly affected by different dietary protein and lipid level. Content of neutral lipids in the whole-body particularly, triglycerides was statistically higher for fish fed the high-lipid diets than those fed the low-lipid diets irrespective of protein sources. But, polar lipid did not show any differences either for different protein or lipid levels. Level of individual amino acids in the whole-body showed little difference among the dietary treatments. Results suggest that Japanese flounder grew better on low lipid level with 50% protein-based diets and supplementation of CAA did not show any adverse effect on the growth performance with different levels of protein and lipid in the diets.  相似文献

Abstract.— Growth, histological lesions, and biochemical changes were investigated in channel catfish Ictalurus punctatus fed various concentrations of moniliformin with or without fumonisin B1. Channel catfish (average initial weight, 1.5 g) were fed diets formulated to contain 0, 20, 40, 60, and 120 mg moniliformin/kg; 0, 20, and 40 mg fumonisin B1/kg, or two combinations of moniliformin and fumonisin B1 for 10 wk. Fish fed diets with the lowest concentration of moniliformin or fumonisin B1 (20 mg/kg diet) had significantly (P < 0.05) less weight gain than the control fish. Increasing the level of moniliformin in the diets resulted in a linear decrease in weight gain. Overall mortality of fish was 4% and not related to treatment effects. Hematocrit was significantly (P < 0.05) lowered by 60‐mg moniliformin/kg diet or 40‐mg fumonisin B1/kg diet. Dose‐dependent increases in serum pyruvate concentration and ratio of free sphinganine to free sphingonine were obtained with increasing concentration of dietary moniliformin and fumonisin B1, respectively. Mean serum pyruvate level was significantly (P < 0.05) higher in fish fed the diet containing 60‐mg moniliformin/kg diet. Addition of fumonisin B1 (40 mg/kg) to the diet containing 40‐mg moniliformin/kg significantly increased the serum pyruvate level above that of the control. Also, the lowest concentration of fumonisin B1 (20 mg/kg diet) significantly (P < 0.05) increased the ratio of sphingolipids. Combinations of moniliformin and fumonisin B1 at levels of 20:40 and 40:40 mg/kg diet did not significantly change the effect of fumonisin B1 on the ratio of sphingolipids. The only tissue lesions observed in liver and heart were smaller nuclei of cells in livers of fish fed diets containing the two highest levels of moniliformin and the combinations of the two toxins.  相似文献

Nucleotides, nucleosides and nucleic acids (NU) have many critical functions in supporting life and increasing evidence suggests that exogenous supply can benefit the health of mammals and fish. For these reasons, a 6‐week feeding trial was conducted on juvenile European seabass (Dicentrarchus labrax) with diets containing 0%, 0.15% and 0.3% inclusion of a NU mixture (Laltide®) derived from the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae. At the end of the study no significant differences were found in fish performance, although a tendency towards better performance was indicated in fish fed the Nu0.3 diet. In relation to histological assessment, a significantly greater perimeter ratio; internal to outer (IP/OP) was observed in the posterior intestine of fish fed supplemental NU. Microvilli heights in the posterior intestine were also shown to be significantly promoted in fish fed NU diets (p < 0.05). Goblet cell abundance was shown to be unaffected by the inclusion of NU in the diet (p > 0.05). Overall, this study indicates that orally administered NU may be effective promoters of gut functional topography with marginal associated improvements to fish performance. Nonetheless, longer exposure and/or commercial scale application, and in diets that were challenging in use of high inclusion levels of plant by‐products would potentially amplify improvements in production characteristics, in turn benefiting fish culturists.  相似文献

The present study investigates the effects of dietary carotenoid sources on the coloration of the red porgy, Pagrus pagrus. Red porgies (131.9 ± 16.2 g; mean ± SD) were fed for 12 weeks on five different diets supplemented with red carotenoids (mainly astaxanthin esters) supplied from Haematococcus pluvialis algae and yellow carotenoids (mainly β‐carotene, lutein, and zeaxanthin) supplied from Alfalfa, Medicago sativa L. and Spirulina, Spirulina pacifica. The carotenoid‐supplemented diets did not have any marked effect on the growth rate, the feed conversion ratio, the daily feeding rate, or the hepatosomatic index of red porgy. The biochemical indices measured in plasma including cholesterol, total proteins, glucose, lactate, phospholipids, non‐esterified fatty acids, triglycerides, and thyroid hormones did not differ significantly among groups. Diet did not affect significantly the melanophore‐area coverage, the melanin skin concentration and skin lightness. Carotenoid‐supplemented diets affected significantly the carotenoid deposition in the skin, the presence and distribution of erythorphores and xanthophores, and skin hue and chroma. Overall, data have shown the efficacy of Haematococcus algae in promoting a reddish coloration in red porgy.  相似文献

An 8‐week feeding trial was conducted to assess the effects of dietary l ‐threonine on growth, protein utilization, threonine retention efficiencies, nucleic acid indices and body composition of fingerling Heteropneustes fossilis (6.6 ± 0.1 g; 10.9 ± 0.2 cm). Casein–gelatin based isonitrogenous (38% crude protein; CP) and isocaloric (15.3 kJ g?1 digestible energy; DE) amino acid test diets with six levels of dietary l ‐threonine (0.75%; 1.0%; 1.25%; 1.5%; 1.75%; 2.0% dry diet) were prepared and hand‐fed to quadruplicate groups of fingerling to apparent visual satiation twice daily. Weight gain (WG; 46.3 g fish?1), feed conversion ratio (FCR; 1.98), protein utilization efficiency (PUE; 0.25), threonine retention efficiency (TRE; 0.69), lipid productive value (LPV; 0.45), body protein (18.2%) and RNA/DNA ratio (3.6) of fish fed graded levels of dietary threonine increased significantly (P < 0.05) up to 1.49% threonine of dry diet. To generate precise information, the WG, RNA/DNA and LPV data were subjected to broken‐line and quadratic regression analyses. The two models were superimposed and requirement was determined by establishing the point, where the quadratic curve first intersected the plateau of broken‐line. Based on the above mathematical analyses, optimum dietary threonine requirement of fingerling Hfossilis was estimated to range between 1.62% and 1.69% of the diet, corresponding to 4.26–4.44% protein.  相似文献
