喹赛多对断奶仔猪的生长性能和胴体品质的影响   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
选择35日龄体重相近的二元杂交(长大)断奶去势公猪100头,随机分为5组,每组5个重复(栏),每个重复4头,在相同条件下进行饲养试验和屠宰试验。预饲期7d,试验期40d。试验日粮分别在基础日粮中添加0、50mg/kg喹乙醇、25、50和100mg/kg喹赛多,研究喹赛多对断奶仔猪生长性能和胴体品质的影响。结果表明:在日粮中添加25、50、100mg/kg喹赛多可以提高仔猪的平均日增重,降低料肉比和腹泻率;其中,平均日增重分别比对照组提高5.4%、9.9%和24.3%,料肉比比对照组降低9.3%、13.5%和14.0%,腹泻率分别比对照组降低36.4%、72.7%和74.8%;在仔猪日粮中添加100mg/kg喹赛多可以提高仔猪屠宰率和瘦肉率,提高眼肌面积,降低胴体肥肉率。在断奶仔猪日粮中喹赛多的适宜添加量为50~100mg/kg。  相似文献

选用72只约克夏和长白断奶他猪,随机分为4组,第1组为空白对照组,第2组喹乙醇添加量为75mg/kg,第3-4组喹胺醇添加量分别为75mg/kg和150mg/kg。试验结果表明,饲料中添加喹胺醇75mg/kg、150mg/kg,仔猪采食、生长均正常,增重率150mg/kg组比对照组高13%,比喹乙醇组高33.7%,料肉比低于对照组7.9%,比喹乙醇组低15.2%;喹乙醇组增重为空白组的85%。血液生化指标检测结果表明,饲料中添加喹胺醇75mg/kg和150mg/kg,仔猪肝肾功能正常,没有实质性的变化和毒副作用。  相似文献

选择体重基本一致的30日龄齐卡兔60只(公母各半),随机分成5组,即A组(对照组)、B组、C组、D组和E组,每组3个重复,每重复4只,单笼饲养。其中对照组饲喂基础日粮,其余各组分别在基础日粮中添加喹赛多50mg/kg、喹赛多100mg/kg、喹乙醇50mg/kg、喹乙醇100mg/kg,进行为期60d的饲养试验。结果表明:各组添加剂均能显著提高肉兔日增重(P<0.05);100mg/kg喹赛多组与对照组日耗料量相当,而其它各组日耗料量则显著低于对照组(P<0.05);各试验组与对照组相比,均能显著降低料重比(P<0.05),但各试验组间差异不显著(P>0.05);各组添加剂均能降低肉兔腹泻率。综合评价,喹赛多组优于喹乙醇组,适宜添加量为100mg/kg。  相似文献

本试验探讨断奶仔猪日粮中添加不同抗菌素(100mg/ kg磺胺二甲嘧啶 50mg/kg口服氨苄青霉素 100mg/ kg土霉素、100mg/ kg杆菌肽锌 20mg/kg硫酸抗敌素、100mg/kg硫酸新霉素、50mg/kg洛克沙胂 50mg/ kg喹乙醇、300mg/kg痢特灵)对断奶仔猪生长性能和腹泻的影响。试验结果表明,断奶仔猪日粮中添加抗菌素的日增重和日耗料与对照组相比无显著差异(P> 0.05);但添加 50mg/ kg洛克沙胂 50mg/ kg 喹乙醇组的饲料增重比明显优于对照组(P<0.05);添加抗菌素各组的腹泻情况均比对照组有所改善。从生长性能及腹泻情况综合考虑,断奶仔猪日粮中添加50mg/kg洛克沙胂 50mg/kg喹乙醇稍好于添加其它抗菌素。  相似文献

150只去势长大仔猪随机分为6组,Ⅰ和Ⅳ组饲喂不含抗菌药的基础日粮,Ⅱ和Ⅴ组基础日粮中添加喹乙醇100mg/kg,Ⅲ和Ⅵ组基础日粮中添加喹赛多100mg/kg。Ⅳ、Ⅴ和Ⅵ组仔猪灌服10^10CFU产肠毒素性大肠杆菌(O139:K88),Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组仅灌服肉汤。结果表明,喹赛多饲喂猪直肠粪便中大肠杆菌总数和接种的血清型大肠杆菌数与喹乙醇饲喂猪均无显著差异(P〉0.05),喹赛多和喹乙醇饲喂猪直肠粪便中接种的血清型大肠杆菌数均低于非药物饲喂猪(P〈0.05)。Ⅳ组仔猪感染率为68%;Ⅴ和Ⅵ组感染率均为16%。药物饲喂猪平均日增重显著改善(P〈0.05),喹赛多饲喂猪平均日增重高于喹乙醇饲喂猪(P〈0.05)。Ⅳ组仔猪平均日增重和饲料转化率分别下降9.6%和8.4%,Ⅵ组仔猪日增重和饲料转化率分别提高11.9%和7.9%,均高于Ⅴ组(4.2%和1.5%)。可见喹赛多不仅对断奶仔猪产肠毒素大肠杆菌感染有显著预防作用,而且还有较好的促进生长和提高饲料转化率作用。  相似文献

21日龄平均体重为5.85kg的断奶仔猪64头,按随机区组设计分4组,肉碱添加水平分别为:0mg/kg、50mg/kg、100mg/kg和150mg/kg.试验结果表明:添加肉碱不影响仔猪的平均日增重(ADG)和饲料转化效率(FCR),但添加100mg/kg肉碱可显著提高早期断奶仔猪的平均日采食量(ADFI);各组干物质、粗灰分、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、钙和磷消化率不受肉碱影响,添加150mg/kg肉碱可使断奶后0d~14d的仔猪对粗脂肪的消化率比添加50mg/kg肉碱组显著降低14.6%(P<0.05),添加100mg/kg肉碱可使断奶后15d~28d的仔猪对氨基酸的消化率比对照组显著提高3.5%~3.8%(P<0.01).结论:日粮添加100mg/kg肉碱可以显著促进21日龄断奶仔猪采食和极显著提高断奶后15d~28d间仔猪对日粮氨基酸的消化率,但对仔猪的生长速度和饲料转化效率无显著影响.  相似文献

去势长大仔猪随机分为6组,Ⅰ和Ⅳ组饲喂不含抗菌药的基础日粮,Ⅱ和Ⅴ组基础日粮中添加100mg/kg喹乙醇,Ⅲ和Ⅵ组基础日粮中添加100mg/kg喹赛多。Ⅳ、Ⅴ和Ⅵ组仔猪灌服10^10CFU大肠杆菌(O139;K86),Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组仅灌服肉汤。喹赛多饲喂猪直肠粪便中大肠杆菌总数和接种血清型大肠杆菌数与喹乙醇饲喂猪均无显著差异(P〉0.05),喹赛多和喹乙醇饲喂猪直肠粪便中接种血清型大肠杆菌数均低于非药物饲喂猪(P〈0.05)。饲料中添加药物可降低空、回肠上皮内淋巴细胞和IgA分泌细胞数(P〈0.05);喹赛多饲喂猪空肠IgA分泌细胞数低于喹乙醇饲喂猪(P〈0.05)。大肠杆菌接种降低仔猪平均日增重(P〈0.05),药物显著改善平均日增重(P〈0.05);喹赛多饲喂猪平均日增重在整个试验期高于喹乙醇饲喂猪(P〈0.05);这些结果显示喹赛多减少肠道大肠杆菌数量,抑制因肠道接种刺激所引起的免疫激活,特别是肠道免疫激活,以促进仔猪生长。  相似文献

试验研究了复制3种生长促进剂组合使用对断奶仔猪生产性能的影响.试验选择128头28±1日龄、平均断奶体重(7.78±0.74)kq的健康三元(杜×长×大)杂交仔猪,按体重和性别分成4个处理组,每个处理4个重复,每个重复8头仔猪.第1组为对照组,饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮;第2组添加喹乙醇(50mg/kg)、阿散酸(150mg/kg);第3组添加喹乙醇(50mg/kg)、吉他霉素(60mg/kg);第4组添加喹乙醇(50mg/kg)、阿散酸(150mg/kg)、吉他霉素(60mg/kg).研究结果表明,各试验组日增重、料肉比得到显著改善(p<0.05),腹泻率显著下降(p<0.01).  相似文献

采用单因子试验设计,选80头平均体重为8.1 kg的杜×长×大仔猪随机分配到10个处理中,每个处理4个重复(圈)。研究纳米氧化锌对仔猪生产性能、腹泻率和粪便中微生物活菌数量的影响。试验设4个对照组:基础日粮组、基础日粮分别添加100、2 500 mg/kg饲料级氧化锌和100 mg/kg硫酸锌组,6个试验组:基础日粮中分别添加50、 100、500、1 000、1 500、2 500 mg/kg的纳米氧化锌,试验期42 d。结果表明:①试验1-2周,2 500 mg/kg纳米氧化锌显著提高仔猪平均日增重(ADG)和平均日采食量(ADFI)(P<0.05),提高饲料利用率(P>0.05);试验全期50 mg/kg 纳米氧化锌组的ADG、ADFI和平均末重均高于其余各个处理组。②添加2 500 mg/kg的高剂量锌极显著降低腹泻率(P<0.01),纳米氧化锌降低腹泻的效果优于其他锌源。③2 500mg/kg高剂量锌显著降低粪便中大肠杆菌数(P< 0.05);纳米氧化锌对大肠杆菌的抑茵效果优于饲料级氧化锌和硫酸锌。  相似文献

A 2 x 3 factorial arrangement of treatments was used to determine the effects of olaquindox and cyadox on the intestinal mucosal immune response and on fecal shedding of Escherichia coli in Landrace x Large White barrows that had been orally given 10(10) cfu of E. coli (O139:K88). Factors included 1) E. coli inoculation or no inoculation, and 2) no antimicrobial, 100 mg of olaquindox/kg, and 100 mg of cyadox/kg in the basal diet, respectively. The effects of cyadox and olaquindox were assessed in terms of fecal shedding of E. coli, the number of intraepithelial lymphocytes (IEL), immunoglobulin A-positive cells (APC) in the intestinal lamina propria, and ADG. There was no difference in the fecal shedding of total E. coli or the inoculated E. coli between olaquindox-supplemented pigs and cyadox-supplemented pigs during the experiment. However, fecal shedding of the inoculated E. coli in olaquindox- or cyadox-supplemented pigs was less (P < 0.05) than that in nonsupplemented pigs. Escherichia coli inoculation increased IEL and APC in the jejunum and ileum, but olaquindox or cyadox decreased IEL and APC (P < 0.05). Jejunal APC in cyadox-supplemented pigs was less (P < 0.05) than that in olaquindox-supplemented pigs. Escherichia coli inoculation reduced (P < 0.05) ADG, whereas the supplementations improved ADG (P < 0.01) during the experiment. Average daily gain in cyadox-supplemented pigs was greater (P < 0.05) than that in olaquindox-supplemented pigs. The data indicated that olaquindox and cyadox reduced the number of intestinal E. coli and suppressed E. coli-induced immune activation, which might be responsible for the enhanced growth that was observed.  相似文献

Abstract

Forty crossbreed hair lambs (19.1 kg body weight; 8 months of age) grazing on a Cynodon plestoctachyus pasture without supplementation or supplemented with 300 g of concentrate containing different levels of crude protein (CP) were randomly assigned to treatments defined as follows: control (without supplementation); CP130 (concentrate 130 g CP/kg), CP150 (concentrate 150 g/kg), CP170 (concentrate 170 g/kg), and CP190 (concentrate 190 g CP/kg). Lambs fed supplements had higher final body weight (BW), total gain, average daily gain (ADG), total dry matter intake (DMI), total tract digestion, and carcass dressing than lambs in control treatment. Final BW, total gain, ADG, total DMI, feed conversion, and total tract digestion were improved linearly as protein level in concentrate increased. Meat of lambs fed supplements was lighter, redder, and less yellow than meat of lambs in control treatment. It is concluded that supplementation improved ADG, feed conversion, carcass dressing, and meat color.  相似文献

本试验旨在研究壳聚糖对断奶仔猪生长性能、粪便评分及血清激素和T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。选取28日龄断奶的杜×大×长三元杂交仔猪60头,随机分为5组(每组12头):对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加250、500、1 000和2 000 mg/kg壳聚糖的试验饲粮。试验期14 d。结果表明:1)饲粮添加250~2 000 mg/kg壳聚糖显著提高断奶仔猪的平均日增重(ADG)(P0.05),显著降低料重比(F/G)(P0.05);2)饲粮添加250~2 000 mg/kg壳聚糖显著降低试验第11天断奶仔猪的粪便评分(P0.05);3)饲粮添加适宜剂量的壳聚糖显著提高断奶仔猪的血清促生长激素释放激素(GHRH)(250~2 000 mg/kg)、生长激素(GH)(500~1 000 mg/kg)和瘦素(LP)(2 000 mg/kg)的浓度(P0.05),显著降低血清促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素(CRH)(250~2 000 mg/kg)、促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)(500~1 000 mg/kg)、皮质醇(COR)(250~2 000 mg/kg)和可溶性CD8(sCD8)(500~2 000 mg/kg)的浓度(P0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加适宜剂量的壳聚糖能够促进断奶仔猪的生长,降低腹泻,缓解断奶应激。  相似文献

选用体重和出生日期相近的甘肃肉用绵羊新品种选育群初生羔羊50只(其中公羔30只、母羊20只),按同质原则分为5组(每组公羔6只、母羔4只),在15~91日龄分别饲喂酵母β-葡聚糖添加量为0.00,37.50,75.00,112.50和150.00 mg/kg的饲粮,研究饲粮中添加酵母β-葡聚糖对28日龄早期断奶羔羊生产性能和采食行为的影响。结果表明,37.50,75.00和112.50 mg/kg的添加量均显著提高了试验全期羔羊的末重和平均日增重(P<0.05);150 mg/kg的添加量提高了15~28日龄羔羊的平均日增重(P=0.088);112.50 mg/kg的添加量提高了29~42日龄和43~56日龄羔羊的末重和平均日增重(P<0.01),降低了43~56日龄羔羊的料肉比(P<0.01); 37.50和75.00 mg/kg的添加量提高了57~70日龄和71~91日龄羔羊平均日增重(P<0.01),降低了料肉比(P<0.01)。112.50 mg/kg的添加量增加了55~56日龄羔羊的反刍次数(P<0.05)和90~91日龄羔羊的反刍时间(P<0.01)。75.00 mg/kg添加量增加了55~56日龄和90~91日龄羔羊的反刍时间(P<0.01),增加了55~56日龄羔羊的反刍次数(P<0.05)。37.50,75.00,112.50和150.00 mg/kg的添加量分别增加纯收入81.33,94.71,85.10和24.17元/只。综合各项指标,以75.00 mg/kg的添加量较为适宜。  相似文献

This experiment was conducted to study the effects of antimicrobial peptide cecropin on production performance,immune function and serum biological parameters of weaner piglets.A total of 240 weaner hybrid piglets (Landrace×Large White×Duroc) with average body weight (8.35±0.12)kg were randomly divided into 4 treatments with 6 replicates of 10 each.The four treatments were control group (fed a basal diet),antibiotics group (fed basal diet+140 mg/kg 50% kitasamycin+100 mg/kg olaquindox +600 mg/kg 10% colistin sulfate),antimicrobial peptide group (fed basal diet+350 mg/kg antimicrobial peptide cecropin),compatibility group (antibiotics + antibacterial peptide group)(fed basal diet+250 mg/kg antimicrobial peptide cecropin+50 mg/kg olaquindox +200 mg/kg 10% colistin sulfate),each group was half male and half female.The pre-test period lasted for 7 days,the trial period lasted for 34 days.The results showed that compared with control group,the average daily gain in compatibility group was significantly increased (P<0.05),the average daily feed intake in antibiotic group and antimicrobial peptide group was significantly decreased (P<0.05),the feed conversion ratio and diarrhea rate in all three experimental groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05).The antibody blocking rate and serum IgG,IgA contents in antimicrobial peptide group and compatibility group were significantly increased (P<0.05),the serum urea nitrogen and blood sugar contents in antimicrobial peptide group and compatibility group were significantly decreased (P<0.05),but the serum total protein and albumin contents were significantly increased (P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary supplementation appropriate level of antimicrobial peptide cecropin could replace part of the antibiotics,and adding high dose of antimicrobial peptide cecropin could replace antibiotics used in feed completely.  相似文献

One hundred and fifty piglets were randomly allotted to one of six treatments to determine the effects of olaquindox and cyadox on growth and intestinal immune response including the number of intraepithelial lymphocytes and immunoglobulin A secreting cells (ASCs) during the three-week period. A 2 x 3 factorial arrangement of treatments was employed with the following factors: (1) Escherichia coli (O(139):K(88), 10(10) CFU) inoculation or control and (2) no antimicrobials, 100 mg/kg olaquindox and 100 mg/kg cyadox in the basal diet respectively. The antimicrobial supplementations improved (p < 0.01) average daily gain and feed conversion ratio (FCR) during the experiment. Average daily gain and FCR in the cyadox-supplemented pigs were higher (p < 0.05) than those in the olaquindox-supplemented pigs. Intraepithelial lymphocytes and ASCs decreased (p < 0.05) when the diets were supplemented. Jejunal ASCs in the cyadox-supplemented pigs were lower (p < 0.05) than those in the olaquindox-supplemented pigs. Olaquindox and cyadox suppressed E. coli-induced intestinal immune activation, which may be involved in the observed growth promotion.  相似文献

The objective of this study was to examine the effects of cinnamaldehyde (CDH), garlic (GAR) and juniper berry (JUN) essential oils (200 mg/kg of DM) on performance and carcass characteristics of lambs fed a barley-based concentrate diet ad libitum. For this purpose, 40 ewes' lambs (23.5 ± 1.11 kg initial live weight, LW) were used in a random block design over a 13-week period. Feeding CDH, GAR or JUN did not affect dry matter intake (DMI) but the average daily gain (ADG) of lambs supplemented with CDH and JUN was higher (P = 0.002) as compared to lambs fed GAR or the control diet. Feed conversion (DMI/ADG) was numerically improved when lambs were fed CDH (4.8) and JUN (4.7) compared to those fed GAR (5.2) or the control diet (5.3). There were no effects of feed additives on ruminal pH and concentrations of ammonia and total VFA. Serum concentrations of glycerol and total glycerides were lower and higher (P ≤ 0.03) in lambs fed CDH or JUN respectively, as compared to lambs fed GAR or the control diet. Hot dressed carcass weight was similar among treatments (23.7 ± 0.75 kg; P = 0.18) whereas saleable meat tended (P = 0.13) to increase (+ 9%) in lambs fed CDH and JUN compared to those fed GAR or the control diet. Feeding CDH, GAR or JUN had little effect on the overall fatty acid composition of back fat and liver and only minor effects on meat flavour characteristics.  相似文献

1. The study was conducted to evaluate the effects of a dried Bacillus subtilis culture (DBSC) on growth performance and nutrient retention of goslings. 2. A total of 240 goslings were randomly divided into 4 dietary treatments with 6 replicates of 10 goslings per pen from 0 to 4 weeks of age. The 4 treatments consisted of a basal diet containing neither antibiotics nor DBSC (control), basal diet supplemented 5 mg Flavomycin/kg, and basal diet supplemented with 250 or 500 mg DBSC/kg. 3. Body weight and feed consumption were measured with pen as the experimental unit at 14 and 28 d of age, and excreta collections from each pen were carried out to determine nutrient retention ratio during the 4th week. 4. The results showed that the diet supplemented with 250 mg DBSC/kg increased average daily gain (ADG) by 6.9%, reduced average daily feed intake (ADFI) by 3.9%, and improved feed conversion ratio (FCR) by 10.3% in a 0-28 d feeding period, compared with the control diet. However, the diet containing 500 mg DBSC/kg did not effect these performance of goslings. 5. The goslings given the diet with 250 mg DBSC/kg had similar ADG, lower ADFI and significantly lower FCR to or than the goslings fed on the Flavomycin diet. 6. The results also showed that dietary DBSC supplementation improved dry matter and energy retention of goslings. 7. This study indicated that the diet containing a dried B. subtilis culture at 250 mg/kg offered large benefits to the growth performance of goslings, and these benefits could equal or exceed those from Flavomycin. It is suggested that the growth promoting effect of DBSC may be attributed to the improvement in the availability of dietary nutrients.  相似文献

The objective of the present experiment was to determine the effect of different types of N-carbamoylglutamate on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and fat distribution of Tan sheep. Sixty male Tan lambs with average weight of (20.14±0.31)kg and similar age were randomly assigned three groups with five replications per group and 4 lambs per replication. The lambs in control group were fed basal diet, while lambs in test groups were fed diets containing 0.1% NCG and 0.1% RP-NCG,respectively. The results showed that:① Comparing with control group,the ADG was significantly improved (P<0.05) and F/G was significantly decreased (P<0.05) when 0.1% NCG or 0.1% RP-NCG were supplemented,while there was no significant difference between two experimental groups (P>0.05).② Dietary supplemented with 0.1% NCG or 0.1% RP-NCG significantly decreased the serum urea nitrogen (P<0.05),but there were no significant differences in serum total protein,creatinine content and creatine kinase activity (P>0.05).③ The ration of meat weight to carcass weight of two experimental groups was significantly improved (P<0.05).As 0.1% NCG or 0.1% RP-NCG were supplemented in the diets, the content of subcutaneous fat and GR value were significantly decreased (P<0.05),and the content of intramuscular fat (IMF) was significantly increased (P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary supplemented with 0.1% NCG or 0.1% RP-NCG could improve the growth performance and slaughter performance while there was no significant difference between NCG and RP-NCG.  相似文献
