牛奶因富含易被人体吸收的各种氨基酸、维生素、微量元素等营养物质,被誉为几近“最完善的食品”。随着生活水平提高,人们对牛奶需求量也逐渐增长,这与我国奶牛业发展较慢,牛奶产量及品质不高形成突出矛盾,建立高产、优质、高效的奶牛体系已势在必行(谢宝柱等,2005)。能量摄入量不足是影响高产奶牛泌乳量和乳品质的因素之一,特别是高产奶牛泌乳初期,能量代谢往往处于负平衡,日粮中添加适宜水平的脂肪可以提高日粮能量浓度,从而使能量代谢呈正平衡.使泌乳高峰提前出现,达到增加产奶量、影响乳品质及减少泌乳奶牛低乳脂综合征的效果。本文综述了奶牛日粮中添加脂肪对牛奶产量及品质的影响。  相似文献

文章旨在评价甘蔗渣作为粗饲料对泌乳奶牛采食量、消化率、采食行为、泌乳量、乳成分及微生物蛋白合成等方面的影响。试验选择10头初始体重为(450±25.6)kg,泌乳天数为(143.7±30.7)d的杂交奶牛为研究对象,试验采用5×5拉丁方设计,饲喂周期为5个21 d(1~14 d为适应期,15~21 d为数据采集期)。试验日粮分为对照日粮、45%、50%、55%和60%甘蔗渣日粮。结果:对照组与45%和50%甘蔗渣组干物质、有机物、总可消化养分摄入量、干物质和有机物消化率无显著差异(P>0.05),而55%和60%甘蔗渣组干物质和有机物消化率最低(P<0.05)。甘蔗渣组与对照组对中性洗涤纤维摄入量和表观消化率的影响具有显著差异(P<0.05),其中45%甘蔗渣组奶牛的非纤维碳水化合物摄入量和消化率与对照组相似(P>0.05)。日粮甘蔗渣添加水平对营养物质的摄入量和消化率呈显著线性降低(P<0.05)。60%甘蔗渣组较对照组显著降低了奶牛反刍时间,显著提高空闲时间(P<0.05)。奶牛的反刍时间、反刍和采食效率随日粮甘蔗渣添加水平的升高显著线性降低(P<0.05),而空闲时间随饲粮中甘蔗渣含量的增加线性增加(P<0.05)。结论:日粮添加甘蔗渣降低了奶牛日产奶量,但添加水平为45%~50%时可以使奶牛泌乳量达到12 kg/d。  相似文献

试验旨在研究泌乳水平对奶牛日粮及羊草能量、氮代谢及甲烷排放规律的影响。试验采用单因素随机分组设计,分为干奶牛组(A组)、15 kg/d产奶牛组(B组)、27 kg/d产奶牛组(C组),每组4头,各试验牛的体重、年龄、胎次相近的,产奶牛处于相同泌乳阶段。采用间接法(套算法)测定羊草的能量及瘤胃甲烷产量。结果表明:能量代谢方面,随着泌乳水平的提高,日粮的能量消化率和代谢率随泌乳水平的升高而显著下降;羊草的消化能、代谢能、净能值以及瘤胃甲烷产生量随着泌乳水平的升高而显著下降(P<0.05)。日粮氮的消化率和代谢率随着泌乳水平的升高而显著下降(P<0.05)。A、B组和C组中,羊草的氮消化率分别为68.17%、66.64%和64.31%,A组的氮消化率、可消化氮显著高于C组(P<0.05);羊草氮代谢率及可代谢氮量随着泌乳水平升高而显著下降(P<0.05)。由此可知,奶牛泌乳水平对日粮及羊草的能量、氮代谢及瘤胃甲烷产量有显著影响。  相似文献

试验旨在研究泌乳中后期奶牛饲喂高能量水平日粮对其生产性能和饲料效率的影响。选取泌乳(220±10)d、妊娠(100±5)d、产奶量(20±5)kg的健康荷斯坦中产奶牛120头,随机分为2组,每组60头牛,对照组饲喂低能量(6.51 MJ/kg DM)全混合日粮(TMR),试验组饲喂高能量(7.26 MJ/kg DM)TMR,预试期7d,正试期20d。结果表明:试验组的干物质采食量(DMI)、4%标准乳(FCM)产量较对照组分别增加2.26、1.55 kg/d(P<0.01);试验组乳蛋白含量高于对照组(P<0.01),而饲料效率(FE)和乳脂率呈下降趋势(P>0.05);试验组奶牛饲料消化率(表观消化率、淀粉消化率)、淀粉降解速率、微生物产气量均高于对照组(P<0.01),而挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)、乙酸+丁酸含量低于对照组(P>0.05);试验组千克奶饲料成本较对照组增加0.83元/(头·d)、经济效益减少16.2元/(头·d)。由此可见,泌乳中后期奶牛仍然饲喂高能量水平日粮会降低奶牛饲料效率,提高饲喂成本,应按照泌乳天数科学配制奶牛日粮。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究在奶牛日粮中添加含有高含量的n-3脂肪酸的亚麻籽对其生产性能的影响。奶牛泌乳100d时试验结束。总体来看,增加奶牛日粮中的n-3脂肪酸含量其泌乳期的DMI采食量和牛奶产量有所增加,对奶牛血浆和牛乳中的脂肪酸组成略有影响,且牛奶乳中脂肪的含量略有下降。  相似文献

本试验旨在评估奶牛日粮中添加酿酒酵母发酵产物对其泌乳性能及血浆和粪中脂多糖浓度的影响。试验在2个农场开展,每个农场选择泌乳天数为28~135d、泌乳量相近的奶牛64头,随机分为2组,每组4个重复,每个重复8头。对照组饲喂基础浓缩日粮,处理组奶牛除饲喂基础日粮外,每天每头牛还补充60g酿酒酵母发酵产物。试验共进行4周。结果 :两个农场奶牛的泌乳量和干物质摄入量分别为18.92-21.43kg/kg、19.0-19.11kg/d,而血浆和粪中脂多糖浓度范围为0.14-0.40U/mL、6345-7455U/mL。在农场1中,酿酒酵母提取物组奶牛的泌乳量、乳脂肪、乳蛋白和3.5%脂肪校正乳产量显著高于对照组(P 0.05),分别提高了4.62%、10%、5.17%和7.78%(P 0.05)。酿酒酵母产物及泌乳天数对乳脂肪含量的影响具有显著交互效应(P 0.05)。在农场2中,酿酒酵母组奶牛的乳脂肪、乳蛋白含量、乳脂肪产量、乳蛋白产量、3.5%脂肪校正乳和饲料报酬较对照组分别显著提高7.78%、11.07%、37.03%、22%、60%、15.09%和13.79%(P 0.05)。泌乳天数对农场1奶牛血浆和粪以及农场2血浆脂多糖浓度具有显著影响(P 0.05)。结论 :在不影响干物质摄入量的情况下,在泌乳奶牛日粮中补充酿酒酵母产物可显著提高泌乳量、乳质量和饲料效率。随着泌乳时间的延长,血浆脂多糖浓度有升高趋势,补充酿酒酵母产物有降低血浆脂多糖浓度的趋势。  相似文献

为了研究小肽对泌乳中后期奶牛生产性能的影响,试验选择年龄、体况、胎次、产奶量、泌乳天数和配种后天数相近的中国荷斯坦奶牛30头,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组15头,对照组饲喂常规全混合日粮(TMR),试验组在对照组基础上每头添加100 g/d的小肽,试验期为56 d。结果表明:在泌乳中后期奶牛基础日粮中添加小肽可以使乳体细胞数较试验前下降1. 75万个/m L,下降幅度为7. 03%,有效控制乳房炎的发生;日均产奶量较对照组提高0. 72 kg/头;乳成分中的乳蛋白率、乳糖率、总固形物较对照组提高,其中乳糖率极显著提高(P0. 01)。说明在日粮中添加小肽可以有效提高泌乳中后期奶牛的产奶量,改善乳成分,提高免疫力和健康水平。  相似文献

试验研究在日粮中添加过瘤胃保护蛋氨酸(RP-Met),对泌乳奶牛血浆游离氨基酸含量、牛奶氨基酸组成、泌乳量和乳成分及相关血液生化指标的影响,进而评价添加的RP-Met的有效性。试验以4头产奶量相近、体质量为(610±70)kg、泌乳日龄为(150±30)d且带有永久性瘤胃瘘管的健康经产荷斯坦泌乳奶牛为试验动物,随机分为2组,其中一组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮;另一组为试验组,在饲喂基础日粮的同时添加RP-Met 60 g/d。试验采用2×2反转试验设计,共分2期,不同试验期间试验组与对照组对调。试验结果表明,日粮添加RP-Met 60 g/d使奶牛血浆游离蛋氨酸质量浓度显著增加(P0.05),血浆总游离氨基酸含量、牛奶蛋氨酸含量和总氨基酸含量在数值上有所增加,但差异不显著(P0.05)。在日产奶量19 kg的泌乳奶牛日粮中添加RP-Met 60 g/d对奶牛产奶量、4%脂肪校正乳、乳脂率、乳蛋白、乳糖、乳非脂固形物和体细胞数均无显著影响(P0.05),但与对照组相比,RP-Met添加组的产奶量、4%脂肪校正乳、乳脂率和乳蛋白含量均有所增加。在日粮添加RP-Met后奶牛血浆中谷丙、谷草转氨酶、总蛋白、白蛋白、三酰甘油、葡萄糖、游离脂肪酸和总氨基酸质量浓度升高,胰岛素质量浓度下降,但均未达到统计学上的显著水平(P0.05)。上述研究结果说明,日粮中添加的RP-Met能够到达小肠并被吸收,起到补充小肠可吸收蛋氨酸的效果。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究饲粮中性洗涤纤维(NDF)水平对泌乳高峰期奶牛生产性能、营养物质表观消化率及血清指标的影响。选用8头泌乳天数为(50±15)d的泌乳高峰期荷斯坦奶牛,按照4×4拉丁方设计,4个处理分别饲喂NDF水平为25.05%、28.05%、31.22%和34.19%的4种饲粮;共进行4期试验,每期21 d,其中预试期14 d,正试期7 d。结果表明:1)随饲粮NDF水平的升高,奶牛干物质采食量、产奶量、乳糖产量、乳蛋白产量和氮利用效率线性降低(P0.05);乳脂率和乳尿素氮浓度线性增加(P0.05);饲料转化效率和乳脂产量呈线性增加的趋势(P=0.05);乳蛋白率呈线性降低的趋势(P=0.08);但4%标准乳产量、乳糖率变化不显著(P0.05)。2)随饲粮NDF水平的升高,NDF和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)的表观消化率线性增加(P0.05)。3)随饲粮NDF水平的升高,血清葡萄糖、胰岛素浓度线性降低(P0.05);血清非酯化脂肪酸、β-羟丁酸及尿素氮浓度线性增加(P0.05);血清甘油三酯(P=0.06)和皮质醇(P=0.07)浓度呈线性增加的趋势;但血清总胆固醇浓度无显著变化(P0.05)。综合得出,饲粮中25.05%和34.19%NDF对泌乳高峰期奶牛生产性能和能氮利用都有不利影响,28.05%NDF比31.22%NDF的饲粮能氮利用更为合理,生产性能更佳,建议泌乳高峰期奶牛饲粮NDF水平为28.05%。  相似文献

为研究牡丹鲜花酶渣滓对泌乳奶牛血清理化指标及生产性能的影响,试验选取体重、泌乳时间、产奶量比较接近的40头泌乳中后期奶牛,将其分为4组,每组10头,预试期3 d,试验期18 d,后试期1 d,对照组饲喂基础日粮,三个试验组分别在基础日粮中添加1%、3%、5%的牡丹鲜花酶渣滓,对其血清理化指标及牛奶产量、牛奶成分进行测试,结果表明:牡丹鲜花酶渣滓对奶牛没有副作用,且可改善奶牛泌乳功能,提高牛奶品质,本试验条件下,添加3%的牡丹鲜花酶渣滓效果最好。  相似文献

选择健康、泌乳月份与产奶量相近的多胎荷斯坦泌乳牛20头,随机分成5组,每组4头,研究日粮中添加商业来源的瘤胃保护共轭亚油酸钙盐(Ca-CLA)同时添加自然来源亚油酸(葵花油)对奶牛生产性能的影响。试验期为52d。对照组基础日粮为60%粗饲料(苜蓿、羊草、青贮)和40%精料(以DM为基础),处理组在对照组日粮基础上分别添加Ca-CLA100g/d·头(CLA)、葵花油350g/d·头(Sunf);Ca-CLA100g/d·头 葵花油350g/d·头(CLA Sunf),Ca-CLA50g/d·头 葵花油175g/d·头(1/2CLA 1/2Sunf)。结果表明:在奶牛日粮中,单独添加自然来源亚油酸产奶量较对照组差异不显著(P>0.05),而单独添加共轭亚油酸钙盐或与自然来源亚油酸高低不同剂量添加产奶量较对照组都分别显著提高2.20%、9.95%、11.16%,无论单独添加自然来源亚油酸或Ca-CLA或二者以高低不同剂量同时添加,牛奶的乳脂率较对照组都分别显著降低15.0%,6.24%,21.74%,14.35%。总之,奶牛日粮中同时添加Ca-CLA和自然来源亚油酸能显著提高产奶量,降低乳脂率,并且,减少Ca-CLA的添加量同时添加自然来源亚油酸可以达到高剂量添加Ca-CLA相同的效果。  相似文献

Six lactating Holstein cows were divided into two groups (n = 3) and used in a double reversal trial with three periods of 14 days each to evaluate the rumen fermentation, milk production and milk composition of cows fed brewer's grain (BG). The control diets contained 14% chopped Sudangrass hay, 24% corn silage, 18% alfalfa hay cube, 34% concentrate mixture‐1 and 10% concentrate mixture‐2 (wheat bran, soybean meal and cottonseed). In the experimental diet, wet BG replaced the concentrate mixture‐2. The protozoal population, concentration of ammonia‐N and volatile fatty acids in the ruminal fluid did not differ between the control and BG diets. The molar percentage of acetic acid was significantly higher (P < 0.05) with the BG diet at 5 h after feeding. The milk yield, the percentage of protein, lactose, solids not‐fat and somatic cell counts of milk did not differ between the two diets. The percentage of milk fat tended to increase with the BG diet. The BG diet significantly increased the proportions of C18:0 and C18:1 in milk fat (P < 0.01, P < 0.05, respectively) and tended to increase that of conjugated linoleic acid.  相似文献

The effects of corn dried distillers grains with solubles (DDGS) feeding on rumen fermentation and milk production in cows were evaluated using diets high in neutral detergent fiber (NDF, 45.9–46.6%). The control diet (Control) consisted mainly of hay, corn silage and concentrates. In the experimental diets, the concentrates were replaced with DDGS as 10% dry matter (DM) (10%DDGS) and 20% DM (20%DDGS). Eight cows were used for each 14‐day treatment period. Effect of DDGS feeding on DM intake was not significant. Ruminal volatile fatty acids and ammonia‐N at 5 h after feeding of 20%DDGS were decreased compared to Control, whereas protozoal count at 2 h after feeding of 20%DDGS was higher than that of 10%DDGS. Milk yield of cows fed DDGS diets was greater than that of Control, although percentages of milk protein and solids‐not‐fat were decreased by DDGS diets. The proportions of C10:0, C12:0, C14:0 and C16:0 in the milk fat decreased, and those of C18:0, C18:1, C18:2 and cis‐9, trans‐11 conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) increased markedly with elevated DDGS. Increase in trans‐11 C18:1 was observed in the rumen fluid at 5 h after feeding. These findings suggest that DDGS feeding enhanced milk yield, as well as CLA synthesis under a high dietary NDF condition.  相似文献

试验为研究日粮中添加菌糠对荷斯坦奶牛产奶量、乳品质、血液生化指标及抗氧化功能的影响,根据单因素随机设计,将健康、体重接近的90头荷斯坦奶牛随机分为3个处理组,每组30头。对照组奶牛饲喂基础日粮;试验1组饲喂5%的菌糠;试验2组饲喂10%的菌糠。预试期7 d,正式试验期30 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,菌糠组的乳品质指标总固形物和奶中体细胞数显著降低(P<0.05)。菌糠组奶牛血液中胆固醇含量显著升高(P<0.05),尿素氮含量显著降低(P<0.05)。日粮中添加10%的菌糠可以显著提高超氧化物歧化酶活性(P<0.05),显著降低丙二醛含量(P<0.05)。研究表明,在奶牛日粮中添加不超过10%的菌糠不会对产奶量、干物质采食及血液生化指标产生不利影响,并且能改善乳品质,提高奶牛机体抗氧化能力。  相似文献

Twelve multiparous Holstein cows at 72 +/- 20 days in milk were used in a switch-back design with 14-d periods to determine the effect of replacing barley grain into a dairy total mixed ration with micronized or raw flaxseed on nutrient digestibility, milk yield, milk composition. Total mixed diets were (DM basis) 50% barley silage, 50% concentrate mix mainly rolled barley grain and canola meal. Diets were supplemented with 1 kg raw (RF) or micronized (MF) flaxseed to substitute 1 kg of rolled barley grain (C). Neutral detergent fibre, ADF and CP digestibility of the diets were not significantly affected by supplementation; however, calcium digestibility was reduced by 62% and 46% when raw and micronized flax were fed, respectively. Milk yield (38.3, 39.6, and 38.4 kg/d for diets C, RF and MF, respectively) was similar for all diets. Milk fat (3.50, 3.48, and 3.52%) and protein (3.31, 3.34, and 3.31%) for diets C, RF and MF, respectively, were not affected by treatment diets. Concentrations of c9, t11 conjugated linoleic acid (CLA; 0.51, 0.72 and 0.76 g/100 g fatty acids) in milk fat increased (P<0.05) similarly among the two flaxseed supplemented diets. The RF and MF diets significantly increased the C18:1, C18:1 trans-11, C18:2 cis-9, cis-12 and C18:3 in milk fat however, C12:0, C14:0 and C16:0 were significantly reduced compared with control. Replacing barley grain with flaxseed in the diet of lactating cows increased the beneficial fatty acids in milk without depressing nutrient digestibility. Micronization of flaxseed did not reveal any advantage over raw flaxseed.  相似文献

Eight cows were used to evaluate the effects of supplementation of soy sauce oil (SO) or Ca salts of fatty acids (FA) on rumen fermentation and milk production. The control diet (CO) consisted mainly of hay, corn silage and a concentrate. In the experimental diets, 400 g/day per cow of SO or FA (soybean oil and rapeseed oil) was supplemented to the CO diet. Experimental period for the three treatments was 14 days, and milk samples were taken during the last 2 days and rumen sample was taken on the last day. Dry matter intake was not affected by the treatments. The number of rumen protozoa at 0 h increased by SO and FA diets. Total volatile fatty acids at 2 h after feeding of SO diet was decreased compared to CO. The milk composition yield did not differ among treatments, although the percentages of fat and protein were decreased by SO and FA diets. The proportions of C8–C16 fatty acids in milk fat decreased, and those of C18 increased by SO and FA diets. The proportion of cis‐9, trans‐11 conjugated linoleic acid in milk fat by SO and FA diets increased by 120% and 135%, respectively. In spite of the slight suppression of rumen fermentation by SO diet, negative effects on feed intake and milk production were not detected.  相似文献

8头泌乳中期的奶牛被随机分为2组,分别是对照组(每头牛:基础日粮+棕榈酸钙200g/d)和试验组(每头牛:基础日粮+共轭亚油酸钙200g/d),试验期14d,检测了奶产量、乳成分,分析奶牛的血液变化,并采用荧光定量PCR对乳汁体细胞中脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)、乙酰辅酶A羧化酶(ACACA)的基因表达进行检测。结果显示,与对照组相比,试验组奶牛的乳产量、乳蛋白、乳糖和乳汁体细胞含量没有显著影响,但是显著降低了乳脂肪含量(P〈0.05),对照组和试验组奶牛乳脂肪含量分别为0.0326g/mL和0.0244g/mL。检测血液指标发现,共轭亚油酸钙显著升高了奶牛血液中高密度脂蛋白的含量(P〈0.05)。基因分析发现,试验组奶牛乳汁体细胞中LPL、ACA—CA的基因表达显著下调,表明共轭亚油酸钙抑制了奶牛乳腺细胞脂肪酸合成酶的基因表达。  相似文献

为研究日粮添加过瘤胃氨基酸对泌乳早期奶牛生产性能、乳成分、血液生化指标和经济效益的影响,选择96 头体况良好、健康的泌乳早期荷斯坦牛,泌乳天数为(65±15)天。采用单因素随机区组试验设计,按照年龄、胎次和产奶量相近的原则,将96 头奶牛随机分为对照组和试验组,每组48 头。对照组为基础日粮,试验组在对照组日粮的基础上添加过瘤胃蛋氨酸(RPMet)和过瘤胃赖氨酸(RPLys),添加量分别为18 g/头·天和35 g/头·天。结果表明,与对照组相比,添加RPMet和RPLys显著提高产奶量(P=0.034),对干物质采食量和饲料转化率无显著影响(P>0.050);添加RPMet和RPLys显著降低乳尿素氮含量(P=0.015),对乳脂率有增加的趋势(P=0.096),对乳蛋白率、乳体细胞数、乳糖率和总固形物含量无显著影响(P>0.050);添加RPMet和RPLys显著提高血清总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)和血糖(GLU)含量,显著降低尿素氮(BUN)含量(P=0.049),对谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、球蛋白(GLOB)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、甘油三酯(TG)和总胆固醇(TC)含量无显著影响(P>0.050);添加RPMet和RPLys可提高经济效益3.60 元/头·天。综上所述,日粮添加RPMet和RPLys可提高泌乳早期奶牛的产奶量,增加经济效益。  相似文献

试验评估不同水平柑橘渣对奶牛泌乳性能、养分消化及乳成分的影响。将32头泌乳性能一致的奶牛随机分为4个组,每组4个重复,每个重复2头。对照组饲喂粗脂肪水平为3%的日粮,处理组分别饲喂粗脂肪水平为5.5%的日粮同时添加0(T1)、5%(T2)和10%(T3)柑橘渣。结果显示,与对照组相比,处理组奶牛的粗脂肪摄入量、干物质和粗脂肪表观消化率显著提高(P<0.05),T2和T3组奶牛粗蛋白表观消化率显著高于对照组和T1组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,处理组乳中粗脂肪含量显著降低(P<0.05),总固形物含量显著降低(P<0.05),乳中粗脂肪产量显著降低(P<0.05)。对照组乳中C10∶0脂肪酸含量最高,而T3组乳中C8∶0脂肪酸和单不饱和脂肪酸浓度最高,饱和脂肪酸浓度表现最低。处理组乳中n-3/n-6脂肪酸显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,在高脂肪(5.5%粗脂肪)日粮中添加5%或10%柑橘渣可以提高奶牛粗蛋白表观消化率,且对奶牛的泌乳量和乳品质无负面影响。  相似文献

Thirty‐six Holstein‐Friesian crossbred lactating dairy cows were used to determine the effects of linseed oil supplementation on performance and milk fatty acid (FA) profile. Three treatments were as follows: basal diet (56:44 Roughage:concentrate [R:C] ratio, dry matter basis) supplemented with 500 g of palm oil as control (PO), 500 g mixture (1:1, w/w) of palm oil and linseed oil (POLSO) and 500 g of linseed oil (LSO). The LSO supplementation had no effects on total dry matter intake (DMI), milk yield and milk composition. Compared to control cows, cows supplemented with LSO increased milk concentrations of cis‐9,trans‐11 conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) and n‐3 FA (P < 0.05), particularly C18:3n‐3, C20:5n‐3 and C22:6n‐3. Feeding LSO reduced concentrations of milk short‐ and medium‐chain saturated fatty acids (P < 0.05) while it increased concentration of milk unsaturated fatty acids (P < 0.05). Milk proportions of n‐3 FA increased, whereas n‐6/n‐3 ratio decreased in the LSO as compared with the control (P < 0.05). In conclusion, supplementing dairy cows' diet based on corn silage with LSO at 500 g/day could improve the nutritional value of milk with potential health‐beneficial FA without detrimental effect on milk composition or cow's performance.  相似文献
