禽偏肺病毒(aMPV)是一种危害火鸡和鸡的新病原,为调查福建省规模化鸡场aMPV的感染情况,从福州市、莆田市、泉州市、漳州市、龙岩市和南平市18个规模化鸡场采集1 020份血样,用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)进行aMPV抗体检测。结果表明,所调查地区的鸡群均已感染aMPV,抗体平均阳性率为62.2%(634/1 020),最高100%,最低为32.0%;蛋鸡和肉鸡均可感染aMPV,蛋鸡的抗体阳性率略低于肉鸡;商品代鸡群的抗体阳性率高于父母代;京红、海兰蛋鸡和本地鸡均可感染aMPV,其中本地鸡1的抗体滴度最高;aMPV抗体的log10滴度和抗体阳性率随着鸡群周龄的增长而逐渐升高。研究表明,所调查的福建规模化鸡场鸡群已经普遍感染aMPV,且感染较严重。  相似文献

为了调查广西禽偏肺病毒(aMPV)的感染情况,本研究于2015年7月~12月期间采集广西南宁(A和B鸡场)和玉林(C和D鸡场)4个规模化鸡场的不同品种、不同周龄的种鸡和肉鸡血清共480份,进行aMPV抗体检测。检测结果显示这4个规模化鸡场的种鸡群在雏鸡阶段aMPV抗体阳性率为15%~66.67%,并且整个产蛋期aMPV抗体阳性率均为90%~100%;所调查的南宁和玉林地区3个鸡场的肉鸡群均存在aMPV感染,玉林地区C场肉鸡群的aMPV抗体阳性率和平均抗体滴度均高于南宁地区A和B场;检测的6个不同品种的种鸡群均存在aMPV感染,其中aMPV抗体阳性率以灵山土鸡和清远麻鸡最高(100%),铁脚麻鸡相对较低,但也高达78%。本研究表明在所调查的广西规模化鸡场鸡群中,aMPV感染普遍,种鸡感染尤为严重,尤其是玉林地区。本研究为aMPV感染的研究和防治积累了数据资料。  相似文献

为了研究江西省鸡传染性贫血的流行情况,对江西省11个地市主要养鸡地区的24个鸡群中鸡传染性贫血(CIA)的流行情况进行了调查。结果表明:在检测的460份血清样品中,鸡传染性贫血病毒(CIAV)ELISA抗体总阳性率为80.65%,蛋鸡群、肉鸡群和地方鸡群CIAV ELISA检测抗体阳性率分别为77.45%、84.03%和82.14%。说明目前江西省各地饲养的鸡群中CIAV感染相当普遍;各鸡场的感染率有较大差别,最低的抗体阳性率只有5%,最高的阳性率达100%,肉鸡、蛋鸡、地方鸡CIAV抗体的阳性率无明显差别。  相似文献

为了解沈阳地区不同品系鸡群禽白血病(AL)流行情况,于2015年7月份—2016年6月份采集了沈阳市5个县(区)28家规模化鸡场72个不同品种、不同代次、不同日龄鸡群的泄殖腔棉拭子1 896份、翅静脉血液4 656份,对采集的样品分别进行了禽白血病病毒(ALV)p27抗原和血清中禽白血病病毒J亚群(ALV-J)抗体的检测。结果表明:沈阳地区不同品种鸡群中存在不同程度的ALV-J亚群感染,平均阳性率为3.39%,p27抗原阳性率平均为5.70%;且肉鸡品种的J亚群抗体阳性率(4.50%)高于蛋鸡品种(2.05%),肉鸡品种的p27抗原阳性率(7.37%)高于蛋鸡品种(3.10%);产蛋初期的鸡群p27抗原阳性率(9.97%)和J亚群抗体阳性率(5.56%)高于其他生长阶段。  相似文献

为了解禽白血病(avian leukemia, AL)在中国进口品种鸡群中的感染状况,2008年12月至2010年6月,在4个省市各选择1个进口品种鸡场进行禽白血病流行病学调查。此次调查共涉及4个场、5个品种、不同代次、不同生长阶段的115个鸡群共计7000余份样品,分别采集泄殖腔拭子进行p27抗原的检测和血清中的J抗体、A/B抗体的检测。结果表明,中国进口品种鸡群中存在不同程度的ALV-J亚群、ALV-A/B亚群感染,J抗体阳性率普遍高于A/B抗体阳性率,且肉鸡品种的J抗体阳性率高于蛋鸡品种;此外,本次调查结果还显示,产蛋初期的鸡群p27抗原阳性率和J抗体阳性率较高。  相似文献

为了解禽白血病、禽网状内皮组织增生症和鸡传染性贫血在本地鸡群的感染情况,对宁波市7个区、县的15个鸡群进行了3种疫病4种抗体的血清学检测。结果显示:362份被检血清中,AB亚群禽白血病病毒(ALV-AB)抗体阳性率为55.0%,J亚群禽白血病病毒(ALV-J)抗体阳性率为21.5%,禽网状内皮组织增生症病毒(REV)抗体阳性率为32.0%,鸡传染性贫血病毒(CAV)抗体阳性率为66.8%;15个鸡场AB亚群禽白血病和鸡传染性贫血共感染率为100.0%;12个鸡场共感染了3种免疫抑制性疫病,混合感染率高达80.0%。调查结果表明免疫抑制病在宁波市鸡群中非常普遍。  相似文献

为了解和掌握禽白血病在贵阳地区发生和流行的基本情况,采用禽白血病A、B亚群抗体(ALV-A或B)和J亚群抗体(ALV-J)检测试剂盒,对贵阳市13个养鸡场中的15个肉鸡和商品蛋鸡共481份血清进行禽白血病抗体间接ELISA检测,结果 ALV抗体阳性率达到11.43%(55/481),其中9个鸡群172份血清样本A、B亚群抗体阳性率达到18.60%(32/172),13个鸡群309份血清J亚群抗体阳性率达到7.44%(23/309),结果表明该地区存在禽白血病病毒的感染。  相似文献

本文对山东省12个地市58个鸡群传染性贫血的流行情况进行了调查,共检测了368份血清样品,蛋鸡群、肉鸡群和种鸡群的鸡传染性贫血病毒(CAV)ELISA抗体检出率分别为91.7%、77.6%和84.78%,平均抗体阳性率为83.2%,结果表明近几年山东省鸡群中CAV感染相当普遍,而且蛋鸡和种鸡抗体阳性率明显高于肉鸡群。  相似文献

为了解我国鸡群中禽呼肠孤病毒(Avian reovirus,ARV)的抗体水平,本研究利用ELISA方法对2010-2013年来自全国19个省市的鸡血清样品进行了ARV抗体检测。在检测的17 058份鸡血清样品中共检出ARV抗体阳性血清156 80份,阳性率为92.83%,其中免疫鸡群的阳性率为98.50%,非免疫鸡群的阳性率为74.72%。除山东省和广东省外,其他各个省市的样本阳性率均在90%以上。商品肉鸡、肉种鸡、商品蛋鸡和蛋种鸡的ARV抗体阳性率分别为72.66%,98.48%,93.40%和95.53%。部分地方品种鸡群的ARV抗体水平也较高。结果表明,我国鸡群ARV感染情况普遍存在,主要表现为一定比例的免疫鸡群抗体过高、未免疫鸡群存在较高的抗体阳性率。  相似文献

为了解鸭源鸡杆菌(Gallibacterium anatis)在我国部分地区鸡群中的感染状况,本实验采用G.anatis微量凝集试验对我国河南、山东和山西等不同地区的1 314份鸡血清样品进行了G.anatis感染的血清流行病学调查,对G.anatis的感染率、感染品种、日龄等进行分析。结果表明:我国河南、山东和山西等地鸡群均存在G.anatis感染,其中G.anatis血清Ⅰ型抗体阳性率为11.95%,G.anatis血清Ⅱ型抗体阳性率为23.29%,G.anatis血清Ⅳ型抗体阳性率为9.82%。不同省份的鸡群感染G.anatis的血清阳性率存在一定差异,河南、山东和山西的血清阳性率分别为23.12%、25.27%和52.94%。对河南地区不同品种和日龄鸡的调查表明,均存在不同程度的感染,但血清阳性率有显著差异,表现为罗曼鸡的血清阳性率比海兰鸡高,开产前蛋鸡的血清阳性率低于开产后的血清阳性率。  相似文献

随机抽取安徽省3个肉种鸡场种鸡及3个地市农贸市场商品鸡的血清样本和泄殖腔拭子,采用ELISA进行鸡白血病检测,并对J亚群鸡白血病病毒抗体阳性鸡群中病鸡的肝组织、全血及上毒细胞提取DNA进行PCR扩增和基因测序。检测结果表明,3个肉种鸡场中J亚群鸡白血病抗体阳性检出率分别为:0、73.50%和15.22%;3个农贸市场商品鸡抗体阳性检出率分别为:12.00%、2.22%和9.10%。3个肉种鸡场A、B亚群鸡白血病的抗体阳性率分别为0、17.93%和1.08%,ALV抗原阳性率分别为2.17%、17.93%和15.22%。PCR检测结果表明,从可疑发病鸡的肝组织和全血中均能扩增出ALV-J gp85特异性片段。结果证实安徽省鸡群中有ALV-J感染,并呈不同程度的流行,应引起高度重视。  相似文献

为了解AA肉种鸡群中免疫抑制性病毒的存在状况及其对NDV疫苗免疫效果和对商品鸡生长的影响,采用多重PCR、RT-PCR和血清学方法对山东某规模化大型AA父母代肉种鸡场的28日龄、180日龄左右种鸡及其所生产的1日龄、30日龄左右商品鸡进行IBDV、MDV、ALV、REV、CIAV及REOV感染状况的调查,并同时对鸡群NDV免疫后抗体水平进行跟踪监测.结果表明种鸡和商品鸡均存在CIAV的感染,并不同程度地存在CIAV与MDV、IBDV等的共感染;发病鸡群NDV抗体水平明显偏低的原因是由于鸡群感染免疫抑制性病毒所致;种鸡群感染CIAV并垂直传播给商品鸡,间接引起商品鸡发生免疫抑制性病毒的共感染,导致商品鸡群30日龄左右生长受阻、免疫能力降低、疾病爆发.  相似文献

To monitor the existence of avian pathogens in laying chicken flocks, specific pathogen-free (SPF) chickens were introduced into two layer farms and reared with laying hens for 12 months. SPF chickens were bled several times after their introduction and examined for their sero-conversion to avian pathogens. As a result, antibodies to eight or ten kinds of pathogens were detected in SPF chickens on each farm. Antibodies to infectious bronchitis virus (IBV), avian nephritis virus, Mycoplasma gallisepticum and M. synoviae were detected early within the first month. Antibody titer to IBV suggested that the laying chickens were infected with IBV repeatedly during the experiment on both farms. However, antibodies to infectious bursal disease virus and 6 pathogens were not detected.  相似文献

Previous evidence for the presence of chicken anemia virus (CAV) in the gonads of immune specific-pathogen-free chickens raised the question whether this occurs also in commercial breeders. The presence of CAV was investigated by nested PCR in the gonads and spleens of hens from two 55- and 59-week-old, CAV-vaccinated (flocks 2 and 3), and two 48- and 31-week-old non-vaccinated broiler breeder flocks (flocks 1 and 4). In addition, lymphoid tissues of 20-day-old embryos from these hens were also investigated for the presence of CAV. CAV was detected in the gonads and of 5/6 and 11/22 of the vaccinated hens and in some hens also in the spleen alone. Embryos from 7/8 and 5/18 of these hens were positive. In the non-vaccinated flocks, CAV was detected in the gonads of 11/34 and 10/10 hens in flocks 1 and 4, respectively. In addition, 11 birds in flock 1 had positive spleens. CAV DNA was detected in 3/11 and 2/10 of their embryos. CAV-positive gonads and embryos were detected in samples from hens with moderate as well as high VN antibody titers. Vaccinated chickens positive for CAV in the gonads and in their embryos had VN titers ranging from >1:512 to <1:2048. In non-vaccinated chickens, the VN titers of CAV positive chickens ranged from 1:128 to 1:4096. These results demonstrate that CAV genome can remain present in the gonads of hens in commercial broiler breeder flocks even in the presence of high neutralizing antibody titers that have been associated with protection against CAV vertical transmission. It also suggests that transmission to the progeny may occur irrespectively of the level of the humoral immune response in the hens.  相似文献

为了了解安徽省合肥地区家禽禽流感免疫及带毒情况,2011年4—8月,在合肥地区家禽交易市场,采集不同来源、不同品种家禽的血清和同份棉拭子样品(咽喉、泄殖腔双份)603份(实测589份),分别进行高致病性禽流感免疫抗体和病原学检测,结果表明,全部样品平均免疫抗体合格率为70.80%。对监测结果进行分析发现,不同品种、不同养殖规模、不同月份的高致病性禽流感免疫抗体存在差异,其中,蛋鸡、种鸡高致病性禽流感免疫抗体合格率达80%以上,而肉鸡及水禽的免疫抗体水平则较差;饲养规模在1000羽以上的养禽场家禽高致病性禽流感平均免疫抗体合格率均达到70%以上,而饲养规模在1000羽以下的养禽场和农村散养家禽免疫抗体合格率分别为27.45%和32.84%,尚未达到农业部规定标准;在6月采集的样品,其平均免疫合格率偏低,其他月份差异不显著。病原学检测结果表明,全部检测样品高致病性禽流感病原检测结果均为阴性。  相似文献

Decreases in egg production and increased incidence of abnormal eggs due to malformation of egg shells were observed in specific pathogen free (SPF) 173-day-old laying hens inoculated intravenously with an avian metapneumovirus (aMPV) strain PLE8T1. This strain was derived from an isolate from broiler birds exhibiting swollen head syndrome (SHS). Some SPF birds inoculated with the virus showed, slight diarrhea without any respiratory symptoms. Thus, the PLE8T1 strain was used as a challenge virus to evaluate efficacy of aMPV vaccines. SPF chickens which received a live attenuated aMPV vaccine (NEMOVAC; Merial) at 7 or 77 days old and an inactivated aMPV vaccine (OVO-4; Merial) at 105 days old were protected against poor egg production caused by the challenge with the PLE8T1 strain. Thus, aMPV, the PLE8T1 strain passaged 22 times after isolation, from birds exhibiting SHS, could induce a drop in egg production in laying hens accompanied by malformation of egg shells. It was suggested that this challenge system could be applied to evaluate the efficacy of aMPV vaccine.  相似文献
