本试验旨在研究饲粮添加复合抗菌肽(C-AMPs)与包被氧化锌(C-ZnO)对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标、养分表观消化率及粪中微生物菌群的影响。试验选用平均体重为(6.98±0.05)kg的大白仔猪160头,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复10头猪。各组分别饲喂基础饲粮(对照组)、基础饲粮+0.5mg/kg C-AMPs(C-AMPs组)、基础饲粮+1 800 mg/kg C-ZnO(C-ZnO组)、基础饲粮+0.5mg/kg C-AMPs+1 800mg/kg C-ZnO(C-AMPs+C-ZnO组)。试验期28d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,饲粮添加C-AMPs、C-ZnO以及二者共同添加可显著或极显著提高断奶仔猪的平均日增重及平均日采食量(P0.05或P0.01);极显著降低断奶仔猪腹泻率(P0.01)。2)与对照组相比,饲粮添加C-AMPs、C-ZnO血清生长激素含量显著升高(P0.05),血清碱性磷酸酶活性显著降低(P0.05);饲粮C-AMPs和C-ZnO共同添加血清免疫球蛋白G、生长激素、白细胞介素2和白细胞介素6含量极显著提高(P0.01);饲粮添加C-AMPs血清猪瘟抗体含量极显著提高(P0.01)。3)与对照组相比,饲粮添加CZnO显著提高粗蛋白质、粗脂肪和有机物表观消化率(P0.05)。4)与对照组相比,饲粮添加C-AMPs、C-ZnO以及二者共同添加粪中大肠杆菌数量极显著减少(P0.01),双歧杆菌数量极显著增加(P0.01)。综合分析,饲粮中添加C-AMPs与C-ZnO可提高断奶仔猪的生长性能和养分表观消化率,调节相关免疫因子,调节肠道菌群平衡。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究饲粮添加不同水平三丁酸甘油酯对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标、肠组织形态和养分消化率的影响。选取平均体重为7.66 kg的21日龄“杜×长×大”断奶仔猪200头,随机分为5组,每组5个重复,每个重复8头猪。对照组饲喂添加40 mg/kg杆菌肽锌的基础饲粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组在基础饲粮中分别添加1000、1500、2000、2500 mg/kg三丁酸甘油酯,试验期为42 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,饲粮中添加2000和2500 mg/kg三丁酸甘油酯显著提高了仔猪平均日增重(P<0.05),显著降低了料重比(P<0.05),显著增加了血清中免疫球蛋白M含量(P<0.05);饲粮中添加1500、2000、2500 mg/kg三丁酸甘油酯显著提高了仔猪血清葡萄糖和总蛋白含量(P<0.05),显著提高了空肠、回肠的绒毛高度和绒毛高度/隐窝深度(P<0.05),显著提高了仔猪对饲粮中粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、钙和磷的表观消化率(P<0.05),显著降低了血清中球蛋白含量和二胺氧化酶活性(P<0.05);饲粮中添加1000 mg/kg三丁酸甘油酯显著提高了血清中总蛋白含量(P<0.05),显著降低了血清中二胺氧化酶活性(P<0.05),显著提高了仔猪对饲粮中粗蛋白质和粗脂肪的表观消化率(P<0.05)。由此可见,仔猪饲粮中添加1000~1500 mg/kg三丁酸甘油酯可替代抗生素药物添加剂;饲粮中添加2000~2500 mg/kg三丁酸甘油酯不仅可替代抗生素药物添加剂,而且可显著提高仔猪生长性能,改善肠组织形态,增强免疫力,提高养分消化率。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究不同硒添加量对生茸期梅花鹿生产性能、营养物质表观消化率及血清生化指标的影响。选取20头体况相近、5岁的健康生茸期梅花鹿,随机分为4组(每组5个重复,每个重复1头),分别饲喂在基础饲粮基础上添加0(Ⅰ组,作为对照组)、0.3(Ⅱ组)、1.2(Ⅲ组)和4.8 mg/kg硒(Ⅳ组)的饲粮,硒来源为酵母硒(硒含量为2 000 mg/kg)。预试期7 d,正试期60 d。结果显示:1)Ⅲ组茸重和茸尺指标数值高于其他组,但差异未达显著水平(P0.05);Ⅳ组硒体沉积量极显著高于其他各组(P0.01)。2)Ⅱ组粗蛋白质的表观消化率极显著高于Ⅲ组(P0.01);Ⅱ组干物质、钙、磷的表观消化率极显著高于Ⅰ组和Ⅲ组(P0.01);Ⅱ组干物质、粗蛋白质和磷的表观消化率显著高于Ⅳ组(P0.05);Ⅱ组硒的表观消化率极显著高于Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组(P0.01);Ⅲ组粗蛋白质的表观消化率极显著低于Ⅰ组(P0.01);Ⅳ组磷的表观消化率极显著高于Ⅰ组(P0.01)。饲粮硒添加量对粗脂肪的表观消化率无显著影响(P0.05)。3)Ⅳ组血清胆固醇(CHO)含量显著高于Ⅰ组(P0.05);Ⅳ组血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)含量极显著高于Ⅰ组(P0.01);Ⅱ组、Ⅳ组血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性极显著高于Ⅰ组(P0.01);Ⅲ组血清LDH活性显著高于Ⅰ组(P0.05);饲粮硒添加量对血清甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDH-C)、葡萄糖(GLU)含量无显著影响(P0.05)。4)Ⅳ组血清总蛋白(TP)含量显著高于Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组(P0.05);Ⅲ组血清尿素氮(UN)含量显著高于Ⅱ组(P0.05)。各组血清白蛋白(ALB)、球蛋白(GLOB)含量以及白蛋白与球蛋白之比(A/G)无显著差异(P0.05)。5)Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性极显著高于Ⅰ组(P0.01);Ⅰ组血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性显著高于Ⅳ组(P0.05)。饲粮硒添加量对血清谷草转氨酶(AST)活性无显著影响(P0.05),但是随着硒添加量的升高,血清AST活性有升高趋势。综合以上指标分析得出,在以酵母硒为硒源时,饲粮中硒添加量为0.3 mg/kg时可不同程度提高生茸期梅花鹿对饲粮中干物质、粗蛋白质、钙、磷和硒的表观消化率,因此推荐生茸期梅花鹿饲粮适宜的硒添加量为0.3 mg/kg。  相似文献

 论文旨在研究日粮中添加不同水平乳铁蛋白(lactoferrin,Lf)对早期断奶仔猪养分利用率、血清营养生化指标及血清酶活性指标的影响。采用单因素试验设计,选用21日龄断奶仔猪96头,随机分为4个处理,每个处理4个重复,每个重复6头仔猪,分别在基础饲粮中添加0、250、500和750  mg/kg乳铁蛋白。试验为期21 d。结果表明:添加乳铁蛋白有提高断奶仔猪干物质消化率的趋势(P>0.05),其中500 mg/kg添加组最高。 250 mg/kg、750 mg/kg组与对照组相比能显著提高粗灰分消化率(P<0.05);750 mg/kg乳铁蛋白组血清中尿素氮和总胆固醇的含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),各乳铁蛋白添加组血清中总蛋白水平有提高的趋势(P>0.05);各乳铁蛋白添加组血清中谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶、乳酸脱氢酶的活性与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。综合试验结果与经济效益,本试验条件下日粮中添加500 mg/kg乳铁蛋白为最适添加量。   相似文献

本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加伊利石对断奶仔猪生长性能、养分消化率、血清抗氧化和免疫功能、肠道形态及粪便氮素排放的影响。选取144头28日龄健康"杜×长×大"断奶仔猪[平均体重(7.27±0.89)kg],按完全随机区组设计分为3组,每组8个重复,每个重复6头猪(公母各占1/2)。对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加2 000和4 000 mg/kg伊利石(替代等量的玉米)。试验期28 d。结果表明,与对照组相比:1)试验第1~14天和第1~28天,4 000 mg/kg伊利石添加组仔猪平均日增重和增重耗料比显著提高(P<0.05);试验第1~14天,4 000 mg/kg伊利石添加组仔猪腹泻率显著降低(P<0.05)。2)4 000 mg/kg伊利石组仔猪干物质、粗蛋白质和总能表观消化率在试验第1~14天显著提高(P<0.05),粗蛋白质表观消化率在试验第15~28天显著提高(P<0.05)。3)试验第14天,4 000 mg/kg伊利石添加组仔猪血清免疫球蛋白A和免疫球蛋白G含量、超氧化物歧化酶活性和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著提高(P<0.05),血清丙二醛含量则显著降低(P<0.05);试验第28天,4 000 mg/kg伊利石添加组仔猪血清T-AOC显著提高(P<0.05)。4)4 000 mg/kg伊利石添加组仔猪空肠和回肠绒毛高度/隐窝深度(V/C)值显著升高(P<0.05),试验组回肠绒毛高度(P=0.07)和十二指肠V/C值(P=0.06)有升高的趋势。5)4 000 mg/kg伊利石添加组仔猪每千克体增重粪氮排放量在试验第1~14天显著降低(P<0.05),试验组仔猪在试验第15~28天每千克体增重粪氮排放量有降低的趋势(P=0.06)。综上,饲粮添加4 000 mg/kg伊利石可显著提高断奶仔猪机体抗氧化和免疫功能,改善肠道形态,降低腹泻率,提高养分消化率,减少粪便氮素排放,促进仔猪生长。  相似文献

试验旨在研究不同精料补饲水平对母马妊娠后期营养物质表观消化率及血清生化指标的影响。采用单因素完全随机区组试验设计,将年龄、胎次、体重、妊娠期接近的伊犁母马24匹,随机分为4个处理组,每个处理6匹马,分别补饲1.5、2.0、2.5、3.0kg精饲料,通过全收粪试验测定饲料营养成分的表观消化率,颈净脉采集血液样品用于测定血清生化指标。结果表明,精料补饲水平对妊娠母马干物质、有机物、能量、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、钙、磷等表观消化率均有显著影响(P0.05);妊娠母马补饲3.0kg精饲料组各营养物质表观消化率最高。精料补饲水平对妊娠母马血清总蛋白、球蛋白、白蛋白、尿素氮、肌酐、葡萄糖、甘油三酯、谷草转氨酶和碱性磷酸酶无影响(P0.05);对血清胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、谷草转氨酶和乳酸脱氢酶有显著影响(P0.05)。在本试验条件下,在妊娠后期对妊娠母马补饲2.0kg/d和3.0kg/d时,饲粮营养物质消化吸收较好,对母马血清生化指标不会产生不良影响。  相似文献

本试验旨在评价复合酶制剂对断奶仔猪生长性能、营养物质表观消化率、血清抗氧化指标和内源消化酶活性的影响。选用84头初始体重为(7.22±0.22)kg的28日龄杜×长×大断奶仔猪,按完全随机区组设计分为2个组,每组7个重复,每个重复6头猪(公母各占1/2)。对照组仔猪饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮,复合酶组仔猪饲喂在基础饲粮中添加1 000 mg/kg复合酶制剂(包含4 000 U/g纤维素酶、1 500 U/gα-淀粉酶、150 U/gβ-葡聚糖酶和3 000 U/g中性蛋白酶)的试验饲粮。饲养期为35 d,分为前期(1~14 d)和后期(15~35 d)2个阶段。结果显示:与对照组相比,饲粮中添加复合酶制剂显著降低断奶仔猪全期的料重比(F/G)(P<0.05),并有降低前期(P=0.09)及后期F/G(P=0.05)的趋势;复合酶组断奶仔猪前期及后期的中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)和粗脂肪(EE)表观消化率显著或极显著提高(P<0.05或P<0.01),前期有机物(OM)(P=0.07)、粗蛋白质(CP)(P=0.09)和总能(GE)的表观消化率(P=0.08)以及后期CP(P=0.07)和GE的表观消化率(P=0.09)有提高的趋势。与对照组相比,在试验第14天,饲粮中添加复合酶制剂显著或极显著提高血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性(P<0.05或P<0.01),显著降低血清丙二醛(MDA)含量(P<0.05),趋于增加血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性(P=0.06);在试验第35天,饲粮中添加复合酶制剂显著提高血清GSH-Px活性(P<0.05),对血清其余抗氧化指标无显著影响(P>0.05)。此外,与对照组相比,饲粮中添加复合酶制剂显著增强了空肠和回肠黏膜蔗糖酶以及回肠黏膜乳糖酶和胰脏胰脂肪酶活性(P<0.05),趋于增加空肠黏膜麦芽糖酶活性(P=0.07)。综上所述,饲粮中添加1 000 mg/kg复合酶制剂能通过提高营养物质的消化率和内源消化酶活性以及增强血清抗氧化能力来改善断奶仔猪机体健康水平和生长性能。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究壳聚糖对断奶仔猪生长性能、粪便评分及血清激素和T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。选取28日龄断奶的杜×大×长三元杂交仔猪60头,随机分为5组(每组12头):对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加250、500、1 000和2 000 mg/kg壳聚糖的试验饲粮。试验期14 d。结果表明:1)饲粮添加250~2 000 mg/kg壳聚糖显著提高断奶仔猪的平均日增重(ADG)(P0.05),显著降低料重比(F/G)(P0.05);2)饲粮添加250~2 000 mg/kg壳聚糖显著降低试验第11天断奶仔猪的粪便评分(P0.05);3)饲粮添加适宜剂量的壳聚糖显著提高断奶仔猪的血清促生长激素释放激素(GHRH)(250~2 000 mg/kg)、生长激素(GH)(500~1 000 mg/kg)和瘦素(LP)(2 000 mg/kg)的浓度(P0.05),显著降低血清促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素(CRH)(250~2 000 mg/kg)、促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)(500~1 000 mg/kg)、皮质醇(COR)(250~2 000 mg/kg)和可溶性CD8(sCD8)(500~2 000 mg/kg)的浓度(P0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加适宜剂量的壳聚糖能够促进断奶仔猪的生长,降低腹泻,缓解断奶应激。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加三聚氰胺对肉鸡生长性能和健康的影响.试验采用单因子试验设计,分别在玉米-豆粕型饲粮中添加0(对照组)、250、500、1 000和2 000 mg/kg三聚氰胺,将375只1日龄健康艾维茵白羽肉鸡随机分到以上5个处理中,每个处理5个重复,每个重复15只鸡.试验期42 d,于21、42 d以重复为单位空腹称重,计算采食量、体增重和料重比;并于22和43 d翅下静脉采血,分离血清,测定血清中尿素氮、肌酐含量,谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶活性,组织病理学切片观察十二指肠和肾脏的损伤情况.结果表明:1)饲粮中添加三聚氰胺对肉鸡平均采食量和平均体增重无显著影响(P>0.05),但添加量为1 000和2 000 mg/kg时平均体增重有下降的趋势.在22~42 d,1 000 mg/kg组的料重比与对照组比显著增加(P<0.05).2)饲粮三聚氰胺水平达到或高于500 mg/kg时,肉鸡血清谷草转氨酶活性显著升高(P<0.05);饲粮中添加三聚氰胺显著提高血清中谷丙转氨酶活性、肌酐和22 d尿素氮的含量(P<0.05).3)饲粮三聚氰胺水平达到或高于250 mg/kg时,十二指肠形态结构、肾脏肾小球和肾小管的损伤程度也随着饲粮三聚氰胺水平的增加而加剧.本研究结果显示,饲粮中添加三聚氰胺达到或高于1 000 mg/kg时对肉鸡的生长性能有负面影响,达到或高于250 mg/kg时对肉鸡健康有负面影响,其伤害程度也随三聚氰胺水平增加而加剧.  相似文献

本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加包被丁酸钠对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标、养分表观消化率和粪便微生物菌群的影响。选取128头体重为(6.37±0.11) kg的28日龄健康大白断奶仔猪,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复8头仔猪。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加500、1 000、1 500 g/t包被丁酸钠。试验期28 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加1 000和1 500 g/t包被丁酸钠显著提高断奶仔猪末重和1~28 d平均日增重(P<0.05),并显著降低1~14 d和1~28 d断奶仔猪料重比(P <0.05)。2)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加1 000、1 500 g/t包被丁酸钠显著提高断奶仔猪血清中总蛋白(TP)、葡萄糖(GLU)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)的含量(P<0.05),显著降低血清中尿素氮(UN)的含量(P<0.05)。3)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加1 000、1 500 g/t包被丁酸钠可显著提高断奶仔猪粗蛋白质(CP)、粗脂肪(EE)表观消化率(P<0.05)。4)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加1 000、1 500 g/t包被丁酸钠显著降低断奶仔猪粪便中大肠杆菌数量(P<0.05),显著提高乳酸杆菌数量(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加包被丁酸钠可促进断奶仔猪的生长,提高断奶仔猪的免疫力,提高养分表观消化率,改善肠道菌群平衡状态。在本试验条件下,断奶仔猪饲粮中包被丁酸钠的最适添加量为1 000 g/t。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加甜菜碱对断奶仔猪生长性能和血清生化指标的影响.选用体重(7.12±0.11)kg断奶后1周的“杜×长×大”仔猪160头,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复10头.对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂在基础饲粮上添加600、900、1 200 mg/kg甜菜碱的试验饲粮.试验期28 d.结果表明,饲粮中添加甜菜碱能够显著提高仔猪的平均日采食量和平均日增重(P<0.05),显著增加血清生长激素和胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ的含量(P<0.05).600mg/kg甜菜碱显著降低了血清尿素氮和低密度脂蛋白含量(P<0.05).但饲粮中添加甜菜碱对血清中总蛋白、白蛋白、甘油三酯、胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白含量和代谢酶的活性无显著影响(P>0.05).由此可见,饲粮中添加甜菜碱可以提高断奶仔猪的生长性能,促进蛋白质的沉积和脂肪代谢,其中以添加量600 mg/kg效果最好.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to determine the effects of dietary supplementation of palygorskite instead of zinc oxide (ZnO) on growth performance, apparent nutrient digestibility and zinc contents in serum and feces in weaned piglets. One hundred and sixty‐five piglets (28 days of age, 7.10 ± 0.86 kg) were allotted to five treatments on the basis of weight and sex. Each treatment included three replicates of 11 piglets. The piglets were fed the same basal diet supplemented with 0 mg/kg (control group), 1800 mg/kg, 2400 mg/kg, or 3000 mg/kg palygorskite or 2500 mg/kg ZnO for 28 days. There was no significant difference for incidence of diarrhea among the four treatments during the 0–14‐day feeding period. Compared with the control group, piglets offered diets supplemented with 1800 mg/kg palygorskite had higher (P < 0.05) average daily gain (ADG) and crude protein digestibility. Fecal digestibility of energy in 1800 mg/kg palygorskite and ZnO groups were higher (P < 0.05) than that in the control group. Both the zinc concentrations in serum and fecal zinc excretion in palygorskite groups and control group were all lower (P < 0.05) than that in the ZnO group. In conclusion, dietary supplementation with 1800 mg/kg palygorskite can improve growth performance and nutrient digestibility and can also decrease zinc excretion in feces in weaned piglets.  相似文献

本试验旨在研究饲粮钴添加水平对断奶至3月龄獭兔饲粮营养物质表观消化率、氮代谢、胰腺消化酶活性、血清生化指标和钴代谢的影响。选择体重相近的断奶獭兔200只,随机分为5组,每组40个重复,每个重复1只试验兔。5组试验兔分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加0(对照)、0.1、0.4、1.6、6.4 mg/kg钴(以硫酸钴的形式)的试验饲粮,经7 d预饲后进行为期53 d的饲养试验。结果显示:饲粮钴添加水平对饲粮中各营养物质的表观消化率均没有显著影响(P0.05),但饲粮干物质(DM)、粗蛋白质(CP)和钴的表观消化率随饲粮钴添加水平的升高均有先升高后降低的趋势,DM和CP的表观消化率在钴添加水平为1.6 mg/kg时最高,钴的表观消化率在钴添加水平为0.4 mg/kg时最高。饲粮钴添加水平对粪氮(FN)、可消化氮(DN)、氮表观消化率(NAD)、氮生物学效价(NBV)均无显著影响(P0.05),对食入氮(IN)、尿氮(UN)、氮沉积(RN)、氮利用率(NUR)有显著影响(P0.05)。随着饲粮钴添加水平的升高,IN、RN和NUR均先降低后升高再降低,并均在钴添加水平为1.6 mg/kg时最高,而UN则逐渐降低。饲粮钴添加水平对胰腺胰蛋白酶活性有显著影响(P0.05),且在钴添加水平为1.6 mg/kg时最高。饲粮钴添加水平对血清尿素含量有显著影响(P0.05),随着饲粮钴添加水平的升高,血清尿素含量先降低后升高,在钴添加水平为1.6 mg/kg时最低。饲粮钴添加水平对血清总蛋白和白蛋白含量无显著影响(P0.05)。饲粮钴添加水平对粪、尿、肌肉、脾脏和肾脏中钴含量有显著影响(P0.05),且随着饲粮钴添加水平的升高,粪、尿、肌肉、脾脏和肾脏中钴含量均持续增加。综合本试验测定指标,断奶至3月龄獭兔饲粮钴适宜添加水平为0.4~1.6 mg/kg(饲粮中钴含量实测值为0.60~1.83 mg/kg)。  相似文献

The objective of this study was to evaluate the effects of supplemental magnesium(Mg) on the performance of gilts and parity 3 sows and their piglets.Fifty-six gilts(Trial 1) and 56 sows(Trial 2) were assigned to one of 4treatments according to their mating weight,respectively.The treatments comprised corn-soybean meal based gestation and lactation diets(0.21%magnesium) supplemented with 0,0.015,0.03,or 0.045%Mg from mating until weaning.The results showed that magnesium supplementation significantly(P 0.05) reduced the weaning to estrus interval in both gilts and sows.There were significant effects(P 0.05) of supplemental magnesium on the total number of piglets born,born alive and weaned in sows.In late gestation and lactation,the digestibility of crude fiber(quadratic effects,P 0.05),and crude protein(P 0.05),were significantly influenced by magnesium in gilts and sows,respectively.There were differences among the 4 groups in terms of the apparent digestibility of dry matter and crude fiber in sows(P 0.05) during both early and late gestation.The apparent digestibility of gross energy was increased for sows in late gestation(P 0.05),and lactation(quadratic effects,P 0.05).At farrowing and weaning,serum prolactin levels and alkaline phosphate activities linearly increased in sows as the Mg supplementation increased(P 0.05).Serum Mg of sows at farrowing and serum urea nitrogen of sows at weaning was significantly influenced by Mg supplementation(P 0.05).The Mg concentration in sow colostrum and the serum of their piglets were increased by supplemental magnesium(P 0.05).In addition,growth hormone levels were linearly elevated(P 0.05) in the serum of piglets suckling sows.Our data demonstrated that supplemental magnesium has the potential to improve the reproduction performance of sows,and the suitable supplemental dose ranged from 0.015%to 0.03%.  相似文献

A total of 50 weaning pigs (16 d of age; 4.72 +/- 0.23 kg of BW) were selected to investigate the effect of dietary chito-oligosaccharide (COS) supplementation on growth performance, fecal shedding of Escherichia coli and Lactobacillus, apparent digestibility, and small intestinal morphology. Pigs housed in individual metabolic cages were assigned randomly to 5 treatments (n = 10), including 1 basal diet (control), 3 diets with COS supplementation (100, 200, and 400 mg/kg), and 1 diet with chlortetracycline (CTC) supplementation (80 mg/kg). Fresh fecal samples were collected to evaluate shedding of E. coli and Lactobacillus on d 0, 7, 14, and 21 postweaning. Fresh fecal samples collected from each cage from d 19 to 21 were stored frozen for determination of apparent total tract digestibility. On d 21, all pigs were killed to collect the middle sections of the duodenum, jejunum, and ileum for determination of mucosa morphology. Supplementation of COS at 100 and 200 mg/kg and supplementation of CTC improved (P < 0.05) overall ADG, ADFI, and G:F in comparison with the control. Supplementation of COS at 200 mg/kg as well as supplementation of CTC increased (P < 0.05) apparent total tract digestibility of DM, GE, CP, crude fat, Ca, and P, whereas COS at 100 mg/kg increased (P < 0.05) the digestibility of DM, Ca, and P in comparison with the control diet. Pigs receiving diets supplemented with COS or CTC had a decreased (P < 0.05) incidence of diarrhea and decreased diarrhea scores compared with control pigs. Fecal samples from pigs receiving diets supplemented with COS had greater (P < 0.05) Lactobacillus counts than those from control pigs and pigs receiving diets supplemented with CTC on d 14 and 21. However, supplementation of COS at 200 mg/kg and supplementation of CTC decreased (P < 0.05) E. coli counts in the feces on d 21 compared with the control diet. Dietary supplementation of COS at 200 mg/kg and of CTC increased (P < 0.05) the villus height and villus:crypt ratio at the ileum and jejunum, and COS at 100 mg/kg also increased (P < 0.05) the villus height in the ileum compared with the control diet. The current results indicated that dietary supplementation of COS at 100 and 200 mg/kg enhanced growth performance by increasing apparent digestibility, decreasing the incidence of diarrhea, and improving small intestinal morphology.  相似文献

本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加不同水平香甜鲜复合诱食剂对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标、养分表观消化率和粪便微生物菌群的影响。选取(43±4)日龄体重相近的健康大白仔猪72头,随机分为3个组,每组3个重复,每个重复8头猪。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加1和2 kg/t的香甜鲜复合诱食剂。试验期28 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,饲粮中添加2 kg/t香甜鲜复合诱食剂能够显著提高断奶仔猪平均日采食量和平均日增重(P0.05);饲粮中添加香甜鲜复合诱食剂对养分表观消化率、血清生化指标和粪便微生物菌群的影响不显著(P0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加2 kg/t香甜鲜复合诱食剂能提高断奶仔猪平均日采食量和平均日增重,提高生长性能。本试验条件下推荐断奶仔猪饲粮中添加2 kg/t香甜鲜复合诱食剂为宜。  相似文献
