To examine the roles of gonadal steroids in the regulation of expression of gonadotropin subunit genes, male red seabream were gonadectomized and a sub-group was treated with 11-ketotestosterone (11-KT). Castration of males during the early stage of spermatogenesis elicited a significant increase in FSHβ mRNA levels, which was prevented by 11-KT replacement. By contrast, LHβ mRNA levels were not changed by castration or 11-KT replacement. In addition, administration of 11-KT to sham-operated males suppressed the steady-state FSHβ and LHβ mRNA levels. These results indicate that 11-KT may function as a negative feedback regulator of FSHβ gene expression, and may act through the testis to down-regulate LHβ mRNA levels in male red seabream during this period. 相似文献

When 8-week-old BALB/c mice were sensitized with two intramuscular injections of Toxoplasma lysate antigen (TLA) at 2 week interval, the numbers of sIg(+), Thy-1,2(+), Lyt-1,2(+) Lyt-2,2(+), and Asialo GM1(ASGM1)(+) cells in the spleen, liver and peripheral blood increased by 2 to 4 times over those found in unsensitized mice of the same age. When TLA-sensitized and unsensitized mice were infected with Babesia, 4 of 10 (40%) of the TLA-sensitized mice survived infection, while none of the unsensitized control mice lived longer than 14 days after Babesia infection. By contrast, sensitization of nude mice with TLA had no effect on survival, and mice did not live more than 12 days. The number of thymic Thy-1,2(+) cells decreased in TLA-sensitized and unsensitized BALB/c mice by almost 80% within 10 days after infection (AI). During the same time, the numbers of B cells, T cells, and NK cells increased in the spleen, liver and peripheral blood of both sensitized and unsensitized mice. Especially notable were increases in numbers of Lyt-2,2(+) cells in the spleen and blood and increases in numbers of NK cells in the spleen, liver and blood in both TLA-sensitized and unsensitized mice. When spleen cells from TLA-sensitized and unsensitized mice were cultured in the presence or absence of TLA for 6 days, assays for cytotoxicity using NK-insensitive P-815 target cells and NK-sensitive YAC-1 target cells demonstrated higher rates of cytotoxicity in cultures of TLA-sensitized spleen cells. 相似文献

针对抛秧持有的秧苗直立过程,以洗根手插为对照,研究了抛秧稻活棵立苗及其生理生态特点。结果表明,抛秧稻带土秧苗抛后,平躺小苗、中苗、大苗一般分别在2-5、5-6、7-10天内直立。在活棵立苗期间抛秧稻苗体内水分、养分及肖合等状况明显优于同质洗根手插苗。根、叶、蘖等生长在数量、质量上也优于同质洗根手插苗。抛秧稻缓苗恢复的先后顺序为发根、出叶速度加快,体内养分含有率及干物重的递增。秧苗素质、苗龄、带土状况、苗姿以及水、温等一些内外因素均对抛秧稻活棵立苗有不同程度的间接或直接影响。 相似文献

Continuous changes in methane (CH4) and carbon dioxide (CO2) concentrations inside a closed chamber were measured on the forest floor at three sites: a deciduous forest and a coniferous forest in Hokkaido, Japan, and a birch forest in West Siberia, Russian Federation. Flux estimations by three types of regression methods, exponential, nonlinear, and linear, were examined using field-collected concentration data. The pattern of change with time of the gas concentration in the headspace differed, mainly according to site but also, to a lesser extent, according to the gas. This was a function of both the chamber height and surface soil property relating to soil gas diffusion and the gas concentration profile. Flux estimations did not differ statistically between the exponential and nonlinear methods for either gas at any site, because both of those regression methods were based on diffusion theory. However, the flux values estimated by linear regression were significantly different from those estimated by the other two methods for both CH4 and CO2 at the deciduous forest site and for CO2 at the coniferous forest site. Shortening the chamber deployment period improved the linearity of the curve, but did not completely eliminate the error. Our results suggest that linear regression is not a good model of the change in headspace concentration with time. 相似文献

Job shop scheduling is an important part of manufacturing process. Pre-mature, local optimal solution or low convergence rate of Genetic Algorithm may come across in solving scheduling problem in multi-Job shop. To avoid those unhealthy tendencies, this paper introduced the Dynamical Niche Sets-based Cooperative Evolutionary Algorithm model.In the Algorithm, Process-based chromosome encoding method was used; the crossover operator and mutation operator were designed to adjust operation sequences and choose process routes. The cooperative scheduling problem in multi-Job shop was solved using dynamical niche sets technology and multi-population cooperative evolution method.
