In contrast to the finite element method, another form of numerical method which is based on the using of rectangular math covers in manifold method is proposed. In this method, the element data is not a necessary in the input data files and it can be incorporated with the CAD technology conveniently. The theory and application of the method are discussed and the auto mesh algorithm of the cover system is also given in this paper. 针对比转速为74~112的5台内混式自吸离心泵,采用3种不同直径吸水管和6种不同隔舌间隙,对其规定高度自吸时间和极限真空度进行了较全面的试验研究,并对试验结果进行了综合分析。结果表明,对于内混式自吸离心泵,规定高度自吸时间总体上随吸水管内初始存气量的增加而成线性递增,而极限真空度与吸水管内的初始存气量无关;当隔舌间隙为1~6 mm时,隔舌间隙越小,自吸性能越好;泵的额定流量越大,自吸性能受隔舌间隙的影响越大。该研究对内混式自吸离心泵的水力设计、部分结构参数的确定以及自吸性能的进一步提高具有较重要的意义。 相似文献
