大豆叶茸毛形态对抗虫性、耐旱性等均有重要作用。本研究利用2个重组自交系群体NJRIKY (KY)和NJRIXG (XG)进行叶面茸毛密度和长度的遗传与QTL定位分析。结果表明,2个性状在2个群体中均有大幅度变异,存在不同程度的超亲分离,两者有极显著负相关(r= –0.49和–0.62),叶面茸毛密度的遗传率(75.7%~76.8%)高于叶面茸毛长度的遗传率(45.2%~62.9%);检测到2个叶面茸毛密度主效QTL (XG群体的PD1-1和KY群体的PD12-1,表型贡献率分别达20.7%和21.7%);两群体叶面茸毛密度遗传构成中加性QTL贡献率占20.7%~36.2%,互作QTL只占0%~1.4%,而未定位到的微效QTL所占份额很大,为38.1%~56.1%,是以往只用定位程序而未注意遗传构成解析所没有发现的特点;未在KY中检测到叶面茸毛长度加性QTL,互作QTL贡献率也仅4.2%,而微效QTL贡献率达58.7%;但在XG中叶面茸毛长度加性QTL Pl1-1和Pl12-1贡献率分别达18.3%和22.5%,占主要成分,互作QTL和微效QTL贡献均较小,说明该性状两群体的遗传构成有很大差异。大豆叶面茸毛密度和长度的遗传涉及多个效应不同的基因/QTL。  相似文献

该研究以江南传统水乡南浔、乌镇、西塘的流轴景作为研究对象,通过问卷调查和统计分析的方法研究了水乡河流景观构成要素与喜好度之间的关系。结果表明:河流景观的喜好度与建筑和自然要素有很大的相关性。建筑要素的占有率高的时候喜好度降低,自然要素的占有率高的时候喜好度上升。多元回归分析结果表明,建筑与河流的占有率与喜好度具有非常显著的相关性,即建筑要素与喜好度具有负相关性,河流与喜好度具有正相关性。  相似文献

采用Osboren蛋白质分类法对茶树花蛋白质进行分类,通过正交试验研究茶树花蛋白质碱法和酶法提取的最佳工艺,并对用这2种方法所提蛋白质的功能特性进行比较研究.结果表明:茶树花蛋白质组成以清蛋白为主,适合用碱法提取.碱提法最佳组合为NaOH浓度0.15mol/L,提取时间2.5h,提取温度75℃,液固比30∶1,在此条件下的蛋白质提取率达到91.45%,蛋白质纯度达到90%.酶法提取工艺的最佳条件为碱性蛋白酶添加量5%,液固比50∶1,提取时间2h,提取温度60℃,提取率为79.12%,蛋白质纯度为55%.碱法提取的茶树花蛋白质纯度、持水性、乳化稳定性和起泡性优于酶法提取,而酶法提取的茶树花蛋白质的乳化性、吸油性、泡沫稳定性、溶解性优于碱法提取.此外,茶树花碱提和酶提蛋白质对1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(1,1-diphenyl-2-picryhydrazyl,DPPH)自由基的清除率分别达到50.79%和56.04%,具有一定的抗氧化功能.  相似文献

【目的】阐明不同种源人参的遗传关系和遗传多样性。【方法】用AFLP分子标记对来自我国吉林、辽宁2省及韩国、朝鲜的24份人参种源的多态性、亲缘关系和居群遗传多样性进行分析。【结果】从36对AFLP引物组合中,筛选出8对扩增条带清晰、多态性高的引物组合,用这8对引物共扩增出188个位点,其中138个位点为多态位点,多态位点百分率为73.4%;通过聚类分析,可将24个人参种源聚为4类;在集安、抚松和韩国的3个人参居群中,集安居群的Nei’s基因多样度、Shannon’s信息指数均最高,分别为0.1689和0.2738。【结论】AFLP分子标记研究结果能较好地揭示人参种源间的遗传多样性和遗传关系。  相似文献

Hanwoo (Korean native) steers (274.8 ± 4.6 kg) with ruminal and duodenal cannulae were used in a 4 × 4 Latin square design experiment to examine the effects of dietary treatments on starch disappearance in the gastrointestinal tract. Dietary treatments consisted of concentrate that were based on ground corn with soybean meal (C‐SBM), ground corn with corn gluten meal (C‐CGM), ground barley with soybean meal (B‐SBM) and ground barley with corn gluten meal (B‐CGM). Although the intakes of starch and protein for steers fed experimental diets were different, it did not change ruminal pH and total volatile fatty acid concentrations. Average duodenal CP flow and quantity of CP apparently digested post‐ruminally was higher (P = 0.001) for CGM‐based diets than SBM‐based diets. There were increases in quantity (P < 0.001) and percentage (P < 0.001) of corn starch digested post‐ruminally compared to barley starch. Synchronized diets showed higher percentages (P = 0.03) of starch apparently digested post‐ruminally than asynchronization. Hanwoo steers fed a corn‐based diet with a large quantity of starch reaching the duodenum and fed C‐CGM supplying great amounts of protein to the small intestine may have contributed to increased post‐ruminal starch digestion.  相似文献

Virtual otoscopy enables noninvasive 3D endoluminal imaging of the middle ear through postprocessing of computed tompgraphy (CT) data. A standardized imaging approach for the middle ear was established in six normal dogs in an attempt to optimize the clinical application and student education. High‐resolution CT data were obtained. Virtual otoscopic images of the middle ear cavity and ossicles were generated using commercially available software. The views of the four different directions (the ear canal, tympanic bulla, eustachian tube, and ossicular chain) were made for virtual otoscopy. The promontory, cochlea window, tympanic bulla, septum bulla, and auditory tube were distinguished easily and clearly. One of the ossicles, the malleus, was visualized accurately. However, small structures such as the incus and stapes always could not be seen. The main advantage of virtual otoscopy is not only to provide diagnostic information but also to enhance the quality and efficiency of student education, because it contributes to an understanding of the anatomy of the middle ear. We describe the normal topographical 3Dimages of the middle ear of the dog using virtual otoscopy.  相似文献

The objective of the present study was to investigate the effects on the plasma biochemical composition and growth of piglets of placenta‐fed sows. The experimental animals were a total of 21 sows (L × LW) of third parity, and each sow was suckled by 11 ± 1 piglets. Sows fed without placenta were considered as the control (C), treatment 1 (T1) were placenta‐fed from days 1–7 after farrowing and treatment 2 (T2) were placenta‐fed from day 7 before farrowing to day 7 after farrowing. Glucose of piglets was lower (P < 0.05) in T2 than C and T1 on day 10. Total cholesterol of piglets was higher (P < 0.05) in T2 than C on day 4. Fe of piglets was higher (P < 0.05) in T2 than C on days 4, 20 and 30. Unsaturated iron‐binding capacity was lower (P < 0.05) in T2 than C on days 4 and 30. Immunoglobulin G of piglets was higher (P < 0.05) in T1 and T2 than C on days 4 and 10. Daily gain of piglets was higher (P < 0.05) in T1 than C and T2 on day 4 when daily gain was calculated. Total daily gain increased (P < 0.05) by prolongation of placenta feeding period. The results indicate that feeding placenta to sows may improve the plasma biochemical composition and growth of their piglets.  相似文献

A 3-year-old neutered female poodle with a long history of dermatophytic skin disease was presented with lethargy, anorexia and progressive weight loss. Abdominal ultrasonography revealed markedly enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes and multiple hypoechoic foci in the spleen. Cytology of the mesenteric lymph nodes and spleen showed granulomatous inflammation with fungal organisms and negatively stained intracytoplasmic bacterial rods consistent with Mycobacteria spp. Based on culture, multiplex polymerase chain reaction and sequence analysis, the bacterium was identified as Mycobacterium avium subspecies hominissuis. Despite treatment with antibiotics, the dog’s condition deteriorated, and it died approximately 3 weeks after first presentation.  相似文献
