[Objective] The paper was to observe the clinical effects of compound Chinese traditional preparation Shenwudi oral liquid on prevention and treatment of piglet diarrhea, and to explore the diarrhea prevention and growth promotion effect of Shenwudi power on weaned piglets as the medical feed additive. [Method] Diarrhea piglets were randomly grouped, and the clinical prevention and treatment effects of Shenwudi oral liquid were observed. Meantime, the effects of Huangzhi oral liquid and levofloxacin mesylate and sodium chloride injection were determined and compared with that of Shenwudi oral liquid. Shenwudi powder was added into the specific feed of weaned piglets at the dose of 5 g/kg, to observe its diarrhea prevention and growth promotion effect on weaned piglets. Compound amoxicillin powder was added in drug control group at the dose of 0.3 g/kg; no drug was added in blank control group. [Result] The cure rate of sucking piglets by Shenwudi oral liquid was 88.57%, and its protection rate was 100%; the cure rate of weaned piglets by Shenwudi oral liquid was 90.00%, and the total effective rate was 95.00%; the protection rate of weaned piglet diarrhea by Shenwudi powder mixing feed was 100%, and the average daily feed intake on the 42~(nd) day was extremely higher than the blank control group(P0.01). [Conclusion] Shenwudi oral liquid can be used for prevention and treatment of sucking piglet diarrhea.Meantime, Shenwudi mixing feed has good prevention effect and significant growth promotion effect on weaned piglet diarrhea. 相似文献

本试验旨在研究饲粮蛋白质水平及赖氨酸/蛋氨酸(Lys/Met)对早期断奶藏羔羊生长性能及胃肠道组织形态的影响。试验选取(55±2)日龄、平均体重(10.85±0.65)kg断奶藏羔羊98只,随机分为7组,每组14只,公母各占1/2。设3个饲粮蛋白质水平(21.03%、18.02%和15.01%),调整蛋白质水平为18.02%和15.01%的饲粮的Lys/Met分别为2.6、3.1和3.6。试验期20 d。结果表明:1)随饲粮蛋白质水平的增加,藏羔羊采食量和平均日增重增加,腹泻率降低,藏羔羊瘤胃等复胃增重,小肠增长,瘤胃乳头和小肠绒毛发育得到优化;2)藏羔羊早期断奶饲粮在18.02%及15.01%蛋白质水平下,以Lys/Met为3.1的配比效果为最佳;3)蛋白质水平为18.02%(Lys/Met=3.1)的饲粮可替代21.03%的高蛋白质饲粮,蛋白质水平为15.01%(Lys/Met=3.1)的饲粮可替代18.02%的中蛋白质饲粮。结果提示,适宜的饲粮蛋白质水平及Lys/Met能够促进早期断奶藏羔羊胃肠道良好的生长发育,合理的Lys/Met能够降低其对蛋白质的需要量。 相似文献

Dongfang No. 3, a Laminaria hybrid, was bred by hybridizing a female gametophyte clone isolated from Line 7 of L. japonica with a male one isolated from Line LZZ which was developed through hybridizing female gametophyte clones of L. lonngissima and male gametophyte clones of L. japonica followed by continuous self-crossing and tolerances of strong irradiance and high seawater temperature targeted selection. The parental gametophyte clones of Dongfang No. 3 have a more than intraspecific but less than interspecific relationship. The seedlings of the hybrid were raised with the techniques of gametophyte clone asexual reproduction and hybridization and cultivated on trial. The dark brown hybrid has a wide, uniform, ripple-less and very tough blade and a very robust holdfast. A deep vertical groove and a half-round joint between stripe and blade distinguished also the hybrid from the varieties of L. japonica. The hybrid is tolerant of strong irradiance and high seawater temperature and resistant to the tissue rottenness of blade tip and edge. The hybrid matured later than the varieties of L. japonica widely used currently. The trial cultivation of this Laminaria hybrid has reached > 406 ha in total. It increased the yield by 60.5% and 54.8% in average on that of Benniu (Control I) and Zaohoucheng (Control II), respectively, and by 62.4% and 75.8% on that of Line LZZ and Line 7, respectively, as were observed in Weihai, Shandong Province, China, in 3 continuous years, and by 57.0% and 32.1% in average on that of Control I and II, respectively, across 10 sites on the coast of north China in 2 continuous years. The breeding and application of Laminaria hybrids have paved an avenue of the direct use of heterosis, the easy integration of elite agronomical traits and fast renewing of Laminaria varieties. 相似文献

观察表明:休眠期不同的春小麦种子种皮结构,在细胞层次上没有实质性差异,而外表皮的细胞形状,排列明显不同。休眠期长的品种,外表皮细胞排列整齐而紧凑,呈长方形;休眠期短的品种,外表皮细胞排列疏松,不整齐,多呈卵圆形,种皮的厚度与休眠无关。小麦种皮主要通过限制胚部的氧气供应,及对胚起物理阻碍作用而诱导休眠。 相似文献

江苏省某鸽场鸽群出现呼吸困难,死亡增多现象,剖检病死鸽,呈现气囊炎、腹膜炎和皮下广泛性出血等病变。无菌采集脾脏、肺脏等脏器进行病毒分离,但未分离到病毒。选取健康鸽和病鸽各10只,测定新城疫抗体,其抗体水平均较高。同时,无菌采集病料分离到2株细菌,经分离培养、染色镜检、生化特性鉴定,确定为大肠杆菌,玻板凝集试验表明C株为O163型,D株为O138型。对分离到的细菌做药敏试验,结果表明,C株对链霉素等8种药物产生了耐药性,对氟苯尼考等4种药物敏感;D株对庆大霉素等5种药物产生耐药性,对链霉素等7种药物敏感。分别设计引物对其耐药基因进行PCR检测。 相似文献

Active DNA demethylation is an important part of epigenetic regulation in plants and animals. How active DNA demethylation is regulated and its relationship with histone modification patterns are unclear. Here, we report the discovery of IDM1, a regulator of DNA demethylation in Arabidopsis. IDM1 is required for preventing DNA hypermethylation of highly homologous multicopy genes and other repetitive sequences that are normally targeted for active DNA demethylation by Repressor of Silencing 1 and related 5-methylcytosine DNA glycosylases. IDM1 binds methylated DNA at chromatin sites lacking histone H3K4 di- or trimethylation and acetylates H3 to create a chromatin environment permissible for 5-methylcytosine DNA glycosylases to function. Our study reveals how some genes are indicated by multiple epigenetic marks for active DNA demethylation and protection from silencing. 相似文献
