Pinus bungeana is a three-needle pine with typical fragmented distribution in central and northwestern China. Its natural resources are gradually decreasing and need to be conserved. For conserving genetic diversity of P. bungeana, the authors sampled 10 natural populations in its distribution areas and conducted the analysis of isozymes. Thirty one loci with 53 alleles on the basis of 16 enzyme systems were assayed. The parameters of genetic diversity at species and population level are respectively as follows: As= 1.742, Ae[s] = 1.49, Ps= 54.8%, He[s] = 0.162, Ap= 1.39, Ae[p]= 1.30, Pp= 34.85, He[p] = 0.0986. In comparison with other pines, P. bungeana possesses a slightly low amount of genetic variation especially at the population level. By contrast, the level of population genetic differentiation (GST = 0.135) is higher compared to other pines. All ten populations are divided into three groups according to Nei‘s genetic identity (I). There is a slight relation (r = 0.31) between genetic distance and geographical distance.Some populations are obviously deviate from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium but the total population is basically accordant with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. The correlation analysis between allele frequencies and ecological factors showed that the alleles at loci of Idh and Pgi-2 had gradient variation trends of their frequencies. The sample capturing curves‘ analysis indicated that the captured alleles increased when the number of sampled populations increased and 99% out of whole allele pool of ten populations would be captured when five populations were randomly selected. This article analyzes the factors shaping commercial timber profit distribution in China's Southern Collective Forest Region (hereinafter SCFR). The article first describes the setting and distribution of a national harvest quota and analyzes its equity impacts on farmer households. Based on access mapping of the commercial timber commodity chain, profit distribution and mechanisms for controlling and maintaining access to profit are analyzed for different actors along the chain. The data show that farmers do not benefit to a great extent from the commerce, even if they are endowed with rights to manage and harvest forests and freely sell commercial timber in the region. There are a number of institutional and non-institutional factors that determine the extent of benefits farmers and other actors along the timber commodity chain can seek. Under current arrangements, the devolution of forest property in the SCFR does not ensure that farmer households benefit from commercial timber marketing. In order to stimulate farmers' enthusiasm for forest rehabilitation and management, beyond the devolution of forest property, it is firstly necessary to take effective measures to improve farmer access to commercial timber profits. 相似文献

为研究蚕豆的遗传多样性,选用50对引物,对41份非洲和湖北蚕豆种质资源进行SSR遗传多样性分析。引物的PIC值介于0.28~0.91之间,平均值为0.68,50对引物共获得扩增DNA条带249条,多态性条带(等位基因)为246条。利用NTSYS软件对41份非洲和湖北蚕豆种质SSR数据进行聚类分析。在D-0.6957处将41份种质资源分为三大类群。第Ⅰ类(13个品种)为埃及和埃塞尔比亚的材料;第Ⅱ类(12个品种)主要为苏丹的材料;第Ⅲ类(16个品种)包括所有湖北地区的材料。通过Structure群体结构分析结果与聚类分析结果高度吻合。本研究结果可为蚕豆种质资源的收集和利用以及进一步开发利用SSR标记提供参考。 相似文献

越橘成熟果实富含多糖、多酚和花色素苷等次生代谢物质,严重影响果实总RNA的提取.试验以越橘成熟果实的果肉和果皮为试材,采用适合多糖多酚植物RNA提取试剂盒及试剂和改良的CTAB法提取越橘果肉和果皮中总RNA,经琼脂糖凝胶电泳和核酸蛋白测定仪(NanoDrop 2000)检测.结果表明,改良的CTAB法效果最好,提取的总RNA完整性好,纯度高.通过RT-PCR验证,所提取的总RNA可以满足基因克隆等分子生物学试验的要求. 相似文献
