The influence of temperature and stress state on delamination in the pipe-line steel has been studied by tensile tests at different temperature and stress states. It is found that the' delamination always takes place along the centerline segregation band in pipe-line steel produced by continuous casting and then controlled rolling. At room temperature, the delamination appears to be caused by micrbvoid nucleation and coalecence. And the delamination appears to be caused by the cleavage cracking along (100) plane at low temperatur.e. Phenazines are secondary metabolites with broad spectrum antibiotic activity and thus show high potential in biological control of pathogens.In this study,we identified phenazine biosynthesis(phz)genes in two genome-completed plant pathogenic bacteria Pseudomonas syringae pv.tomato(Pst)DC3000 and Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzae(Xoo)PXO99A.Unlike the phz genes in typical phenazine-producing pseudomonads,phz homologs in Pst DC3000 and Xoo PXO99A consisted of phzC/D/E/F/G and phzC/E1/E2/F/G,respectively,and the both were not organized into an operon.Detection experiments demonstrated that phenazine-1-carboxylic acid(PCA)of Pst DC3000 accumulated to 13.4μg L-1,while that of Xoo PXO99A was almost undetectable.Moreover,Pst DC3000 was resistant to 1 mg mL-1PCA,while Xoo PXO99A was sensitive to50μg mL-1PCA.Furthermore,mutation of phzF blocked the PCA production and significantly reduced the pathogenicity of Pst DC3000 in tomato,while the complementary strains restored these phenotypes.These results revealed that Pst DC3000 produces low level of and is resistant to phenazines and thus is unable to be biologically controlled by phenazines.Additionally,phz-mediated PCA production is required for full pathogenicity of Pst DC3000.To our knowledge,this is the first report of PCA production and its function in pathogenicity of a plant pathogenic P.syringae strain.  相似文献

Background:Many researches about in ovo feeding(IOF)of vitamin C(VC)are gradually carried out to explore physiological development in chicken,but little studies focus on VC synthesis capacity of the embryo itself,the selection of injection site and the effectiveness of IOF of VC.This study aims to explore the above problems.Results:Kidney and yolk sac were the main organs for VC synthesis and L-gulonolactone oxidase(GLO)expression was lower during pre-hatch development than that during post-hatch development.Sodium-dependent vitamin C transporter 1(SVCT1)expression was increased continuously in yolk sac from embryonic age 19(E19)to post-hatch day 1(D1)and in intestine(duodenum,jejunum and ileum)from E17 to D1.Plasma VC content was higher at D1 than that at D21 and D42.IOF of VC significantly reduced GLO expression in liver,kidney and yolk sac as well as SVCT1 expression in duodenum,jejunum and ileum,but increased the VC content in plasma,brain,kidney and liver.In addition,IOF of VC obviously reduced the embryonic morality and increased the hatchability under heat stress.Conclusions:This study suggested that IOF of VC at E11 in yolk was effective for embryonic VC supplementation.These findings provide a theoretical reference about the method of embryonic VC supplementation and effective methodology on embryonic VC nutrition in broiler chickens.  相似文献
