津优335号是以自交系A143-5为母本,以自交系B74A-7为父本配制而成的黄瓜一代杂种。耐低温弱光能力强,植株长势强,雌花节率高、连续结瓜能力强,瓜条生长速度快。瓜条商品性突出,品质好。抗枯萎病,中抗褐斑病、霜霉病和白粉病。越冬栽培不歇秧,单瓜质量约220g,总产量20000kg·(667m2)-1左右,适宜我国北方地区日光温室各茬口栽培。  相似文献

海丰1052是以08-123为母本,F07-253-2-1为父本配制的早熟鲜食线椒一代杂种。始花节位为第7~8节,果实顺直,果面光滑,果肩略皱,辣味较强,青熟果亮绿色,老熟果鲜红色,果实纵径31.2cm,横径1.5cm,平均单果质量为32.6g,VC含量为672mg·kg-1,可溶性糖含量1.7g·kg-1,蛋白质含量为14.0g·kg-1,辣椒素含量为0.25g·kg-1。抗CMV、TMV,中抗疫病。一般每667m2产量3000kg左右。适合北方露地、秋延后大棚栽培,广东、广西、山西、陕西等地露地栽培。  相似文献

AIM: To investigate whether the association of connexin 43(Cx43) and L-type calcium channel involved in the pathogenesis of atrial fibrillation (AF). METHODS: The biochemical assays and whole-cell patch-clamp technique were used to study the expression of Cx43 in human atrial tissue. The co-localization of Cx43 and L -type calcium channel, and the regulation of L-type calcium current in atrial myocytes were investigated. RESULTS: The expression of Cx43 at mRNA and protein levels was decreased in human atrial tissues of AF patients. In cultured atrium-derived myocytes (HL-1 cells), knockdown of Cx43 significantly inhibited the mRNA expression of L-type calcium channel α1c subunit, as well as L-type calcium current. Co-localization of Cx43 with L-type calcium channel α1c subunit in mouse atrial myocytes was observed. CONCLUSION: The decrease in Cx43 is involved in the pathogenesis of AF, probably through reducing the L-type calcium current in atrial myoctyes by co-localization with L-type calcium channel, thus representing the potential pathogenesis in atrial fibrillation.  相似文献   

Expression of Jagged2/Notch3 signaling molecules in pulmonary hypertensive rats induced by monocrotaline

AIM: To study the expression of Jagged2/Notch3 signaling molecules in pulmonary vascular wall of pulmonary hypertensive rats induced by monocrotaline. METHODS: SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group (C group,n=15), solvent control group (S group,n=15) and monocrotaline model groups (M group,n=15). The model of pulmonary hypertension was established by a single subcutaneous injection of monocrotaline (50 mg/kg). The rats in S group were given a single subcutaneous injection of the same dose of solvent. After 4 weeks, the pulmonary vascular remodeling was assessed by HE staining, and the mean pulmonary artery pressure (mPAP) and right ventricular systolic pressure (RVSP) were determined by right heart catheterization. The expression of Jagged2/Notch3/Hes5 molecules in the pulmonary vascular wall was detected by immunohistochemical method and real-time PCR. RESULTS: Compared with S group and C group, the percentage of medial wall thickness of smaller arteries in model group increased significantly (P<0.01). The levels of mPAP and RVSP in M group were significantly higher than those in S group and C groups (P<0.01). The results of real-time PCR showed that the expression of Jagged2, Notch3 and Hes5 was significantly increased in M group compared with S group and C group. The data from immunohistochemical detection indicated that Jagged2 mainly expressed in the intima of small lung artery, Notch3 and Hes5 mainly expressed in the medial smooth muscle cells. Compared with S group and C group, the expression of Jagged2 and Notch3 was significantly increased in the lung small arteries of M group. CONCLUSION: The activation of Jagged2/Notch3 signaling pathway might play an important role in the formation of pulmonary hypertension.  相似文献   

华灰莉木提取物对柑橘全爪螨的杀螨活性

以华灰莉木为试材,采用溶剂冷浸法提取植物成分,溶剂液-液萃取法对植物成分进行初步分离,Potter喷雾法测定杀螨活性,研究华灰莉木提取物和初步分离物对柑橘全爪螨的影响。结果表明:华灰莉木叶和枝条甲醇提取物对柑橘全爪螨雌成螨有较高的触杀毒力,致死中浓度(LC50)分别为5.5334g/L和3.9682g/L。叶的杀螨活性物质主要集中在水萃取物中,属于极性强的物质;枝条的杀螨活性物质主要集中在石油醚萃取物中,属于极性弱的物质。叶提取物的水萃取物和枝条提取物的石油醚萃取物对柑橘全爪螨雌成螨的LC50分别为3.2970g/L和1.7372g/L。  相似文献

水稻重要农艺性状的基因定位研究在育种上具有重要意义。2004年在海南陵水县种植两个完全测序水稻品种日本晴与9311的F₂群体及双亲，分别考察了其单株分蘖数、穗数、有效分蘖数、穗长、主穗长、抽穗期、株高和剑叶8个农艺性状3次重复的平均值。用已构建的连锁遗传图谱（Nipponbare/9311-F₂遗传图谱）及Excel 2000和Mapmaker/QTL 1.1b软件对这8个性状间的相互关系和基因位点进行了分析。结果在LOD>2.0和P＜0.005的条件下共检测到41个QTLs，它们分布在水稻所有染色体上，单个QTL对性状表型贡献率11.0%～46.4%，其中大于20%的有22个。对选用已测序材料为亲本构建图谱来探讨水稻农艺性状的分子基础及其育种意义进行了讨论。  相似文献

Based on the theory of multi body dynamic, the paper established the front suspension model of vehicle. The uniform optimization object function, including the tolerance of front wheel orientation angles' practical value and set value under full load, and the changing value of each parameter during wheel fluctuating is put forward. Utilizing this model, the original suspension is optimized and the variation of each parameter with front wheel fluctuation is calculated. The optimized driving operation performance resulted from the analysis and application.  相似文献
