人工林无线电波传播场强模型是合理设计人工林环境无线电遥测遥控等通信电路的理论依据.该文在分析无线电波传播机理的基础上确定了人工林UHF频段传播损耗的三大组成部分及相应的计算方法,提出了人工林中某接收点处电场强度的预测模型.经过对北京西山人工侧柏林中不同参数的场强测试数据进行分析,校验了所建模型具有很高的精度.   相似文献   

Modelling forest regeneration processes in clear-cut and burned areas in the Angara Region

A method to select measures for enhancing natural forest-regeneration process in areas under extensive management is discussed. Using available information on geomorphological site characteristics and stand parameters, indices are determined using a specific criterion that describes the forest regeneration process. Using these indices as model inputs, clearcuts and burns can be classified; within each stratum the natural forest regeneration process is similar. Analysing these strata, one can select a regime of forest treatment that is appropriate for a given stratum and, consequently, for the clearcuts (or burns) it includes.  相似文献

An optical method involving the use of a laser and a novel fluorescent dye as a photostimulation probe has been developed to identify presynaptic neurons in a large ensemble of cells. Illumination of an extracellularly stained neuron by the laser microbeam evokes action potentials. With this technique an interneuron connecting identified leech neurons was quickly located. The method speeds up the elucidation of neuronal networks, especially when small cells are involved.  相似文献

The administration to rats of the ethyl analog of methionine, ethionine, results in the rapid decrease in the hepatic concentration of adenosine triphosphate followed by an extensive disaggregation of polysomes to ribosome monomers and a concomitant inhibition of protein synthesis. These effects are readily reversed by the injection of methionine or precursors of adenine nucleotides such as adenine. The reformation of liver polyribosomes in such animals following the administration of adenine plus methionine was found to occur under conditions in which new RNA synthesis was markedly inhibited. Free messenger RNA without attached ribosomes must be capable of remaining functionally active in the liver cytoplasm for many hours.  相似文献

The persistent binding of metabolites of hepatic carcinogen, 2-fluorenylacetamide, to glycogen and to DNA in a new population of liver cells, hyperplastic nodules, and to glycogen in liver cancer cells weeks to months after the carcinogen was removed from the animals' diet is indicated by spectrophotometric, chromatographic, and mass spectrographic data. This persistence of binding does not appear to occur in the nonhyperplastic or nonneoplastic liver surrounding the nodules or the cancer.  相似文献

270只Abore Acre商品代肉用公鸡随机分成3组，金霉素在饲料中添加水平分别为0、50只和150mg/kg，研究饲用金霉素对肉仔鸡法氏囊、脾脏和胸腺等免疫器官发育、以及免疫反应的影响。结果表明50mg/kg的金霉素对肉仔鸡脾脏和21日龄的胸腺无明显抑制作用，对T、B淋巴细胞转化率也无明显抑制作用（P＜0.05），而且显著促进法氏囊的萎缩（P＜0.05）。金霉素对T淋巴细胞转化率有明显的直接抑制作用；50mg/kg和150mg/kg的金素对BAS特异性抗体的产生均有显著的抑制作用（P＜0.01）。研究结果表明，持续、低剂量和金霉素对肉 鸡免疫器官发育和免疫应答具有显著的抑制作用，抑制作用随剂量增加而加强，150mg/kg的金霉素对肉仔鸡具有显著促生长作用。  相似文献   

Quantum-confined stark effect in single CdSe nanocrystallite quantum dots

The quantum-confined Stark effect in single cadmium selenide (CdSe) nanocrystallite quantum dots was studied. The electric field dependence of the single-dot spectrum is characterized by a highly polarizable excited state ( approximately 10(5) cubic angstroms, compared to typical molecular values of order 10 to 100 cubic angstroms), in the presence of randomly oriented local electric fields that change over time. These local fields result in spontaneous spectral diffusion and contribute to ensemble inhomogeneous broadening. Stark shifts of the lowest excited state more than two orders of magnitude larger than the linewidth were observed, suggesting the potential use of these dots in electro-optic modulation devices.  相似文献   

Phonon dispersions of fcc delta-plutonium-gallium by inelastic x-ray scattering

We report an experimental determination of the phonon dispersion curves in a face-centered cubic (fcc) delta-plutonium-0.6 weight % gallium alloy. Several unusual features, including a large elastic anisotropy, a small-shear elastic modulus C', a Kohn-like anomaly in the T1[011] branch, and a pronounced softening of the [111] transverse modes, are found. These features can be related to the phase transitions of plutonium and to strong coupling between the lattice structure and the 5f valence instabilities. Our results also provide a critical test for theoretical treatments of highly correlated 5f electron systems as exemplified by recent dynamical mean field theory calculations for delta-plutonium.  相似文献

As a result of an early deficiency in cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase activity, guanosine 3',5'-monophosphate accumulates in retinal photoreceptor cells before they begin to degenerate. It is suggested that degeneration of the photoreceptor cells is related to an imbalance in their metabolism or function which is caused by the elevated levels of cyclic guanosine monophosphate.  相似文献
