Two problems often appear in estate auction.The first is to whom the buyer can claim cancellation of the contract,if he can't get the estate.The second is whether the tenant can still claim his priority to the estate.In auction,we can't use the principle of agency,fiduciary and mediation to explain the relations among client,auctioneer and buyer,because it doesn't accord with the auction practices and the Action Law section 40.The undisclosed agency in Contract Law may be an adapt explanation to the relations.According to the law hermeneutic,we should narrow the scopes of the tenant priority and exclude it from auction.  相似文献   

A Medical Image Quantization Method Suited for PACS

Image compression is very important in picture archiving and communication system(PACS). The author studied the statistical distribution of image wavelet subimage coefficients and concluded that the distribution of wavelet subimage coefficients is similar to that of Laplasian distribution. On the other hand, in image reconstruction, the coefficient with different amplitude owns different weight, and different accuracy can be applied to different coefficients according to their different weight. Then, the author has designed a image quantization encoding scheme for PACS. In this scheme, they selected the sample-standard-deviation of coefficients in every subimage as the quantization threshold, and accurately encoded those coefficients with higher weight. Also, this algorithm utilized the visual character of human. The test has proved that the main advantages of this method are the simplicity in computing and predictable encoded coefficients, and a high compression efficiency can obtain too.  相似文献

Development Management (DM) in decision phase, Project Management on behalf of the owner (OPM) in implementation phase and Facility Management (FM) in operation phase are three isolated management tools during traditional life cycle management of construction project. As a result, a lot of potential disadvantages are aroused. In recent years, many research organizations try to reform the traditional method using different integration means. This paper tries to explore into integration of DM, OPM and FM to overcome the malpractice of traditional life cycle management of construction project. The research focuses on three aspects: 1.putting forward the concept of Life Cycle Integrated Management (LCIM), based on management integration theory; 2. Raising a new idea to owner's (operator's) management organization design, which emphasizes on the balance of life cycle objectives; 3. 利用SSR标记技术，对5个鲜食玉米新品种及其亲本的DNA指纹图谱进行了研究。从88对SSR引物中，筛选出37对在鲜食玉米中表现多态性丰富、带型清晰明显且稳定的引物，分析了鲜食玉米自交系的遗传多样性，建立了各品种的特征DNA指纹图谱及数字指纹，可以有效用于种子质量检测。  相似文献

设计了一种实际道路上的车辆排放因子的测试方法,将一套车载实测系统安装在一辆机动车上进行测试研究,可以获得大量的实际道路上的行驶参数和排放原始数据,根据实测的汽车的瞬时车速、油耗以及各排放气体浓度值(HC,CO,NO,O2,CO2),可以计算得到各组分的质量排放率和排放因子。并通过这种测试方法,获得了试验用公交汽车的实际道路排放因子。  相似文献

采用静态实验研究了分别添加O.05mg·L^-1La^3＋和Ce^3＋对不同来源和保存状况条件下不同VFA底物的厌氧颗粒污泥产甲烷的影响。结果表明，乙酸为底物时加入Ce^3＋，丙酸加入La^3＋或Ce^3＋，乳酸加入La^3＋时都大大加快了反应初期污泥的产甲烷速率，且对比产甲烷活性SMA也有3％-8％的提高；O.05mg·L^-1La^3＋或Ce^3＋的加入使污泥利用丙酸的速度加快，对于厌氧反应器的恢复运行有一定的实际意义。甲酸为底物时，La^3＋，Ce^3＋的加入对污泥产甲烷曲线形状没有影响，对SMA则分别降低了9.21％和3.37％；乙酸添加La^3＋在反应初期明显降低了产甲烷速率，但SMA并未降低。厌氧颗粒污泥经长时间低温存放后，原来对其SMA有提高作用的稀土浓度此时可能会作用不明显甚至会降低SMA；低浓度稀土离子对污泥产甲烷活性产生抑制作用时，相同质量浓度下Ce^3＋比La^3＋对污泥的抑制作用小；驯化培养过程有利于污泥对稀土的适应。  相似文献
