The relationship of investors and venture capitalists is an important part in venture capital. Based on asymmetric information, this paper analyzes the principal agent relationship between investors and venture capitalists with game theory. And this paper mainly discusses the choosing, controlling and incentive problem. It suggests that only the capable and self confident venture capitalists could accept the terms of the limited partnership. It also indicates that recompense mechanism which holds the interest of investors and that of venture capitalists tightly is the center of the limited partnership. Rate of yield is the key of recompense mechanism, it not only reflects the incentive on venture capitalists, also reflects the share of risk between investors and venture capitalists. Based on the existing measurement theories and evaluation index systems of enterprise knowledge management during the past three years in China, this paper analyzes the problems in measuring target and designing the evaluation index system in the existing research findings, and explains detailedly why measurement target of enterprise knowledge management should be "level evaluation" instead of "performance evaluation", and definitely points out the meanings of enterprise knowledge management level and significance of its evaluation. Discussion on Second-order Analysis of Variable-Section Beam-Column

In this paper, based on the discussion of orthogonal decomposition method for the buckling mode of unsymmetrical structure, taking the variable-section beam-column as an example, a simple and direct method of the second order analysis is presented. In the new method, the conception of enlargement coefficient brought forward by Timoshenko is developed. To begin with the curvature of the variable-section beam-column, the linear equations are set up. With their solution, a group of orthogonal buckling mode can be obtained. The primary deflection can be decomposed to a group of homomorphic deflection similar to buckling mode. Then, the group of deflection is multiplied by corresponding enlargement coefficient and plus the result, finally, the second-order total deflection can be obtained.  相似文献

Three kinds of cleaner technologies are put forward-Best Available Technology(BAT), Best Economic Attractive Technology(BEAT), and usually used new technology, combined with some CP casesat home and abroad. several cleaner technologies are compared, and the results show that the implementation of CP can greatly reduce consumption of resource and energy and pollution emission, There are obvious environmental, economic and social benefits. An EOQ Model at Random when Average Demand Is a Linear Increasing Function

For certain types of inventory, the ordering cycle and demand may be random variants, which satisfy certain types distribution. The classical EOQ model usually neglects the fact. Based on the constant demand, under the hypothesis that the ordering cycle is a random variant which satisfies exponent distribution, average demand is a linear increasing function, this paper considers the effects of the time-value of capital and inflation on replenishment strategy of inventory system. Loosening the condition of basic economic order quantity model under deterministic state, the total cost function of the model is provided. The optimum order quantity and cycle are obtained. The application range of EOQ model under the constant demand is widened. The theoretical evidence is provided for the inventory system to make management decision.  相似文献
