A field trial, a pot experiment and a survey of organically farmed leys were undertaken to investigate whether N fixation in red clover pastures in Norway was limited by a low supply of cobalt and/or molybdenum. Fertilization with Mo did not result in any higher production or N fixation, whereas the N yield both from established clover leys and red clover grown in pots increased slightly after application of Co to many of the investigated soils. In the organically farmed leys there was a significant and positive correlation between Co content and the N content of the red clover. As many of the investigated clover-soil systems were of those previously known to be very low in Co and Mo, and the gain in N yield obtained by extra Co supply was marginal, it is unlikely that deficiency of these trace elements is a problem of great concern in legume based forage production systems in Norway. 相似文献

【目的】研究施用秸秆腐解菌剂对玉米秸秆的促分解效果、养分释放规律及土壤理化特性、养分含量、腐殖质组成和土壤酶活性的影响,为低温地区秸秆快速、高效腐熟以及有机废弃物合理利用提供理论依据和技术参考。【方法】以玉米秸秆作为供试材料,选用低温复合菌剂GF-20、中农绿康秸秆型有机物料腐熟剂(以下简称绿康菌剂)、世明生物发酵菌种(以下简称世明菌剂)作为试验菌剂,设置5个处理,分别为:对照1(CK),土壤+玉米秸秆+不施用菌剂;对照2(B),土壤+无玉米秸秆+不施用菌剂;GF,土壤+玉米秸秆+菌剂GF-20;LK,土壤+玉米秸秆+绿康菌剂;SM,土壤+玉米秸秆+世明菌剂,采用室内培养试验,在10℃黑暗条件下培养60d,测定不同处理玉米秸秆降解率、养分释放率以及土壤有机质、碱解氮、有效磷、速效钾含量和腐殖质成分与土壤酶活性,最后对添加秸秆腐解菌剂后土壤酶活性与速效养分含量的相关性进行了分析。【结果】在10℃黑暗培养条件下,与CK相比,施用3种秸秆腐解菌剂后均在一定程度上促进了玉米秸秆的分解,加快了秸秆养分的释放,提高了土壤速效养分含量与土壤酶活性,其中以添加低温复合菌剂GF-20的效果最好。秸秆腐解60d后,处理GF的秸秆降解率达36.75%,较处理LK、SM和CK高出9.78%,9.92%和16.38%。处理GF明显提高了土壤酶活性,促进土壤物质转化,碱解氮、有效磷和速效钾含量分别为94.10,14.95和38.36mg/kg,明显高于其他处理;处理GF腐殖质碳含量为21.99g/kg,较其他处理增加1.76~3.68g/kg;处理GF的HI(胡敏酸与胡敏素含量比值)为1.43,较其他处理高0.14~0.45。相关性分析结果显示,添加秸秆腐解菌剂后,土壤酶活性与速效养分含量呈显著或者极显著相关。【结论】在10℃黑暗培养条件下,低温复合菌剂GF-20能更有效促进秸秆分解进程,加快玉米秸秆腐解速率及养分释放,提高土壤速效养分含量及酶活性。 相似文献

基于密度联网试验和Hybrid-Maize模型的内蒙古
玉米产量差和生产潜力评估 总被引:6,自引:1,他引:5
采用科学方法对内蒙古玉米产量差与生产潜力进行定量化研究,对合理规划内蒙古玉米增产途径及产业发展具有重要意义。本研究采用品种×密度联网试验和Hybrid-Maize模型模拟相结合的方法,利用2006年以来内蒙古各生态区历年高产攻关田的最高实测产量和各区域农户平均产量,对内蒙古全区和6大生态类型区的玉米产量差和生产潜力进行了系统分析。结果表明,各生态区的模拟产量、高产纪录、试验产量、农户产量皆表现为从东到西逐步提高。内蒙古玉米模拟产量潜力为14.9 t×hm~(-2),高产纪录产量为14.4 t×hm~(-2),试验产量为11.1 t×hm~(-2),农户产量分别实现了模拟产量潜力的49%、高产纪录产量的51%和试验产量的66%。基于模型模拟的产量差(YGM)、基于高产纪录的产量差(YGR)和基于试验产量的产量差(YGE)分别为7.5 t×hm~(-2)、7.0 t×hm~(-2)和3.8 t×hm~(-2)。基于YGE的短期生产潜力达3 525.2万t,是当前总产水平的1.6倍,短期增产潜力为1 191.9万t。其中,内蒙古东部的呼伦贝尔、兴安盟、通辽、赤峰4盟市对全区的增产贡献率将达61%,西部的呼和浩特市、巴彦淖尔市为16%。造成较大YGE主要原因是栽培管理措施不当,缩小YGE需要针对限制各生态区玉米增产的实际问题,通过栽培技术综合改良、技术简化和技术入户来逐步实现。 相似文献

为实现烟草上房烘烤时烟草顺利提取、输送、有序摆放,减轻劳动强度,设计研制了SJ-100型自走式烟草上房机。该机包括行走装置、提取装置、升降输送装置、摆放装置。行走装置为电机前驱后轮转向的四轮底盘,兼具良好的操作性能和通过性能;提取装置和摆放装置均采用双平行四边形机构,可在上下升降和前后推送摆放过程中始终保持烟草平衡状态。工作时,提取装置提取烟草后,经升降输送装置移动到摆放装置,并在烤房上摆放。试验结果表明,作业过程中烟草提取平稳且提取力足,输送顺畅,摆放整齐有序,测得行走速度3.11 m/s,单次提取质量150 kg,输送速度0.2 m/s,净升降输送高度1.9 m,作业质量满足烤房布局要求和作业要求。 相似文献

Removal of logging residues causes significant nutrient losses from the harvesting site. Furthermore, collection of residues into piles could lead to small-scale differences in establishment conditions for seedlings. We studied the effects of stem-only (SOH) and aboveground whole-tree harvesting (WTH) on Norway spruce (Picea abies) seedling growth and pine weevil (Hylobius abietis) damage at two sites (SE and W Norway). We also compared two planting environments within the WTH plots (WTH-0: areas with no residues, WTH-1: areas where residue piles had been placed and removed before planting). In practice, one-third of the residues were left on site after WTH. After three growing seasons there were no differences for height or diameter increment between SOH and WTH (WTH-1 and WTH-0 combined) treatments. However, relative diameter increment was largest for WTH-1 seedlings and lowest for WTH-0 seedlings. Few seedlings sustained pine weevil attacks at the W Norway site, with no differences among treatments. At the SE Norway site, the percent of seedlings damaged by pine weevils and average debarked area were significantly higher after WTH (82% and 3.3?cm2) compared to SOH (62% and 1.7?cm2). β-Glucan content and viscosity of water-soluble β-glucans have a considerable impact on the digestion of barley. Eight different 2-row barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) cultivars were grown in controlled environment chambers at five different temperatures until maturity. The samples were pearled, milled and analysed for their content of total, insoluble and soluble β-glucan. The water-soluble fraction was extracted at 37 °C, subjected to amylase treatment and freeze-dried. Water-soluble crude β-glucans were solubilised in distilled water, analysed for viscosity and their purity was checked by nuclear magnetic resonance. Molecular weights were profiled by size exclusion chromatography with RI detection. The content of total β-glucan varied from 4.0% to 7.4%, and was significantly affected by the growth temperature. An interaction between cultivar and growth temperature was observed for the total β-glucan content. The extractability was significantly affected by growth temperature, as there was recorded an increasing amount of water-soluble β-glucan with increasing growth temperature. Both the viscosity and the molecular weight of the water-soluble β-glucans increased with the growth temperature. 相似文献
