通过实验验证了砂轮约束磨粒喷射精密光整加工方法的有效性，利用M7120平面磨床对Q235A进行了喷射加工实验，用TALYSURF5轮廓仪测量了加工后的微观几何参数值，用扫描电镜和金相显微镜观察了表面微观形貌和断面金相组织变化。实验结果表明，该加工方法在表面粗糙度得到减小的同时，能明显去除磨削加工过度塑性变形，减少表面层污染和磨削烧伤，改善表面形状精度，实验结果和理论分析吻合，验证了该工艺方法的正确性。  相似文献

利用AFLP分子标记对46个水稻品种进行遗传多样性分析,继而研究分子标记遗传距离与按照NC设计获得的195个杂交组合的产量及特殊配合力的相关性,探讨预测杂种优势的可能性。结果表明:(1)通过UPGMA聚类分析(图3),可将供试材料分为16个类群,并把来源不明的品种(系)划分到相应类群中,从而对这些材料进行初步鉴定。可见,AFLP分子标记是检测类内品种间遗传差异的有效方法,为水稻品种(系)亲本选配提供理论依据。(2)分子标记遗传距离与杂种产量优势、F1产量、特殊配合力之间都呈显著正相关,相关系数介于0.3235-0.7713之间。但相关程度还不足以预测杂种优势。增效座位和减效座位以及使用与杂种优势有关的QTL连锁标记位点可能提高杂种优势的预测能力,但最终解决,将依赖于杂种优势遗传机理的研究。  相似文献

根据植物NBS类抗病基因保守氨基酸序列P-loop和疏水氨基酸GLPL保守序列设计简并引物,从香蕉抗镰刀菌枯萎病(4号小种)材料IN21(Musa spp.cv). 'IN21',AA)和Rose(M.spp.cv.'rose',AAA)的基因组DNA中扩增获得4个RGA,四条DNA片段长度分别为527 bp、537 bp、534 bp和547 bp,分别命名为"RGA-IN1"、"RGA-IN2"、"RGA-Rosel"和"RGA-Rose2"(GenBank Accession:EF488469、EF488470、EF488471和EF488472);同源性分析表明,均与已报道的植物抗病基因有不同程度的同源性,具有P-loop、Kinase-2、RNBS-B(Kinase-3a)以及GLPL等保守氨基酸序列,属于non-TIR-NBS类候选抗病基因.  相似文献

Based on the analysis and study on some existed models for two-dimensional Guillotine Cutting-Stock problem, it is pointed out that some kinds of the models may miss some good cutting patterns,and some may result in inadequate solutions because of only considering the patterns with the smallest waste. A kind of revised two-dimensional cutting-stock models are developed,which transform the two-dimensional problem into the one-dimensional one using the dimension-decreasing heuristic method and whose initial patterns are considered comprehensively. Flowing dynamic characteristics and its temperature dynamic characteristics of a three-level sewage pipe network in Chongqing were analyzed. A mall's building whole year load was simulated. In the adverse condition of wastewater flow, the market construction peak discharge heat was compared with the sewage heat load, the balance between the most adverse flow and the building demand was found. Explored supply and demand matching method between urban sewage and city building load in flow adverse condition to take full advantage of the urban sewage cold and hot resources. the composite system was adeptcd to make up the most unfavorable flow time of sewage average heat load and the construction load difference; it also puts forward principle of load sharing and control strategy aimed at compound system.  相似文献

The turbogenerator vibration faults have the character of variety. Many faults often occur synchronously. This paper introduces a diagnosing model based on parsimonious covering theory and probability. A model for turtogenerator's fault diagnosis is proposed. The availability of this method is proved by two fault diagnosis examples of turbogenerator. The results show that the model proposed can be used for multi_fault diagnosis together. It may make up shortage for some of expert systems and neural networks in some aspect. From the practice,this model has higher reliability and practicability.  相似文献   

利用多种抗源选育小麦远丰139的研究

为了选育持久抗耐多种病害的小麦核心抗病种质,以奥地利黑麦、中间偃麦草和野生二粒小麦为抗源,采用单交、复合杂交、回交、阶梯式杂交等多种组配方式,将基因逐步累加、聚合到一起。选育中以不丢失抗性基因为前提,以抗旱耐寒为适应性选择的基本标准。育成的小麦新品系远丰139半冬性,耐寒、抗旱,株型结构好,产量高,品质好。经西北农林科技大学植保系鉴定对条锈病免疫,对白粉病和叶枯病高抗,中抗赤霉病。经农业部谷物品质检测中心分析,品质达到国标精制级面条用小麦粉标准。2005年陕西省区试较对照小偃22增产5.6%。  相似文献
