以化学方法制备的蝇明几丁糖,按不同剂量喂饲实验动物小鼠,检测其对小鼠器官,细胞免疫、体液免疫、吞噬功能及NK细胞性的影响,结果表明:蝇明几丁糖0.10、0.20ml/10g体重剂量组对小鼠胸腺/脏体比、脾脏=脏体比有显著增高作用,能使细胞免疫(DTH)、体液免疫(HC50)、单核-巨噬细胞功能及NK细胞活性增强。  相似文献

An experiment was conducted to 1) compare the regression and fat-free diet methods for estimating total or basal endogenous losses of fat (ELF) and fatty acids (ELFA) and true digestibility (TD) or standardized digestibility (SD) of fat and fatty acids in growing pigs and 2) compare these estimated values at the end of the ileum and over the entire intestinal tract. Ten barrows (initial body weight: 45.1 ± 2.8 kg) were surgically fitted with a T-cannula in the distal ileum and allotted to one of five experimental diets in a three-period Youden Square design. A fat-free diet was formulated using cornstarch, soy protein isolate, and sucrose. Four oil-added diets were formulated by adding four levels of soybean oil (2%, 4%, 6%, and 8%) to the fat-free basal diet at the expense of cornstarch. All diets contained 26% sugar beet pulp and 0.40% chromic oxide. Results indicated that there were no differences between true ileal digestibility (TID) of fat and true total tract digestibility (TTTD) of fat when pigs were fed soybean oil. The TID of C18:0 and total saturated fatty acids (TSFA) was greater than TTTD (P < 0.05). The total ELF at the end of the ileum were not different from that over the entire intestinal tract. In addition, total endogenous losses of C18:0 and TSFA were greater for the entire intestinal tract than at the end of the ileum, whereas total endogenous losses of C18:2 and total unsaturated fatty acids were just the opposite. Similar results were observed for basal ELF and ELFA. As the inclusion level of soybean oil increased, apparent digestibility (AD) of fat and fatty acids increased linearly (P < 0.05) except for apparent ileal digestibility of C18:0. However, SD of fat and fatty acids was not influenced by the inclusion level of soybean oil. Estimation of ELF and ELFA observed by the regression and fat-free diet methods did not differ when measured at the end of the ileal or total tract. There were no differences between the estimations of TD and SD of fat and fatty acids for soybean oil. Collectively, the estimation of TD or SD of fat can be measured over the entire intestinal tract, whereas the ileal analysis method should be used to determine the ELF, ELFA, and TD or SD of fatty acids. Correcting AD for basal ELF and ELFA can accurately estimate SD values of fat and fatty acids.  相似文献

本研究比较了生长调节剂、AgNO3、活性炭、碳源、基本培养基、光照度、胚发育时期以及基因型等对龙眼幼胚培养诱导愈伤组织的影响.从幼胚培养中,诱导出多种类型的愈伤组织,经继代培养并筛选,获得松散、生长旺盛、胚胎发生能力极强的松散型胚性愈伤组织.该类型胚性愈伤组织适宜建立悬浮细胞系和分离原生质体,并且转移至含体积分数为0.05椰子汁的MS固体培养基上,形成大量的胚状体.采用在附加1mgL-12,4-D的MS培养基与附加1mgL-12,4-D、0.5mgL-1KT和5mgL-1AgNO3的MS培养基交替继代培养,该类型胚性愈伤组织可长期保持  相似文献

Five hundred and twenty‐eight newly weaned pigs were given four treatments, with eight replicates per treatment. Sixteen to 18 pigs were assigned per replicate and were fed diets supplemented with 0 or 3% medium‐chain triglyceride (MCT) and 0 or 40 ppm colistin sulfate (CS) in a 2 × 2 factorial arrangement for 2 weeks. The results showed that dietary supplementation with MCT improved the gain‐to‐feed ratio during days 3‐7 and in the overall period (P < 0.05). Dietary supplementation with MCT decreased coliforms counts (C) in colon and rectum content (P < 0.05). Dietary supplementation with CS decreased C and lactic acid bacteria plus C counts (L + C) in cecum (P < 0.05), and C, L + C (P < 0.01) and ratio of L and C (P < 0.05) in colon and rectum contents. The lack of interactions between MCT and CS indicates different modes of action and additive effects between the two supplementations. In conclusion, supplementation with MCT in diet with or without CS could improve the intestinal microbial environment and the feed utilization efficiency of newly weaned pigs.  相似文献

Background

The nutritional value of rapeseed meal may be variable due to the variation of its chemical composition. And a precise understanding of the nutritional value of an ingredient is beneficial for the accurate diet formulation and reduction of feed costs. This study was conducted to determine the chemical composition, digestible energy (DE) and metabolizable energy (ME) content, and apparent ileal digestibility (AID) and standardized ileal digestibility (SID) of amino acids (AA) for growing pigs. Thirteen solvent-extracted double-low rapeseed meal (DLRSM) samples were obtained from the main double-low rapeseed producing areas in China.

Methods

The DE and ME contents of the 13 DLRSM samples were measured in growing pigs (six pigs per DLRSM sample, average initial body weight (BW) = 48.3 kg). The AID and SID of AA of 10 DLRSM samples were determined in 12 crossbred barrows (average initial BW = 35.3 kg) by using two 6 × 6 Latin square designs. Each Latin square comprised one N-free diet and 5 DLRSM test diets.

Results

The chemical composition of DLRSM varied among samples, and the coefficient of variation was greater than 10 % for ether extract (EE), neutral detergent fiber (NDF), acid detergent fiber (ADF), calcium (Ca), and total glucosinolates. The AA content of DLRSM varied among samples especially for lysine (Lys) and methionine (Met). On a dry matter (DM) basis, the apparent total tract digestibility (ATTD) of gross energy (GE), the DE and ME and the ME:DE ratio of DLRSM averaged 62.39 %, 2862 kcal/kg and 2723 kcal/kg, and 94.95 %, respectively. The mean value of SID of Lys was 70.52 % which varied from 66.54–76.54 %. The SID of crude protein (CP), Met, and threonine (Thr) averaged 72.81 %, 82.41 %, and 69.76 %, respectively.

Conclusions

There was great variability in chemical composition especially in the concentration of EE, NDF and ADF, but no significant differences in energy content of the DLRSM samples were observed. In addition, the AID and SID of all AA were relatively similar among DLRSM samples except for that of Lys.  相似文献

AIM: To investigate the role of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor β(PPARβ)-nitric oxide(NO) signal pathway in cardiomyocyte hypertrophy induced by high glucose(25.5 mmol/L) and insulin(0.1 μmol/L)(HGI). METHODS: The cardiomyocyte hypertrophy was characterized in rat primary cardiomyocytes by measuring the cell surface area, protein content, and the mRNA expression of atrial natriuretic factor(ANF). The mRNA and protein expression were measured by real-time PCR and Western blotting, respectively. The activity of NO synthase(NOS) and NO content were measured by a reagent kit through ultraviolet spectroscopy. RESULTS: HGI induced profound change of hypertrophic morphology, and significantly increased the cell surface area, protein content and mRNA expression of ANF(P<0.01), but decreased the expression of PPARβ at mRNA and protein levels(P<0.05). At the same time, the expression of inducible NOS(iNOS) was obviously elevated(P<0.01), which occurred in parallel with the rising NOS activity and NO concentration(P<0.01). GW0742(1 μmol/L), a selective PPARβ agonist, inhibited the cardiomyocyte hypertrophy induced by HGI(P<0.01), and up-regulated the expression of PPARβ at both mRNA and protein levels. Meanwhile, GW0742 also inhibited the increases in iNOS expression, NOS activity, and NO content induced by HGI, which were abolished by GSK0660(1 μmol/L), a selective PPARβ antagonist(P<0.01). CONCLUSION: PPARβ down-regulation and the following iNOS-NO activation are involved in the cardiomyocyte hypertrophy induced by HGI.  相似文献

针对在马铃薯组培苗繁育过程中存在的人工作业效率低和污染严重等问题,设计了一种基于整瓶移植的马铃薯组培苗剪切机构,用于将取苗机构取出的整瓶马铃薯组培苗聚拢、剪切并导入分散于子培养瓶中,进入下一代快繁培养,实现马铃薯组培苗拢苗、切苗过程的低污染、高效率和高质量的机械化作业。通过分析计算确定了拢苗爪片、切刀和集苗漏斗的关键结构参数。分别以拢苗角速度和切苗角速度为试验因素进行了拢苗效果和切苗效果的单因素试验,确定了最佳的拢苗角速度为3.16 rad/s,切苗角速度为10.26 rad/s。在该工作参数下,对设计的组培苗剪切机构进行了验证试验,试验结果表明:拢苗合格率99.13%、拢苗损伤率0.79%、切苗成功率100%、切苗损失率1.37%、集苗成功率97.53%,完成一瓶马铃薯组培苗剪切所需的时间为48.67s,各项试验指标均达到设计要求。  相似文献
