Characteristics in composts were determined during composting of chitinous source-amended compost (Cscom) and no chitinous source-amended compost (Ncom). At the end of the composting, moisture content, organic matter (OM), total nitrogen (T-N), and carbon to nitrogen ratio (C/N ratio) decreased in both the composts, whereas the phosphorus (P), potassium (K), calcium (Ca), and magnesium (Mg) content increased. pH of the compost was adversely changed with electrical conductivity (EC). Enzyme activities declined until the end of composting except phosphatase. In the final-stage, Cscom has higher number of chitinolytic bacteria than in Ncom. One bacterium predominant was isolated and identified as Bacillus licheniformis. Growth of the plant pathogens were suppressed by Cscom and Ncom water extracts, with the suppression being higher in Cscom. Paenibacillus ehmensis, known for high antifungal potential, was isolated from Cscom. From our study, it can be concluded that amendment of chitin material improves the chemical, biological properties, and disease suppression ability of compost.  相似文献

Among the flavonols in green tea, kaempferol has many biological activities but kaempferol of plant origin is too expensive to be used in commercial products. Recently, we confirmed that green tea seed (GTS) contained a reasonable amount of kaempferol glycoside. After conducting structure analysis, two kaempferol glycosides were identified, kaempferol-3-O-[2-O-beta-D-galactopyranosyl-6-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl]-beta-D-glucopyranoside (compound 1) and kaempferol-3-O-[2-O-beta-D-xylopyranosyl-6-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl]-beta-D-glucopyranoside (compound 2), respectively. Also, a commercially useful method for kaempferol preparation was suggested by enzymatic hydrolysis using these two flavonoids. After several enzyme reactions were performed for the complete bioconversion of compounds 1 and 2 to kaempferol, we found that the optimum enzyme combination was reaction with beta-galactosidase and hesperidinase. Finally, we produced pure kaempferol with over 95% purity. We also compared the antioxidant effect of these two GTS flavonoids and its aglycone, kaempferol. Kaempferol is a more efficient scavenger of 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radicals and a better inhibitor of xanthine/xanthine oxidase than the two glycosides.  相似文献

薏苡脱壳机关键部件作业参数优化与试验   总被引:5,自引:4,他引:1  
针对薏苡脱壳设备脱净率差、破碎率高,相关工艺与装备研究几近空白的现状,该文结合薏苡物料特性,运用中心组合试验设计理论开展关键部件作业参数试验与优化,重点研究薏苡脱壳机脱壳仓作业关键参数中动盘转速、动静磨盘间隙、静盘工作面宽度对脱净率、破碎率的影响规律,并以脱净率、破碎率为响应指标进行多目标优化。首先对主产区主要薏苡品种物料特性进行研究,并进行与脱壳相关的物理参数测定,然后采用二次正交旋转组合试验方法设计试验并用Design-Expert进行数据处理,建立脱净率、破碎率的回归数学模型并进行方差分析。分析得出影响薏苡脱壳机脱净率的主次因素依次为:动盘转速静盘工作面宽度动静磨盘间隙;影响破碎率的主次因素依次为:静盘工作面宽度动静磨盘间隙动盘转速。通过响应曲面方法分析各因素交互作用对脱净率、破碎率的影响,并根据优化目标的重要程度(脱净率较破碎率重要)对回归模型进行多目标优化,得出薏苡脱壳机关键部件最佳作业参数组合为:动盘转速1 076.02 r/min,动静磨盘间隙4.91 mm,静盘工作面宽度7.63 mm。此时,脱壳机脱净率最高、破碎率最低,其值分别为50.49%、3.02%。将优化参数在薏苡脱壳设备上开展验证及批量化流水加工作业,流水加工作业脱净率达51.1%、破碎率3.6%,设备作业质量大幅提升,达到了较为理想的效果。该研究可为提升薏苡脱壳机作业质量提供参考。  相似文献

The high incidence of cardiovascular disease and vitamin D deficiency in chronic kidney disease patients is well known. Vitamin D activation by omega-3 fatty acid (FA) supplementation may explain the cardioprotective effects exerted by omega-3 FA. We hypothesized that omega-3 FA and 25-hydroxyvitamin D (25(OH)D) supplementation may increase 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D (1,25(OH)2D) levels compared to 25(OH)D supplementation alone in hemodialysis (HD) patients that have insufficient or deficient 25(OH)D levels. We enrolled patients that were treated for at least six months with 25(OH)D < 30 ng/mL (NCT01596842). Patients were randomized to treatment for 12 weeks with cholecalciferol supplemented with omega-3 FA or a placebo. Levels of 25(OH)D and 1,25(OH)2D were measured after 12 weeks. The erythrocyte membrane FA contents were also measured. Levels of 25(OH)D were increased in both groups at 12 weeks compared to baseline. The 1,25(OH)2D levels at 12 weeks compared to baseline showed a tendency to increase in the omega-3 FA group. The oleic acid and monounsaturated FA content decreased, while the omega-3 index increased in the omega-3 FA group. Omega-3 FA supplementation may be partly associated with vitamin D activation, although increased 25(OH)D levels caused by short-term cholecalciferol supplementation were not associated with vitamin D activation in HD patients.  相似文献

The KA1 kainate receptor (KAR) subunit in the substantia gelatinosa (SG) of the trigeminal subnucleus caudalis (Vc) has been implicated in the processing of nociceptive information from the orofacial region. This study compared the expression of the KA1 KAR subunit in the SG of the Vc in juvenile, prepubescent and adult mice. RT-PCR, Western blot and immunohistochemistry analyses were used to examine the expression level in SG area. The expression levels of the KA1 KAR subunit mRNA and protein were higher in juvenile mice than in prepubescent or adult mice. Quantitative data revealed that the KA1 KAR subunit mRNA and protein were expressed at levels approximately two and three times higher, respectively, in juvenile mice than in adult mice. A similar expression pattern of the KA1 KAR subunit was observed in an immunohistochemical study that showed higher expression in the juvenile (59%) than those of adult (35%) mice. These results show that the KA1 KAR subunits are expressed in the SG of the Vc in mice and that the expression level of the KA1 KAR subunit decreases gradually with postnatal development. These findings suggest that age-dependent KA1 KAR subunit expression can be a potential mechanism of age-dependent pain perception.  相似文献

绿豆干法脱皮设备脱皮合格率低、出米率低,关键参数研究缺乏的现状已成为制约产业健康发展的问题之一。针对这些问题,该文结合绿豆物理特性研究,采用二次正交旋转组合设计试验及响应曲面分析方法,开展绿豆干法脱皮设备关键参数中脱皮滚筒转速、砂辊转速、脱皮时间优化与试验,利用Design-Expert对数据进行了分析并探讨了各参数及其交互作用对脱皮合格率、整米率的影响,并利用该软件进行了多目标优化。试验结果表明:影响脱皮合格率的因素依次为:脱皮滚筒转速作业时间砂辊转速;影响出米率的因素依次为:作业时间脱皮滚筒转速砂辊转速;脱皮滚筒转速与作业时间交互作用对脱皮合格率影响极显著(P0.01),其余参数交互作用影响不显著;脱皮滚筒转速与作业时间交互作用对出米率影响极显著(P0.01),脱皮滚筒转速与砂辊转速交互作用对出米率影响不显著。多目标优化结果表明:绿豆干法脱皮设备作业关键参数的最优参数组合为脱皮滚筒转速25.20r/min、砂辊转速1 642.61 r/min、脱皮时间108.8 min。此时,脱皮合格率、出米率均达最大值,分别为99.72%、86.57%。将最优组合参数应用在设备上并开展累计20批次绿豆脱皮加工作业,得到脱皮合格率、出米率的均值分别为99.32%、85.63%,脱皮质量大幅提升,有效降低了脱皮损失。该研究可为绿豆脱皮机作业质量改善提供参考。  相似文献

A feeding trial was conducted to determine the optimum level and effect of incremental dietary levels of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA, 22:6n‐3) on growth and non‐specific immune responses in juvenile rock bream, Oplegnathus fasciatus. A basal diet without DHA supplementation was used as a control, and six other diets were prepared by supplementing with 4, 8, 12, 16, 20 or 40 g kg?1 DHA. These diets included no eicosapentaenoic acid and/or arachidonic acid contents. The actual DHA concentrations of the diets were 1, 4.8, 8.9, 13.1, 17.6, 21.2 and 41.4 g kg?1 diet (DHA1.0, DHA4.8, DHA8.9, DHA13.1, DHA17.6, DHA21.2 and DHA41.4 respectively). At the end of feeding trial, final body weight, weight gain, specific growth rate and feed efficiency of fish fed the DHA13.1, DHA17.6, DHA21.2 and DHA41.4 diets were significantly higher than those fed the other diets (P < 0.05). The broken‐line analysis of weight gain indicates that the optimum dietary DHA level is 11.9 g kg?1. Fish fed DHA1.0 had the highest hepatosomatic index, an increase in plasma cholesterol, triglyceride, low‐density lipoprotein and aspartate aminotransferase levels, as well as a decrease in high‐density lipoprotein. Superoxide dismutase activity of fish fed DHA13.1 and DHA17.6 diets was significantly higher than that of fish fed DHA1.0, DHA4.8 and DHA8.9 diets. Fish fed the DHA17.6, DHA21.2 and DHA41.4 diets showed significantly higher lysozyme activity than those fish fed DHA1.0, DHA4.8 and DHA8.9 diets. Therefore, the optimum dietary DHA level could be greater than 11.9 g kg?1 but less than 13.1 g kg?1 in diet.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The attractiveness of various protein sources of 16 feed ingredients was determined in juvenile rockfish (Sebastes schlegeli) by using reinforced acrylic tank composed of three equally divided rectangular attracting chambers and an acclimatization chamber. Thirty fish were held in the acclimatization chamber at a time and tournament comparison of feed ingredients was applied to evaluate attractiveness. Jack mackerel (JM) (40.0%), sardine (SM) (33.3%), Pollack (PM) (40.0%), shrimp (SHM) (36.7%), mussel meal (40.0%) and oyster (43.3%) meals achieved the highest feeding attractiveness to rockfish in the 1st through 6th preliminary test, respectively. JM (40.0%), SHM (36.7%), squid meal (SQM) (33.3%), SM (40.3%), PM (40.0%) and PM (36.7%) achieved the highest feeding attractiveness to fish in the 7th through 12th preliminary test, respectively. Among the top five feed ingredients showing high attractiveness to rockfish, JM achieved higher attractiveness than PM and SHM in the 1st trial. In the 2nd trial, attractiveness of JM to rockfish was higher than SM and SQM. SM achieved higher attractiveness to rockfish than SQM, but not different from PM throughout the 30-min observation in the 3rd trial. The strongest feeding attractant response of rockfish was observed in JM, followed by SM, SQM, PM, and SHM, in order among various feed ingredients.  相似文献
