针对传统农业的局限性,分析了现阶段的ZigBee技术和嵌入式技术,提出了一种基于ZigBee组网技术和嵌入式控制技术的无线远程监控系统.该监控系统应用了ZigBee组网技术使得农业现场信息采集部分的成本低,复杂度低,并用GPRS发送信息至远程监控中心,监控中心根据信息及时发出控制命令,农业管理部门或农户及时采取相应措施,从而降低成本、有效地提高农作物产量.  相似文献   

竹酢液对杉木苗木生长的影响

以1年生Ⅰ级杉木裸根苗为研究对象,通过盆栽试验,比较喷施及土壤施入两种施用方法及7个不同浓度处理下,竹酢液对苗高、地径以及枝叶生物量、根系生物量和主干生物量影响,同时对不同处理下苗木净光合速率的变化特征进行了比较分析。结果表明：竹酢液合理使用可以明显促进苗高和地径的生长、提高枝叶生物量和根系生物量;竹酢液可以提高苗木的净光合速率,改善光合作用;P300和P800两种浓度和施入方法促进杉木苗木生长的作用最明显。  相似文献   

ER-α36 and miR-143 involved in invasion of gastric cancer cells

AIM: To investigate the relationship between the expression of estrogen receptor α36 (ER-α36) and the invasion of gastric cancer cells. METHODS: SGC7901 cells were treated with 17β-estradiol at high or low concentration. The invasion of gastric cancer cells and the expression of ER-α36 were detected. The SGC7901 cells with the characteristics of stable low expression and high expression of ER-α36 were constructed. The invasion ability and microRNA sequences were determined in above-mentioned recombinant cells. RESULTS: The decreased invasion ability and ER-α36 expression were detected in SGC7901 cells treated with low concentration of 17β-estradiol. The situation was the opposite in the cells treated with high concentration of 17β-estradiol. The expression of miR-143 was significantly decreased in the SGC7901 cells with stable high expression of ER-α36 and was increased in the SGC7901 cells with stable low expression of ER-α36. CONCLUSION: The expression of ER-α36 is positively related to the invasion of gastric cancer cells. It is possible that miR-143 plays an important role in the regulation of gastric cancer invasion.  相似文献   

不同耕作和秸秆覆盖对三北2号玉米产量的影响

连续两年在慈利县研究了不同耕作方式(翻耕和免耕)和不同油菜秸秆覆盖量(全量、半量、0)对三北2号玉米产量和主要农艺性状的影响,以评价和筛选适合当地的耕作模式。结果表明,与免耕处理相比,翻耕各处理玉米平均产量增加了2.36%~9.11%,且在高温干旱年份(2013年)比雨水较多年份(2014年)增幅大。玉米单产均是秸秆全量覆盖处理半量覆盖处理不覆盖处理。翻耕+秸秆全量覆盖在连续两年的试验中产量均为最高,可在慈利县推广。  相似文献   

低温寡照胁迫对设施番茄花期叶片衰老特性的影响

为了研究低温寡照复合灾害对设施番茄叶片衰老特性的影响,以‘金粉5号’番茄为试材,于2015年2—5月在南京信息工程大学利用人工气候室设置了低温(昼/夜温度分别为18/8℃、16/6℃、14/4℃、12/2℃)和寡照(PAR分别为400、200μmol·m-2·s-1)双因素交互试验,系统测定低温寡照处理下设施番茄叶片细胞色素、电导率以及抗氧化酶活性,并利用主成分分析计算各处理的综合得分。结果表明:短时间内不同低温寡照组合下低温寡照处理叶绿素含量有所波动,随着低温寡照胁迫时间的延长,番茄叶片叶绿素a、叶绿素b含量均有下降,叶绿素a/b也有不同程度的下降,其中昼夜温度为12/2℃,光合有效辐射为200μmol·m-2·s-1处理10d的叶绿素a、叶绿素b含量最小,分别比CK减少36.31%、36.11%;低温寡照处理下,叶片组织的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量以及相对电导率均有不同程度升高,昼夜温度为12/2℃,光合有效辐射为200μmol·m-2·s-1的处理的各指标始终处于较高水平,处理10d时较CK分别升高了2.09、3.82、3.70、2.49、1.75倍。通过各低温寡照处理的叶绿素总量、保护酶活性以及相对电导率指标计算出各处理的综合得分得出各处理对番茄影响的严重程度排名,在同一寡照水平上,温度越低,番茄植株受的伤害越大;同一低温水平上,光合有效辐射越低,番茄植株受的伤害程度越大;低温对番茄的胁迫要大于寡照对番茄的胁迫。该研究可为番茄抵御低温寡照复合灾害提供科学的理论依据。  相似文献

随着沿海地区经济的不断发展,沿海地区渔业和水产品进出口贸易的发展取得了巨大的成就。以我国沿海地区11个省市2003—2007年的水产品进出口贸易额、固定资产投资额、渔业劳动力和渔业经济产值数据为样本,采用出口扩展型生产函数模型,运用面板数据进行实证分析。实证结果表明:沿海地区各省市水产品出口、进口都对渔业经济增长有正向的拉动作用,且拉动作用的趋势相同。  相似文献

Detection of HCV core protein,envelope glycoprotein and core-envelope fusion protein by baculovirus surface display

AIM: To detect the hepatitis C virus (HCV) at early stages by the technique of baculovirus surface display. METHODS: We constructed the recombinant baculoviruses vAc-Flag-HCV C-GP64, vAc-Flag-HCV E-GP64 and vAc-Flag-CE-GP64, which displayed HCV-related structural proteins by the technique of baculovirus surface display. RESULTS: Western blotting results showed that the core (C), envelope (E) and core-envelope (CE) proteins of HCV were expressed in Sf9 cells after the infection of recombinant baculoviruses. We also observed by confocal microscopy that the C, E and CE proteins of HCV presented and were anchored on the plasma membrane of Sf9 cells after infection. In addition, the results of immunogold electron microscopy demonstrated that the 3 recombinant baculoviruses displayed the C, E and CE proteins of HCV on the viral surface, respectively. To further define the role of these recombinant baculoviruses in detecting HCV at early stages, we applied time-resolved fluoroimmunoassay (TRFIA) to detect HCV samples after purification and concentration of the recombinant baculoviruses. The results showed that the positive rate of vAc-Flag-CE-GP64 was up to 80.2%. CONCLUSION: vAc-Flag-CE-GP64 is useful for detecting the hepatitis C virus at early stages.  相似文献
