为比较不同热处理条件对水牛乳稳定性的影响,实验采用不同条件热处理后的pH缓冲容量、总溶解固体(total dissolved solids,TDS)、蛋白沉淀量及表观黏度等指标研究杂交高代水牛乳样品。结果表明:与未经处理的水牛乳样品相比,水牛乳经不同条件热处理后,其pH缓冲容量、TDS、蛋白沉淀量及表观黏度皆发生显著变化。其中水牛乳分别在经121℃/15 min和95℃/5 min处理后,其pH缓冲容量、TDS、蛋白沉淀量及表观黏度分别达到最大值和最小值。因此,认为在本实验研究范围内,水牛乳经121℃/15 min及95℃/5 min处理后,对其稳定性影响最大。 相似文献

Clinical parasitism associated with multigeneric resistance to benzimidazole anthelmintics was investigated in four sheep flocks during February and March 1989. The genera considered resistant were Haemonchus and Nematodirus spp. on all four farms and Trichostrongylus and Ostertagia spp. on three of the four farms. The aim of the study was to build a comprehensive picture of the appearance in the blood stream of Ag-specific plasma cells and memory B cells in the bovine model. For this purpose, we have developed a method allowing the detection and quantification of both cell types within individual calves immunised with ovalbumin. During the primary response, we detected a burst of ovalbumin-specific plasma cells at days 6 and 7 post-immunisation, which was followed by the production of specific Ab, whereas a gradual increase of memory B cells was only detected from day 15. As expected, a boost immunisation performed 7 weeks later induced a quicker and stronger secondary response. Indeed, a burst of plasma cells was detected in the blood at days 3 and 4, which was followed by a strong increase in Ab titres. Furthermore, a burst of memory B cells, and not a gradual increase, was detected at days 5 and 6 post-boost immunisation. Importantly, we showed a strong correlation between the anti-ovalbumin-specific IgG titres detected 5 months after secondary immunisation and the plasma cell numbers detected in the blood at the peak response after secondary immunisation. The detection and quantification of plasma cells following an mmunisation/vaccination strategy could constitute a very effective means for predicting the magnitude and longevity of an Ab response. 相似文献

根据青海高原特殊的气候分布特征,把高寒草甸草地绵羊放牧地划分为冷季和暖季。通过测定冷暖绵羊放牧地水、土壤、牧草中氮和硫含量的结果表明:水、土壤、牧草中氮和硫的含量暖季>冷季(P<0.05),其中地表水冷季含硫量分别为3.7mg/kg、5.1mg/kg,水中没有检测到氮;牧草中硫含量冷暖季分别为2952mg/kg,3262mg/kg,差异显著(P<0.05);牧草中氮含量冷暖季分别为0.62%、1.36%,差异显著(P<0.05);土壤氮含量冷暖季分别为0.22%、0.285%,差异显著(P<0.05);硫含量冷暖季分别为0.24%、0.37%。 相似文献

A model of sub-clinical parasitism in young red deer, using concurrent trickle infections of lungworm (Dictyocaulus sp.) and mixed gastro-intestinal (GI) nematodes of deer-origin was evaluated. 20 parasite-free deer calves were artificially reared indoors from 4 days of age. A further five calves were naturally reared on pasture with their dams, treated with anthelmintic and brought indoors at 3-4 months. At 4-4.5 months of age they were individually housed and allocated to five groups (n=5). Groups were dosed 3 x per week, for 9 weeks with 0, 100 and 500, 200 and 1000 (2 groups), 400 and 2000 infective larvae of lungworm and mixed GI nematodes, respectively, cultured from deer faeces. Liveweight and voluntary feed intake measurements and faecal and blood samples were taken weekly. In the fourth week following cessation of trickle infection, deer were euthanased and lung and GI nematodes recovered. Both lungworm and GI nematode infections became patent at Week 4 of infection. Maximum group arithmetic mean faecal egg counts were 100-190 epg. Maximum group arithmetic mean faecal lungworm larval counts were 58-123 lpg. Group arithmetic mean nematode counts at slaughter ranged from 439-806 for GI nematodes and 31-73 for lungworm, respectively. Despite low nematode counts, reduced liveweight gain, voluntary feed intake and serum albumin concentration, elevated serum pepsinogen, gastrin and globulin concentrations and elevated peripheral eosinophil counts and slight haemoconcentration, but no clinical signs, were observed. The reduction in liveweight gain was related to the reduction in voluntary feed intake (r2=0.83; p<0.088). Naturally-reared deer had similar liveweight gains, voluntary feed intake and nematode counts to artificially-reared deer. Thus, methods of infection to produce concurrent sub-clinical lungworm and GI nematode burdens for study of sub-clinical parasitism in young deer have been defined. 相似文献
