测定了6个Bacillus spp.和1个Pseudomonas sp.P-13(G-对照菌株)在PPM培养基上的相互作用。在总共42个组合中,有27个组合是可亲和性的。在以B5423为单剂之一的5个组合中,亲和性的组合有4个。在温室条件下通过分批播种,在水稻分蘖盛期喷以B5423-R(B5423的标记菌株,是利福平抗性的突变体)为单剂之一的4个亲和性组合的菌悬浮液,以检测该组合中B5423-R在水稻茎基部的种群数量。结果发现,与单剂B5423-R相比,在应用1~7天内,组合B5423-R B45中,B5423-R的群体数量显著性降低;组合B5423-R B95、B5423-R B77中,B5423-R的群体数量与单剂无显著差异;组合B5423-R B4313中,B5423-R的群体数量在应用1~4天内与单剂无显著性差异,但在应用第7天显著地高于单剂。离体叶片纹枯病痛斑面积的抑制试验表明,与各自的单剂相比,组合B95 B5423及B95 Er77显著地抑制了纹枯病病斑面积;而组合B45 B80、B45 B5423和B45 B95纹枯病病斑面积显著地高于各自的单剂;其余10个组合与各自的单剂无显著差异。  相似文献

 从云南省陆良县、建水县和南涧县采集2000年秋播的马铃薯晚疫病标本,分离获得124个致病疫霉菌株,连同1999~2000年分离自昆明、曲靖等地的春播马铃薯晚疫病的10个菌株共134个,采用常规技术对这些菌株进行了交配型、抗药性及生理小种的研究。交配型测定结果为:陆良县的18个菌株中有3个为A2交配型,其余15个菌株为A1交配型,建水县和南涧县的106个菌株及昆明、曲靖1999~2000年的10个菌株都是A1交配型。测定了83个菌株对瑞毒霉(metalaxyl)和烯酰吗啉(dimethomorph)的抗药性,结果有12.0%的菌株对瑞毒霉表现抗性,16.9%表现中抗,71.1%表现敏感,其中陆良、昆明和曲靖的抗瑞毒霉菌株的比例大于建水和南涧的抗药性菌株的比例;所测定的83个菌株都对烯酰吗啉表现敏感。生理小种鉴定结果表明,云南晚疫病菌为3.4、0、3和4生理小种,分别占鉴定菌株总数的48.0%、32.5%、15.6%和3.9%。但南涧仅发现3.4和0小种,而昆明有0、3、3.4和4小种,陆良有0、3和3.4小种,可见昆明和陆良地区的晚疫病菌生理小种比南涧地区的生理小种的组成更趋多样。  相似文献

A monoclonal antibody to an Albanian isolate of plum pox potyvirus (PPV) was obtained (MAbAL), that specifically recognized strain M of this virus. The specificity of MAbAL, assessed by comparative ELISA on 130 PPV isolates of different geographical origin, 22 of which were also tested by comparative IC-PCR, gave consistent and highly reproducible results. MAbAL seems to be elicited by a stable surface determinant that makes it particularly suitable for successful use under a wide range of conditions. MAbAL is an useful addition to the panel of PPV-specific MAbs available to date.  相似文献

Plum pox potyvirus (PPV) induces in infected Nicotiana clevelandii cells characteristic crystalline inclusions known as nuclear inclusions (NI) when located in the nucleus and as dense material (Dm) when located in the cytoplasm. Crystalline inclusions contain protease (NIa) and RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (NIb) proteins. It is now well established for all potyviruses that cylindrical inclusions contain CI helicase ATPase protein (Martin et al., 1992). The intracellular location of other non-structural PPV proteins remains unknown. Using Escherichia coli expression vectors, specific antibodies were obtained against P1, P3, 6K2 and NIb PPV proteins for which antibodies were not yet available. As expected, NIb antiserum labelled crystalline inclusions. P1, P3 and 6K2 proteins were present in both types of crystalline inclusions found in the nucleus and in the cytoplasm of PPV-infected leaves of N. clevelandii, suggesting that nuclear inclusions and dense material were composed of the same proteins. This paper reviews the literature on weeds and weed control in papaya. There is limited research on this topic, and nearly all of the research focuses on herbicides. Effective use of paraquat and glyphosate in papaya is dependent on avoidance of spray contact to green bark and foliage. Pre-emergence herbicide tolerance is dependent on papaya age, size and maturity, and soil type. Only one herbicide, oryzalin is shown to be tolerated by papaya immediately after transplanting. Herbicides such as diuron and oxyfluorfen with a broader spectrum of weed control generally injure young papaya, however they can be effectively used if the initial application of these herbicides is delayed until papaya attains certain size or maturity indices. There is a need for further research on weeds and weed control to improve the efficiency of papaya production  相似文献

Rice dwarf virus isolates were collected from several locations in Japan, the Philippines, China, Nepal and Korea. Genomic dsRNA segment profiles in polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis differed among the isolates. There were less differences in the profiles between isolates from Japan and Korea than in those between these two Countries and others. Nucleic acid hybridization was used to examine the extent of genomic variation. Full-length cDNAs to all genomic segments encoding non-structural proteins (S4, S6, S9, S10, S11 and S12) were synthesized from two Japanese isolates, and were used for dot-blot hybridization. Hybridizations using probes generated from the full-length cDNA clones failed to differentiate isolates from different geographical areas. However, cDNA probes covering a variable region of S12 were able to distinguish Japanese and Korean isolates from those of other countries. Phylogenetic tree analysis based on the amino acid sequence of P12 encoded by S12 grouped Japanese and Korean isolates together. The Chinese isolates from two different locations (Yunnan and Fujian) were closely related to each other, and were the most distantly related to Japanese and Korean isolates.  相似文献

The effect of soil moisture content on the suppression of Rhizoctonia stem canker on potato by mycophagous soil animals was studied in growth chambers. Three soil moisture levels were established in two bioassays, in which potato sprouts grew through a 15-cm soil layer inoculated with sclerotia of Rhizoctonia solani (AG-3). In one experiment two levels of R. solani inoculum were applied. The effect on plant disease of mycophagous soil fauna was assessed by adding the springtail Folsomia fimetaria and/or the nematode Aphelenchus avenae to the soil. In the absence of mycophagous organisms, Rhizoctonia disease severity on potato stems was highest in dry soil. A. avenae and F. fimetaria reduced Rhizoctonia stem canker when applied at populations found in the field. They were effective over a broad range of soil moistures. The stimulatory effect of dry soil conditions on Rhizoctonia stem canker was counteracted by a greater efficacy of the mycophagous soil fauna under these conditions. Mild drought stress did not seem to be a limiting factor in the biological control of stem canker by these two organisms.  相似文献

Sunlight is known to reduce the incidence of blister blight disease of tea, caused by Exobasidium vexans . The effects of the ultraviolet-B (UV-B: 290–320 nm) component of solar radiation on the disease and the development of E. vexans were studied in the field in Sri Lanka using UV-screening filter materials held over a commercial crop. Exclusion of UV-B radiation by Polyester, which reduces fluxes in the UV-B region by approximately 75–85%, increased both the number of translucent spots (immature sites of infection) and number of sporulating blisters (mature sites of infection), but it had little or no effect on the sporulation of the pathogen. When basidiospores were artificially inoculated on leaves, and were exposed to full or filtered solar radiation, their survival and germination increased when UV-B wavelengths were removed; significant differences were found 62 h after inoculation. However, UV-B did not affect the extension of germ tubes. This study indicates that the UV-B component of solar radiation plays an important role in the natural regulation of blister blight disease in the field.  相似文献
