基于穿刺测试的萝卜耐裂根性研究

为了准确客观地评价萝卜的裂根性,为耐裂根萝卜品种的筛选提供理论依据,采用TA.XT Plus型物性测试仪进行穿刺试验,对耐裂根品种韩玉1号和易裂根品种雪单1号肉质根的上、中、下部位分别进行相关测定。试验结果显示,不同部位的屈服力、屈服能、脆性、根皮及根肉平均硬度的差异并不一致;而耐裂根品种的屈服力、屈服能、脆性与易裂根品种的差异显著,说明屈服力、屈服能、脆性指标可以作为萝卜耐裂根性的主要指标,且均应选取萝卜肉质根中部进行穿刺测试。  相似文献

褪黑素的生物合成及对繁殖性能的影响

褪黑素是一种广泛存在于动物体内的激素,不仅能够调节动物昼夜节律,还能够从多方面影响动物的繁殖性能,对于季节性繁殖动物,褪黑素根据日照时长的变化表现出抑制或促进繁殖性能的作用。对于幼年动物,褪黑素表现出抑制发情的作用,体成熟后则表现促进发情的作用。褪黑素主要通过下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴调控动物繁殖活动,除此之外,褪黑素还能够直接作用于生殖系统甚至早期胚胎,通过提高组织及细胞抗炎及抗氧化功能来改善动物繁殖性能。目前,褪黑素能够用于治疗精神疾病及炎症、促进畜禽繁殖和调节昼夜节律,是相关研究领域的热门话题。本文详细描述了褪黑素的生物合成以及分泌调控,并结合褪黑素的生理功能,阐述了对动物繁殖性能以及辅助生殖的影响。  相似文献

巢湖沿岸圩区稻季营养盐的输出特征研究

巢湖流域沿岸分布着很多圩区,人们在圩内进行各种农业活动,圩区营养盐的输出是造成巢湖流域非点源污染的重要因素。为了解圩区农业非点源营养盐的输出特征,笔者通过在巢湖流域河网地区选择比较典型的圩区,于2014年水稻生长期进行了较系统的野外调查观测、取样和室内水质分析,探讨在自然降雨-径流的条件下圩区各类营养盐的浓度变化及输出特征。2014年稻季共进行了9次排水,排水量总计73.09 mm,径流系数为0.37,9次排水事件总氮(TN)和总磷(TP)的平均浓度分别是3.42、0.22 mg/L,圩区水体处于富营养化水平。降雨-径流强度是影响营养盐浓度变化的重要因素,稻季生长期内TN和TP的输出量是0.28、0.017 kg/hm2,占稻季施肥总量的1.7%和0.16%。径流量是影响营养盐输出总量的关键因素,同时施肥量和施肥至排水事件的间隔天数也是是影响营养盐输出的重要因素。  相似文献

The engineering design of sewage treatment plant for the Chongqing city, P. R. China is analyzed in this paper. Considering the situation of China and other projects, the characteristics of falling water reactor for the environment protection project and economy of investment is introduced ; the application and foreground of falling water aeration in the process of sewage treatment is discussed, such as Oxidation - ditch, SBR, and so on. The conclusion indicated that the falling water aeration can be designed and used as an independent aeration, and, it is an upgraded technology of sewage treatment which is adaptive for city water environment control in middle and small towns in China. The falling water aeration may reduce running cost of the sewage treatment plant, is adaptive for foothill and the mountainous areas, and reduces project investment and environments damage.  相似文献

A minimum ring-band mathematical definition :In the done ring-band, there are at least two inner points and two outer points which scatter staggeringly on the circumference. With this definition as the rule of searching calculation' s ending,a fast numerical algorithm of gaining the minimum ring-band of a closed curve was suggested:Make a ring-band with the four points scattered staggeringly,then replace the old points with new ones continuously until all the points are located within the ring-band.
