为了探索适宜的玉米黄素双棕榈酸酯(ZDP)乳液制备工艺,通过高压均质方法,采用2种天然乳化剂:大豆卵磷脂(SL)和乳清分离蛋白(WPI)和4种合成乳化剂:十聚甘油单油酸酯(PGE18)、十聚甘油单月桂酸酯(PGE12)、蔗糖酯(SE15)和吐温80(T80),以及2种不同油相:大豆油(SO)和中链甘油三酯(MCT),分别制备了ZDP乳液,研究了不同乳化剂种类和质量分数以及油相种类对ZDP乳液性质和稳定性的影响。同时,在最佳乳化剂条件下,研究了ZDP添加量对乳液性质的影响。研究结果表明:天然乳化剂乳化制备所得ZDP乳液平均粒径大,且稳定性一般。小分子合成乳化剂制得的ZDP乳液平均粒径小,但稳定性差异大。其中,PGE18为乳化剂时制备的乳液各项指标较好,且在质量分数为0.8%时乳化效果最好。MCT为油相较SO为油相制备所得乳液稳定性好。因此,选择质量分数为0.8%的PGE18为乳化剂,MCT为油相,高压均质可以制得粒径小于200 nm的ZDP乳液,且在4℃下贮藏28 d仍可保留约90%的ZDP。ZDP添加量变化在4~32 nmol/g时对ZDP乳液的粒径和电位无显著影响。  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To compare effects of intra-articular injection of 2 ml of 0.9% NaCl solution with rest alone for treatment of horses with traumatic arthritis. ANIMALS: 38 Standardbred horses with moderate to severe lameness that resulted from traumatic arthritis. PROCEDURE: Horses were stratified on the basis of number of affected joints. In each stratum, horses were allocated randomly to treatment groups (intraarticular injection of 2 ml of 0.9% NaCl solution vs rest only). Treatment was for a period of 3 weeks. Horses were inspected weekly with a final examination 2 to 4 weeks after completion of treatment. RESULTS: Mean lameness index was significantly lower during the 3-week treatment period and the entire study period for the NaCl-injected group. A significant decrease in the lameness index during the first 3-week treatment period also was detected for the rest-only group; however, the lameness index increased significantly for this group during the follow-up period, and an overall significant decrease was not detected. Comparison of the lameness index curve indicated a difference in favor of NaCl injection, with a significant difference between the 2 groups at final examination. Nine horses became sound during treatment with rest only, but 6 relapsed before final examination. In the NaCl-injected group, 5 of 10 sound horses relapsed. CONCLUSIONS AND CLINICAL RELEVANCE: Intra-articular injection of 2 ml of 0.9% NaCl solution was beneficial in horses with traumatic arthritis. Use of rest alone for a limited period was inadequate for treatment of young Standardbred horses with traumatic arthritis.  相似文献

【目的】 研究深松结合覆膜滴灌对绿洲棉田根区土环境与根腐病发生的影响。【方法】 在新疆阿克苏地区阿瓦提县设置深松30、40和50 cm(S30、S40和S50)3种深松模式,以传统翻耕为对照(CK),研究深松对根腐病发病指数、土壤含水率、根系形态、根系活力及产量构成等影响。【结果】 与传统耕作相比,深松可有效降低耕层土壤容重,增加土壤储水能力,增加土壤扩库增容效果,病情指数的降低与土壤容重下降、土壤含水率的增加和根系活力增加具有显著的相关性。其中深松降低生育期根腐病发病指数7.0%~26.0%,以S40处理效果最佳,发病指数较传统耕作相比降低26.0%。随着深松深度的增加土壤容重依次下降,与对照相比降低2.4%~10%。深松深度与根系主要形态指标与活力具有线性相关性,与传统耕作相比根系长度增加4%~34.6%,根系表面积增加13.1%~44.8%,根系体积增加9.2%~40.6%,根系活力增加7%~42.9%。根区环境的改善促进产量增加,S40处理皮棉产量分别较CK、S30、S50增加了22.2%、15.7%和2.5%。【结论】 在新疆南疆棉区采用深松结合覆膜滴灌措施具有良好的蓄水保墒和防病增产效果,对棉花生长有利,深松40 cm处理可作为较为理想的根腐病农艺防治措施在生产中推广应用。  相似文献

The major by-product from the production of pea protein concentrate is pea starch, and this starch can be an alternative source of starch compared to for instance starch from wheat in diets for pigs. However, differences in energy utilization between pea starch and cereal starch could affect the animals' production performance. In this study data from 100 Norwegian Landrace x Yorkshire sows was collected to investigate if inclusion of 20% pea starch meal (Pisum sativum L) in diets for lactating sows affected sow and litter performance. Two cereal grain based diets were formulated, but in one of the diets part of the wheat inclusion was replaced with pea starch meal. Data collection included registrations of sow daily feed consumption, individual weight and backfat measures, litter weights, measurement of blood glucose level after feeding and reproductive performance. Sows offered the pea diet had a higher average daily (P<0.0001), weekly (P<0.01) and total feed consumption (P<0.0001) during lactation. They also had a lower weight loss during the first three weeks of lactation (P<0.001). During the last two weeks of lactation sows in both groups were on average gaining weight, but the sows offered the control diet had the highest gain in this period (P<0.05). There was a tendency for a higher backfat loss in the pea group during the first three weeks of lactation (P=0.10), but no difference was found in overall backfat loss between treatments (P>0.05). Dietary treatment did not affect litter performance during lactation (P>0.05). The weaning-to-service interval was higher among the first parity sows offered the pea diet compared to the first parity sows offered the control diet (P<0.05). Blood glucose was not affected by dietary treatment within the chosen timeframe of this study (P>0.05). This study shows that pea starch meal can be used as an alternative source of starch in diets for lactating sows. The sows offered the pea diet had the highest feed consumption during lactation, and although this was not reflected in higher weaning weights, it was reflected in an improved body condition at weaning.  相似文献

子午沙鼠(Meriones meridianus)是我国半荒漠、荒漠地区的常见鼠种之一,是内蒙古阿拉善荒漠的优势鼠种,也是荒漠草原的主要害鼠.2002年-2006年每年4月、7月、10月上旬,采用铗日法,对内蒙古阿拉善荒漠开垦区子午沙鼠种群数量及繁殖情况进行了专门调查,结果表明,子午沙鼠种群的数量变动可以引起种群内繁殖特征的变化,而繁殖特征的变化也直接影响种群数量.种群数量调节表现为典型的密度制约.种群数量升高时雌雄性比和胎仔数相对下降.反之则雌雄性比和胎仔数相对升高.繁殖特征的变化在一定程度上可以起到调节种群数量的作用.  相似文献

为探寻新疆南疆地区籽棉9000 kg·hm-2超高产机理以及相关的指标,对南疆地区生态条件下超高产田、高产田、中高产田进行了调查研究与数据采集。研究发现:要获得超高产,首先要有良好的基础地力,有机质含量超10 g·kg-1,种植密度18×104~21×104株·hm-2为宜;其次,塑造良好株型,株高65~75 cm,茎粗接近10 mm,果枝9~10台,棉铃空间分布均匀,纵向上、中、下果枝棉铃比例3.2∶4.7∶2.1,横向第一、二果节比例7∶3,初花至盛铃LAI、SPAD、Pn一直维持较高水平,盛铃前后达到最大,后期下降缓慢;最后,氮磷钾分配上,前期差异不大,进入花铃期生殖生长明显增强,蕾花铃氮磷钾比例明显增大,一直维持到见絮,超高产处理的蕾花铃干物质量比例明显高于其它处理8%以上,见絮时蕾花铃干物质量达到了6 402 kg·hm-2。以指标数据作参考,塑造良好株型,协调棉铃空间分布,维持较高较长的光合速率,减缓LAI、SPAD下降速度,促进生殖生长,合理养分分配,便能实现产量目标。  相似文献
