当前兽药地方标准清理工作已进入攻关阶段,但在清理地方标准的实际工作中尚存在一些问题,笔者分析了这些具体问题,认为在升标工作中,政府应当给予合理的政策扶持,加快地方标准清理工作进度,保护企业利益;企业应当着重做好品种筛选,合理安排临床试验资金投入;企业通过采取联合参与升标方式,减少资金投入;对于移植外省标准,可采取不同措施妥善解决;为保证升标工作顺利进行,农业部和各省兽医行政管理部门应做好升标培训指导工作. 相似文献

Kinetic analysis of the reassociation of DNA synthesized in vitro by a murine leukemia virus DNA polymerase revealed two classes of double-stranded product representative of 25 and 100 percent of viral genetic information. The DNA product representing the smaller portion of the viral genome comprised 85 percent of the double-stranded DNA generated in vitro and was extensively duplicated in the genomes of both normal cells and cells containing RNA tumor virus. 相似文献

Five isolates, from broiler-type chickens, capable of causing acute respiratory disease were identified as infectious bronchitis virus (IBV). The agar-gel precipitin (AGP) test was effective in identifying the isolates as IBV. Virus-neutralization (VN) and cross-challenge tests indicated two of the isolates to be Massachusetts types and one to be a JMK type. The remaining isolates were different from strains normally encountered in chickens reared on the Delmarva Peninsula. One isolate, although serologically similar to the Connecticut strain, was able to infect Connecticut-virus-immune chickens. Another isolate was similar to Arkansas 99, a strain not previously reported in Delmarva. 相似文献

Phospholipase A2 (PLA2) participates in a wide range of cellular processes including inflammation and transmembrane signaling. A human nonpancreatic secretory PLA2 (hnps-PLA2) has been identified that is found in high concentrations in the synovial fluid of patients with rheumatoid arthritis and in the plasma of patients with septic shock. This enzyme is secreted from certain cell types in response to the proinflammatory cytokines, tumor necrosis factor or interleukin-1. The crystal structures of the calcium-bound form of this enzyme have been determined at physiological pH both in the presence [2.1 angstrom (A) resolution] and absence (2.2 A resolution) of a transition-state analogue. Although the critical features that suggest the chemistry of catalysis are identical to those inferred from the crystal structures of other extracellular PLA2s, the shape of the hydrophobic channel of hnps-PLA2 is uniquely modulated by substrate binding. 相似文献

A 4-year-old male neutered Labrador Retriever with severe gastrointestinal signs, but no respiratory signs, was diagnosed with multifocal pyogranulomatous gastritis, enteritis, and lymphadenitis with intralesional hyphae and multifocal pyogranulomatous pneumonia with intralesional yeast. Based on cytologic evaluation, histologic examination with special stains, and immunohistochemical analysis of tissues collected antemortem or at necropsy, dual infections with Pythium insidiosum and Blastomyces dermatitidis were detected and are reported for the first time. 相似文献

The potential of low pathogenicity (LP) avian influenza virus (AIV) isolates of wild bird origin to establish infection in commercial turkeys and broiler chickens was studied. Isolates, representing subtypes H5N1, H7N3, H6N2, and H3N6, were recovered in 2005 and 2006 from waterfowl and shorebirds in the Delmarva Peninsula region of the east coast of the United States. The LP AIV isolates were not pathogenic for 2-wk-old meat-type turkeys and broiler chickens. No mortality, clinical signs, or gross lesions were observed following intratracheal and conjunctival sac routes of exposures with 10(6.0) EID50 (embryo infectious dose) per bird. Isolates resulting in an established infection based on virus isolation were: A/mallard/Maryland/1159/ 2006 (H5N1) in the upper respiratory tract of turkeys; A/mallard/Delaware/418/2005 (H7N3) in the upper respiratory and intestinal tracts of turkeys and chickens; and A/shorebird-environment/Delaware/251/2005 (H3N6) in the upper respiratory and intestinal tracts of chickens. Infections were also confirmed by production of AIV-specific serum antibodies detected by hemagglutination inhibition. 相似文献
