柑桔爆皮虫又名柑桔锈皮虫 ,属鞘翅目吉丁虫科 ,该虫主要以幼虫蛀食枝干 ,使大枝或整株死亡 ,是柑桔上为害性较重的一种害虫。近几年来 ,该虫在宜昌柑桔上为害逐渐加重 ,在局部产区甚至暴发成灾 ,已由次要害虫上升为主要害虫。据我站 2 0 0 0年 4月普查 ,全区柑桔爆皮虫为害面积 4 2 9 78ｈｍ2 ,受害树 39 4万株 ,8 8万株严重受害而枯死 ,每年直接损失 2 5 0万元以上 ,虫毁桔园水土流失严重 ,生态环境遭到极大破坏。为弄清柑桔爆皮虫在宜昌的发生规律 ,寻求有效的综合防治办法 ,我站于 1999～2 0 0 1年在田间与室内对该虫进行了观察、饲养与…  相似文献

Co-infection with Mycoplasma haemofelis and 'Candidatus Mycoplasma haemominutum' in three cats from Brazil

The two most common haemotropic Mycoplasma of cats, Mycoplasma haemofelis and 'Candidatus Mycoplasma haemominutum' have been identified using molecular techniques in all continents, except Antarctica. We report the first molecular characterization in South America of a dual infection with M haemofelis and 'Candidatus Mycoplasma haemominutum' in three domestic cats. The 16S ribosomal RNA gene was amplified in three anaemic cats in which haemoplasma organisms were seen attached to the erythrocytes in the peripheral blood smear. Bands of the expected size for M haemofelis and 'Candidatus Mycoplasma haemominutum' were observed in all three cats. The 393 bp segment of one of the amplicons had a similarity value of 100% to M haemofelis, whereas the other amplicon, a 192 bp segment, was 100% similar to 'Candidatus Mycoplasma haemominutum'. After diagnosis, two cats received blood transfusion and they were all treated with doxycycline. All three cats recovered uneventfully.  相似文献

The renal pathology and urinary protein pattern of a 14-month-old female Bernese mountain dog with chronic renal failure was investigated. Sodium dodecyl sulphate-polyacrylamid gel electrophoresis and subsequent Western blot analysis of urine showed the presence of heavy and light chains of immunoglobulin, transferrin, albumin, vitamin D-binding protein, transthyretin and retinol-binding protein (RBP), but no excretion of Tamm-Horsfall protein (THP). Histopathological examinations of the kidneys revealed severe membranous glomerulonephritis accompanied by tubular dilatation, tubular atrophy and interstitial fibrosis. The renal expression of megalin, the main endocytic receptor for the re-uptake of proteins in proximal tubules, RBP and THP was reduced or completely absent, indicating severe tubular dysfunction. The identified urinary proteins may be of interest as additional markers for the diagnosis of juvenile nephropathy in Bernese mountain dogs.  相似文献

脐橙是柑桔特优良种之一,具有果大色艳,果 形美观,无核,化 渣爽口,肉质脆嫩,品质优良等特点,有“水果皇后,柑桔之王”的美称。虽然脐橙属较耐贮果品,但在贮藏过程中,腐烂率较高,易脱水粒化,损失严重,加之目前市售的国产脐橙果实几乎没有进行商品化处理,价格较低。本文从采取商品化处理提高脐橙果实的耐贮性和商品性等方面进行了研究。在提高耐贮性方面进行了药剂处理与预处理,在提高商品性方面进行了选果分级、贴商标、纸箱包装等处理;为了使脐橙果实既耐贮又美观,还进行了洗果、打蜡、聚乙烯薄膜袋单个包装等处理。 1.…  相似文献

叶轮是除杂风机的重要部件之一,叶轮在运行中的应力应变对除杂风机的安全运行有着重要的影响,而叶轮振动是风机的常见故障,所以流固耦合条件下的除杂风机叶轮变形及振动分析对甘蔗收获机除杂风机的安全有着重要的意义。为此,采用有限元分析软件Ansys Workbench对除杂风机叶轮进行了单向流固耦合计算分析,结果表明:叶轮在流固耦合作用下会发生弯曲扭振变形,最大应力分布在叶片与轮毂的交界处,最大应变分布在叶片外缘处;所设计的叶轮最大应力为21.48MPa,小于材料极限应力,而工作转速也远离振动转速,均满足工作要求。该研究为甘蔗收获机的除杂风机设计提供了参考。  相似文献   

基于动态特性的甘蔗收获机切割器拓扑优化设计

根据甘蔗收获机切割器动态分析结果中应力集中区域较多、振动较大的问题,针对减小甘蔗破头率和能耗及提高整体刚度的需求,在满足工作条件的情况下,以最小柔度为优化目标,对切割器结构进行拓扑优化设计,以优化所得构型为基础,提取并建立切割器新模型。最后,对新模型进行有限元分析,结果表明:优化后的切割器的1阶固有频率提高了10.05%,2阶固有频率提高了15.15%,Z向位移和综合位移分别减少了55.58%和44.58%,质量也减少了3.37%,应力集中区域刚性得到明显提升,为同类甘蔗收获机切割器的优化设计提供了参考和理论依据。  相似文献
