Meat quality means the characteristics such as appearance is related to palatability in fresh meat or manufactured meat, it includes meat color, meat structure, hardness, marbling, water holding capacity and so on.The physical characteristics of mutton quality determines the consumer acceptability of meat and there is a close relationship between chemical composition of mutton quality and nutrient substance.With the improvement of living standards, consumers are increasingly high demand for mutton.From quantitative to qualitative change, we need to continuously improve mutton quality.At present, the production of high quality animal products has become a hot topic.This paper is a summary of the effects of breed, gender, age, environment and feed nutrition on mutton quality, and aims to provide a scientific basis for improving of mutton quality with nutritional regulation measures.  相似文献   

The localization and expression of epidermal growth factor and epidermal growth factor receptor in bovine ovary during oestrous cycle

Epidermal growth factor (EGF) is one of the important regulatory factors of EGF family. EGF has been indicated to effectively inhibit the apoptosis of follicular cells, to promote the proliferation of granulosa cells and the maturation of oocytes, and to induce ovulation process via binding to epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR). However, little is known about the distribution and expression of EGF and EGFR in cattle ovary especially during oestrous cycle. In this study, the localization and expression rule of EGF and EGFR in cattle ovaries of follicular phase and luteal phase at different time points in oestrous cycle were investigated by using IHC and real-time qPCR. The results showed that EGF and EGFR in cattle ovary were mainly expressed in granulosa cells, cumulus cells, oocytes, zona pellucida, follicular fluid and theca folliculi externa of follicles. The protein and mRNA expression of EGF/EGFR in follicles changed regularly with the follicular growth wave both in follicular and in luteal phase ovaries. In follicular phase ovaries, the protein expression of EGF and EGFR was higher in antral follicles than that of those in other follicles during follicular growth stage, and the mRNA expression of EGFR was also increased in stage of dominant follicle selection. However, in luteal phase ovaries, the growth of follicles was impeded during corpus luteum development under the action of progesterone secreted by granular lutein cell. The mRNA and protein expressions of EGF and EGFR in ovarian follicles during oestrous cycle indicate that they play a role in promoting follicular development in follicular growth waves and mediating the selection process of dominant follicles.  相似文献

基于拟合的长时间序列数据监测新疆植被时空动态变化。结果表明,近32年来,新疆植被总体呈现增加趋势,但存在明显的阶段变化和空间差异;植被生长季NDVI值西部和西北部高,东部和东南部低;1982-2013年间新疆植被改善面积大于退化面积,绿洲农田植被覆盖区改善明显、草原区退化严重;整个研究区域的植被重心从北向南移动,天山以北的植被重心呈现西南-东北方向移动,天山以南呈现近似东西方向的移动。  相似文献

To explore the value of Mb1230 protein of Mycobacterium bovis in the diagnosis of bovine tuberculosis,we obtained the Mb1230 gene by PCR and constructed recombinant plasmid pET-22b-Mb1230.Recombinant Mb1230 protein was obtained by IPTG induction and purified by affinity chromatography.The activity of the recombinant protein was evaluated by TST test,IGRA test and indirect ELISA.The size of the recombinant protein matched with the theoretical value proved by SDS-PAGE;Western blotting result showed that the recombinant protein could react with mouse anti-His antibody,and had specific band;The results of TST test,IGRA test and indirect ELISA test also showed the recombinant protein had antigenic activity.The results indicated the recombinant protein Mb1230 had good B cell and T cell activity,so,it had the potential application in the diagnosis of bovine tuberculosis.  相似文献

晋萝卜4 号是以雄性不育系4-01A 为母本，自交系03-37-1 为父本配制而成的秋冬萝卜一代杂种，生育期80 d（天）。地上部叶丛半直立，叶片稀疏，肉质根圆柱形，表皮光滑，出土部分皮绿色，入土部分皮白色，近1/2 露出地面。含水量适中，肉质甜脆，商品性好。肉质根纵径30 cm，横径7～8 cm，单根质量1.5 kg，每667 m² 产量5 000 kg 左右。适宜山西省及其周边地区种植。  相似文献

建立了钒钼黄比色法测定食品中磷的检测技术 ,该法通过消解液酸度的调节 ,显色剂的替换 ,应用钒钼黄比色法测定食品中磷的含量.当磷溶液浓度范围在[1mg/L～20 mg/L ]时 ,线性回归良好 ;回收率范围为94%～97% .用此法测定了国家标准参考物质 ,与国标方法测定食品中磷的含量进行了比对 ,结果表明 :测定结果与国标方法的测定结果比较无显著统计学差别 ,说明该方法可用于食品中磷的测定.  相似文献

为了探索一条能大批量处理无籽西瓜种子,有效提高种子活力的途径,应用水势0、-0.2、-0.6和-1.2MPa的聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)溶液对三倍体无籽西瓜种子进行3、6、9、12h引发处理,并与常规萌发条件下的种子萌芽情况进行比较分析。结果表明:(1)各种水势的PEG-6000溶液引发对无籽西瓜种子发芽各项指标均没有显著影响。(2)3h引发处理相对于其他引发时间处理,能最大程度地提高无籽西瓜种子发芽能力,在发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数的影响上均存在明显差异,这与常规生产上无籽西瓜浸种时间结果一致。  相似文献
