通过不同蔟具及蔟中环境对彩色茧品种秋丰×黄3茧丝质影响的分析,我们得出：在自然通风或封闭环境中,用方格蔟上蔟蚕茧的一茧丝长、解舒长、解舒率、净度和清洁度要比用蜈蚣蔟好,其中解舒率分别提高了6.6%、5%;用方格蔟或蜈蚣蔟上蔟,在自然通风的蔟中环境下所得到的蚕茧茧丝质量比在封闭环境下高,解舒率更是分别提高了11.4%、9...  相似文献   

腐殖酸与EDTA对高铁酸钾降解水中孔雀石绿影响的研究

在高铁酸钾与孔雀石绿的质量比为10∶1,pH值为7.0的条件下,考察腐殖酸与EDTA对高铁酸钾降解水体中孔雀石绿的影响。结果表明,加入少量的腐殖酸和EDTA溶液,孔雀石绿溶液的吸光度降低,有利于高铁酸钾对孔雀石绿的降解;EDTA的加入量过多时,反而抑制高铁酸钾对孔雀石绿的降解;加入2.0 mL腐殖酸和4.0 mL EDTA溶液降解2 h效果较好。  相似文献   

草莓FaSKP1-1基因的克隆与表达分析

为研究草莓中SCF复合体的功能,以栽培草莓品种‘74’为试材,采用同源克隆的方法分离出2个SKP1基因。这2个基因核苷酸序列全长均为519bp,核苷酸序列相似性为98.46%,氨基酸序列相似性为98.84%,并具有特殊的‘GVDED’尾巴结构,分别命名为FaSKP1-1a和FaSKP1-1b(基因登录号分别为KU975057和KU975058)。RT-PCR和dCAPS分析发现FaSKP1-1a和FaSKP1-1b在草莓根、茎、叶、花托、花粉、花柱、果实中均高表达,在花瓣中表达量低。上述结果表明FaSKP1-1可能在草莓SCF复合体的形成过程中发挥重要作用。  相似文献   

Effect of Psammaplin A on in vitro Development of Bovine Aging Oocytes

To investigate the effect of histone deacetylation inhibitor Psammaplin A (PsA) on the development of bovine aging oocytes in vitro,oocytes were randomly divided into control group,aging group and 50 mmol/L PsA treated aging group (PsA group).Immunofluorescence staining and JC-1 were used to detect the blastocyst rate of bovine oocytes after parthenogenetic activation,the number of cells in blastocysts,apoptosis,reactive oxygen species (ROS),glutathione (GSH) and mitochondrial membrane potential intensity of embryos.The results showed that the blastocyst rate of the aging group was significantly lower than that of PsA and control groups (P<0.05).The blastocyst rate of PsA group was not significantly different from that of control group (P>0.05).The number of cells in the blastocysts of control group and PsA group were significantly higher than that of aging group (P<0.05).The number of cells in the blastocysts of PsA group was not significantly different from that of control group (P>0.05).The apoptosis rate in aging group was significantly higher than that of control and PsA groups (P<0.05),the apoptosis rate of PsA group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05).The GSH level of MⅡ oocytes in aging group was significantly lower than that of control and PsA groups (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in GSH level between control and PsA groups (P>0.05).The ROS level of the embryos in aging group was significantly higher than that of control and PsA groups (P<0.05).The ROS level in PsA group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05).The mitochondrial membrane potential of early embryos of aging group 4-8 cells was significantly lower than that of control and PsA groups (P<0.05).The mitochondrial membrane potential intensity of control group was significantly higher than that of PsA group (P<0.05).In summary,PsA could effectively delay the aging of bovine oocytes and improve the quality of oocytes.  相似文献

云南地区牛冷冻精液质量性状的表现与研究

本研究对云南地区近五年来牛冷冻精液主要质量性状(活力、前进运动精子数、畸形率)进行了检验分析,随机抽取样品455头份,均为云南企业生产的产品,涉及品种有荷斯坦、西门塔尔、安格斯、短角、摩拉、尼里、槟榔江等。应用统计学原理对相关数据进行分析,结果表明:解冻后平均活力为42.0%、每剂量中前进运动精子数为1481万个、畸形率16.3%。品种间比较,活力差异均不显著(P>0.05)。前进运动精子数,肉用牛和水牛均显著高于荷斯坦牛(P<0.05)。畸形率方面,水牛分别高于荷斯坦和肉用牛1.4、1.6个百分点(P<0.05)。不同生产单位间比较,B站水牛、肉用牛的活力分别高于A站1.9、1.3个百分点(P<0.05)。B站水牛前进运动精子数高于A站96万个(P<0.05)。B站畸形率低于A站1.2个百分点(P<0.05)。  相似文献

The aim of this study was to investigate the developmental patterns of ApoCⅡ gene mRNA in liver in Mashen and Large White pigs, and study the relationship between the expression level of ApoCⅡ and the lipid metabolism in pigs.The mRNA relative expressions of ApoCⅡ gene in liver at seven stages of 1,30,60,90,120,150,and 180-day old in Mashen and Large White pigs were determined by quantitative Real-time PCR.The results showed that the developmental trend of ApoCⅡ mRNA expression in liver between Mashen and Large White pigs was different.The ApoCⅡ mRNA abundance was decreased from birth to 60-day old,then increased at 90-day old,and decreased again after that in Mashen pig.However,the relative expression amount in Large White pig was gradually decreased from birth to 150-day old and increased again at 180-day old.Except for the ApoCⅡ mRNA expression amount at 1-day old,the differences of the expression amount at other stages in Mashen and Large White pigs were significant or extremely significant (P<0.05 or P<0.01).The ApoCⅡ mRNA expression in liver was affected by age and breed,and could play an important role in lipid metabolism in pigs.  相似文献
