应用硫氟磺酰胺毒饵在广西陆川防治25hm^2红火蚁的结果表明,施药后3d蚁巢内即有红火蚁个体死亡。施药后7、14、21d的防治效果分别可达81.5%,93.9%和100%;施药后余下的顽固蚁巢和7d后出现的新蚁巢经再度施药后14d全部死亡;从5月23日到11月25日蚁群全部死亡的5欢监测、调查,既诱捕不到工蚁,也没有发现新蚁巢。因此,硫氟磺酰胺毒饵不仅具有高效、快速、安全、使用方便等特点,而且硫氟磺酰胺的应用完全可以取代目前国外普遍使用的二步施药法中的灌巢法。  相似文献

A high-throughput and reliable seedling bioassay to screen wheat germplasm for crown rot resistance was developed. Single wheat seedlings were grown in square seedling punnets in a glasshouse and inoculated with a monoconidial Fusarium pseudograminearum isolate 10 days after emergence. The punnets were laid horizontally on their side and a 10- µ L inoculum droplet placed on the stem base. Seedlings were incubated at near-saturated relative humidity, and crown rot severity was assessed 35 days after inoculation. Studies on the duration of incubation period, inoculum concentration and temperature were carried out to optimize these parameters. Seedling growth at 25/15(±5)°C in a glasshouse and 48-h incubation at near-saturated RH in darkness gave the best results. When crown rot resistance rankings of 16 Australian cultivars from the bioassay were compared with their field performance, Spearman's rank correlation coefficient was highly significant. This indicated that the seedling bioassay mimicked field resistance to crown rot in adult plants. A bootstrap resampling analysis showed little or no improvement in the coefficient of variation with an increasing number of replications, indicating a high level of precision and reproducibility. By detecting small but consistent differences in crown rot severity, the bioassay proved effective in large-scale screening for partial resistance: already over 1400 wheat genotypes have been screened. The high degree of precision makes this an invaluable tool in the understanding of pathogen aggressiveness, host specialization and parasitic fitness.  相似文献

Inhibitory effects of amicarthiazol, in vitro, against the growth of seven plant bacterial pathogens and its biochemical actions on Xanthomonas citri were investigated. The growth of Erwinia carotovora, Ralstonia solanacearum, and Pseudomonas syringe pv. syringae was not sensitive to amicarthiazol whilst Xanthomonads were all strongly inhibited in NB liquid medium; EC50 of X. citri was 2.63 μg ml−1 and the effectiveness of amicarthiazol depended on the timing of application. The inhibitions on the secretion of gross EPS and gross EPR as well as the activities of amylase, cellulase, and pectase of X. citri were increased with the concentrations of amicarthiazol, whereas the conductivities of the extracellular product suspensions and the protease activity were somewhat accelerated by the concentration less than 10 or 20 μg ml−1 and inhibited only at higher concentration. EPS which was purified from X. citri showed obvious antagonistic effects on the inhibition of amicarthiazol, but not on the inhibition of Cu(OH)2. The endogenous respirations and the activity of succinic dehydrogenase of X. citri were also inhibited and the inhibitions were increased with the toxic concentrations. Furthermore, the potential induced physiological adaptability of X. citri to amicarthiazol and the comparison with Cu(OH)2 and carboxin were also discussed.  相似文献

The present study aimed to determine the role of ClpS gene,and to analyse the impact of ClpS mutation on the virulence of Brucella.A ClpS gene mutant strain,named ΔClpS was constructed by homologous recombination technology.The bacterial growth kinetics,the LPS synthesis ability and the survival ability of bacterial within macrophages as well as the virulence in mouse model were measured.In addition,the difference between parent strain 2308 and the mutant strain ΔClpS were compared.The results showed that under the same culture conditions,no difference in bacterial concentration was observed between 2308 and ΔClpS strains.The silver staining examination showed that the expression level of LPS extracted from two strains were similar,indicating ClpS gene mutation did not alter the growth rate and LPS synthesis ability of Brucella. In the cell infection assay,the survival ability of ΔClpS strain in cells was extremely significantly lower than that of 2308 strain at 72 h after infection (P<0.01).The results of mouse infection experiment showed that in the first week after infection,no significant difference in spleen weight and bacterial concentration between 2308 and ΔClpS strains infected mice was observed.However,at 4 weeks after infection,the bacterial concentration in spleen of ΔClpS infected mice was 103.93 CFU/g spleen,which was significantly lower than that of 2308 strain (106.68 CFU/g spleen,P<0.01).The spleen weight of ΔClpS infected mice was also remarkably lower than that of 2308 strain (P<0.01).In summary,the results suggested that the ClpS gene of Brucella did not play a role in Brucella growth rate and ability of LPS synthesis,whereas ClpS gene mutation decreased the ability of Brucella colonization in mouse spleen.  相似文献

氟苯尼考(florfenicol)又称氟甲砜霉素,是美国先灵一葆雅公司于1988年研制成功的一种新型兽医专用氯霉素类广谱抗菌药,其化学名称为D(+)-苏-1-对甲砜基苯基-2-二氯乙酰氮基-3-氟丙醇。它具有抗菌谱广、吸收良好、体内分布广、安全高效、耐药性发生率低等特点,对敏感菌所致的畜禽细菌性疾病治疗效果显著。目前,已在亚洲、欧洲、美洲等20多个国家上市,主要用于禽、猪、牛、鱼等疾病的治疗。我国现已通过该药的审批,生产的剂型有水针剂、溶液和散剂等。  相似文献
