巢湖沿岸圩区稻季营养盐的输出特征研究

巢湖流域沿岸分布着很多圩区,人们在圩内进行各种农业活动,圩区营养盐的输出是造成巢湖流域非点源污染的重要因素。为了解圩区农业非点源营养盐的输出特征,笔者通过在巢湖流域河网地区选择比较典型的圩区,于2014年水稻生长期进行了较系统的野外调查观测、取样和室内水质分析,探讨在自然降雨-径流的条件下圩区各类营养盐的浓度变化及输出特征。2014年稻季共进行了9次排水,排水量总计73.09 mm,径流系数为0.37,9次排水事件总氮(TN)和总磷(TP)的平均浓度分别是3.42、0.22 mg/L,圩区水体处于富营养化水平。降雨-径流强度是影响营养盐浓度变化的重要因素,稻季生长期内TN和TP的输出量是0.28、0.017 kg/hm2,占稻季施肥总量的1.7%和0.16%。径流量是影响营养盐输出总量的关键因素,同时施肥量和施肥至排水事件的间隔天数也是是影响营养盐输出的重要因素。  相似文献

植物基因的表达调控已成为分子生物学研究热点,启动子是基因表达调控的重要顺式元件,启动子的克隆对于研究基因表达调控、构建基因工程载体、表达目的蛋白有着重要的意义。启动子克隆的方法很多,从常用的启动子陷阱技术筛选启动子到PCR方法的应用,此后相继问世的一些基于PCR的克隆启动子技术,如载体锚定PCR、反向PCR、接头PCR、交错热不对称PCR等,为克隆启动子提供了更可靠,更合理的方法。本文着重介绍了几种植物基因启动子的克隆方法,分析了它们的优缺点,并展望了今后的研究前景。  相似文献

用不同浓度的NaHSO3及其与KCl和6-BA配合对贵州惠水金钱橘叶表进行喷施,研究其对叶片光合作用的影响.结果表明:较低浓度(3～9mmol/L)的NaHSO3对叶片光合速率有明显促进作用,作用效果长达6d之久;当NaHSO3浓度较高(≥12mmol/L)时对光合作用不利;低浓度的NaHSO3分别与1mmol/L KCl和5mmol/L 6-BA配合施用,对叶片光合速率的促进效果更显著.  相似文献

Significant changes have taken place within the contemporary architecture since the 20th century: firstly the architecture turns from "thing" to "nothing",secondly the experience of architecture turns from logic to essence intuition,and thirdly the architecture turns from noun to verb,from which we find in surprise the sparks of the Chinese traditional thought which criticizes all the ready-made,especially the conceptual thought with its happening and generation,and shows a new non-subject-object-dimidiate,non-logical and fundamentally non-metaphysical perspective in theory.This made it possible for us to reconsider and reinterpret the contemporary architecture from a more original new perspective.  相似文献
