饲养水平对E4×E5 (XX ;mas- +/mas- +×XX ;mas- 1/mas - 1)鲤鱼 (CyprinuscarpioL )F1代的性别决定有显著影响 ,高饲养水平和低饲养水平处理组中雌性比率分别为 5 1 5 %和 4 1%。遗传特性对E4 5×E5 (XX ;mas- 1/mas - +×XX ;mas- 1/mas- 1)F1代的影响比饲养水平的影响显著 ,在 2个处理组中只发现 1～ 2尾雌性。 2个饲养水平对E4×E4 5 (XX ;mas- +/mas- +×XX ;mas- 1/mas - +)F1代的影响差异显著 ,高饲养水平 2个处理组中雌性比率分别为 86 2 %和 76 8% ,而低饲养水平 2个处理组中雌性比率分别为 76 8%和 5 7 9% ,高饲养水平处理组的雌性比率与低饲养水平处理 1组 (雌性比率 5 7 9% )相比差异显著。 2个饲养水平条件下E4×E5和E4×E4 5后代的XX ;mas - 1/mas - +鲤鱼性别转化率之间没有显著差异。  相似文献

The Mars Exploration Rover Spirit has traversed a fairly flat, rock-strewn terrain whose surface is shaped primarily by impact events, although some of the landscape has been altered by eolian processes. Impacts ejected basaltic rocks that probably were part of locally formed lava flows from at least 10 meters depth. Some rocks have been textured and/or partially buried by windblown sediments less than 2 millimeters in diameter that concentrate within shallow, partially filled, circular impact depressions referred to as hollows. The terrain traversed during the 90-sol (martian solar day) nominal mission shows no evidence for an ancient lake in Gusev crater.  相似文献

Fat extraction from acid- and base-hydrolyzed food samples using accelerated solvent extraction

This paper describes a new in-cell method for pursuing accelerated solvent extraction (ASE) prior to lipid analysis from food samples. It is difficult to pursue direct ASE with acid- or base-hydrolyzed samples due to the corrosive nature of the reagents and material limitations. In this study ion exchange based materials were used to remove acid or base reagents in-cell without compromising the recovery of lipids. The performance data are presented here for the new methods for lipid extraction for a variety of food samples and compared to the Mojonnier method. NIST Standard Reference Materials (SRM-1546 and SRM-1849) were used to validate the ASE methods. Excellent fat recoveries were obtained for the ASE methods. The new methods presented here enhance the utility of ASE and eliminate labor intensive protocols.  相似文献

H3N2亚型犬流感病毒HA1基因的原核表达及抗原性分析

为原核表达H3N2亚型犬流感病毒(CIV)HA1蛋白,本研究利用特异性引物扩增CIV H3分离株的HA1基因,将其克隆到pMD18-T载体后进行序列测定。再将其亚克隆于pET-32a(+)中构建重组表达质粒pET-HA1。将该质粒转化于大肠杆菌BL21(DE3)中,经IPTG诱导,SDS-PAGE电泳分析,表达的重组蛋白约为58 ku。纯化的HA1蛋白经western blot和Dot-ELISA鉴定表明,表达的重组HA1蛋白可以与H3N2亚型CIV阳性血清发生特异性反应。  相似文献
