A 3 (protein levels, 380, 460 and 520 g kg–1 diet) × 2 (lipid levels, 65 and 140 g kg–1 diet) factorial experiment with three replicates was conducted. Weight gain, feed efficiency and daily feed intake were not significantly affected by dietary protein level, but were by dietary lipid level. Weight gains of fish fed 65 g lipid kg–1 diet were significantly, or slightly, higher than for 140 g lipid kg–1 diet at all protein levels. Daily protein intake was significantly affected by both dietary protein and lipid levels ( P < 0.002). Daily lipid intake was not significantly affected by dietary protein level, but was by dietary lipid level ( P < 0.001). Protein efficiency ratio was significantly affected by dietary protein level ( P < 0.02), but not by dietary lipid level. Protein efficiency ratio tended to improve with the decrease of dietary protein level at the same lipid level. Moisture, protein and lipid contents of whole fish were significantly affected by dietary lipid level ( P < 0.01). Increased dietary lipid did not improve growth or feed efficiency, but increased body fat deposition. It was concluded that the optimum dietary protein and lipid level for growth of juvenile ayu may be 380 and 65 g kg–1 diet, respectively, when fish were fed to satiety three times daily in seawater. 相似文献

Supplementation effect of fish oil and/or fumarate on production of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) and methane by rumen microbes was examined when incubated with safflower oil. One hundred and twenty milligrams of safflower oil (SO), safflower oil with 24 mg fish oil (SOFO), safflower oil with 24 mmol/L fumarate (SOFA), or safflower oil with 24 mg fish oil and 24 mmol/L fumarate (SOFOFA) were added to the 90 mL culture solution. The culture solution was also made without any supplements (control). The SOFA and SOFOFA increased pH and propionate (C3) compared to other treatments from 3 h incubation time. An accumulated amount of total methane (CH4) for 12 h incubation was decreased by all the supplements compared to control. The concentrations of c9,t11CLA for all the incubation times were increased in the treatments of SOFO, SOFA and SOFOFA compared to SO. The highest concentration of c9,t11CLA was observed from SOFOFA among all the treatments at all incubation times. Overall data indicate that supplementation of combined fumarate and/or fish oil when incubated with safflower oil could depress CH4 generation and increase production of C3 and CLA under the condition of current in vitro study. 相似文献

The objective of the present study was to investigate the effects of corn dried distiller's grains with solubles (DDGS) and enzyme premix (mannanase + phytase) supplementation on the growth performance, carcass and meat quality parameters in finishing pigs. Sixty hybrid pigs (L × LW × D) with initial weight of 63.92 ± 1.50 kg were used in a 3 × 2 factorial design with main effects of DDGS levels (0, 10 and 20%) and enzyme premix levels (0% vs. 0.14%). Average daily gain (ADG, P < 0.01) and average daily feed intake (ADFI, P < 0.05) were decreased due to an increased level of DDGS additive while the feed conversion ratio was improved (P < 0.05) by adding enzyme premix. The diet cost/gain (won/kg) was saved (P < 0.01) due to an increased level of DDGS additive. There were no significant differences in carcass characteristics and meat quality parameters of Longissimus dorsi muscle by DDGS level and enzyme premix. Palmitoleic acid, oleic acid and monounsaturated fatty acid (MUFA) decreased (P < 0.05) according to DDGS level. The results indicate that DDGS may be used in feeds for finishing pig as a replacement of corn and soybean meal without affecting their carcass characteristics and meat quality. 相似文献

Non-radioactive digoxigenin (DIG)-labelled probes that can differentiate porcine circovirus (PCV) 1 from PCV2 in formalin-fixed, paraffin-wax-embedded tissues by in-situ hybridisation were developed. A 349 base pair (bp) DNA fragment from open reading frame (ORF) 1 of PCV1 and a 481 bp DNA fragment from ORF2 of PCV2 generated by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) were used as PCV1 and PCV2 probes, respectively. A specific DIG-labelled PCV1 DNA probe did not hybridise with PCV2-infected PK-15 cells and vice versa. From the 40 field cases with postweaning multisystemic wasting syndrome tested by in-situ hybridisation, 30 (75 per cent) cases were PCV2-positive only and 10 (25 per cent) cases were positive for both PCV1 and PCV2. PCV1 and PCV2 DNAS were detected mainly in the macrophages of lymph nodes and spleens. Positive cells typically exhibited a dark brown to black reaction product mainly in the cytoplasm but also occasionally in the nucleus. In-situ hybridisation together with the differential probes developed in the present study represent an additional tool capable of differentiating of both types of PCV in formalin-fixed, paraffin-wax-embedded tissues. 相似文献

In this study, antibody responses after equine influenza vaccination were investigated
among 1,098 horses in Korea using the hemagglutination inhibition (HI) assay. The equine
influenza viruses, A/equine/South Africa/4/03 (H3N8) and A/equine/Wildeshausen/1/08
(H3N8), were used as antigens in the HI assay. The mean seropositive rates were 91.7%
(geometric mean antibody levels (GMT), 56.8) and 93.6% (GMT, 105.2) for A/equine/South
Africa/4/03 and A/equine/Wildeshausen/1/08, respectively. Yearlings and two-year-olds in
training exhibited lower positive rates (68.1% (GMT, 14) and 61.7% (GMT, 11.9),
respectively, with different antigens) than average. Horses two years old or younger may
require more attention in vaccination against equine influenza according to the

Urea is the most common nitrogen(N)fertilizer used in the tropics but it has the risk of high gaseous nitrogen(N)losses.Use of nitrification inhibitor has been suggested as a potential mitigation measure for gaseous N losses in N fertilizer-applied fields.In a field trial on a tropical Andosol pastureland in Costa Rica,gaseous emissions of ammonia(NH3)and nitrous oxide(N2O)and grass yield were quantified from plots treated with urea(U;41.7 kg N ha-1application-1)and urea plus the nitrification inhibitor nitrapyrin(U+NI;41.7 kg N ha-1application-1and 350 g of nitrapyrin for each 100 kg of N applied)and control plots(without U and NI)over a six-month period(rainy season).Volatilization of NH3(August to November)in U(7.4%±1.3%of N applied)and U+NI(8.1%±0.9%of N applied)were not significantly different(P>0.05).Emissions of N2O in U and U+NI from June to November were significantly different(P<0.05)only in October,when N2O emission in U+NI was higher than that in U.Yield and crude protein production of grass were significantly higher(P<0.05)in U and U+NI than in the control plots,but they were not significantly different between U and U+NI.There was no significant difference in yield-scaled N2O emission between U(0.31±0.10 g N kg-1dry matter)and U+NI(0.47±0.10 g N kg-1dry matter).The results suggest that nitrapyrin is not a viable mitigation option for gaseous N losses under typical N fertilizer application practices of pasturelands at the study site. 相似文献

在用农杆菌浸染前,将茶树外植体预培养在含有PVP(polyvinylpyrrolidone,16g/L)的预培养基上2-3d可提高转化频率。优化后的茶树基因枪转化体系,即制弹程序:60 mg/1ml钨粉悬浮液10 l中加入1.6 l质粒DNA(1 g/l),再分别加入0.1 mol/L的亚精胺4 l,2.5 mol/L 的CaCl2 15 l,最后定容至48 l;每次轰击上样量为8-10 l。基因枪转化后抗性筛选2个月,抗性愈伤组织存活率为5.0%~12.1%。 相似文献
