基于ETM+数据的新疆于田地区地表温度反演研究   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
地表温度是地球系统的热状况与水热平衡的关键因子.热红外遥感是获取地表热状况信息的一种非常重要的手段.利用ETM+数据和同时相气象数据获得两个地表温度反演的重要参数:大气透射率和地表比辐射率.运用覃志豪等的单窗算法反演出于田地区的地表温度,并用陆面实际地表温度进行了检验.结果表明,水体表面温度最低,绿洲次之,戈壁最高.地表温度以绿洲为中心从里到外呈环状分布.说明利用ETM+数据反演地表温度是可行的 .并对进一步理解我国西北干旱、半干旱区的土壤-植被-大气系统能量交换状况及区域热量分布差异有着重要意义.  相似文献

The waxy character is achieved in durum wheat (Triticum turgidum L. var. durum) when the granule‐bound starch synthase activity is eliminated. The result is a crop that produces kernels with no amylose in the starch. The presence of two Waxy loci in tetraploid wheat permits the production of two partial waxy wheat genotypes. Advanced full and partial waxy durum wheat genotypes were used to study the effect of waxy null alleles on pasta quality. Semolina from full and partial waxy durum wheats was processed into spaghetti with a semicommercial‐scale extruder, and pasta quality was evaluated. Cooked waxy pasta was softer and exhibited more cooking loss than pasta made from traditional durum cultivars. These features were attributed to lower setback of waxy starch as measured with the Rapid Visco Analyser. High cooking loss may be due to the lack of amylose‐protein interaction, preventing the formation of a strong protein network and permitting exudates to escape. Waxy pasta cooked faster but was less resistant to overcooking than normal pasta. Partial waxy pasta properties were similar to results obtained from wild‐type pasta. This indicates that the presence of a single pair of functional waxy genes in durum wheat was sufficient to generate durum grain with normal properties for pasta production. Waxy durum wheat is not suitable for pasta production because of its softening effect. However, this property may offer an advantage in other applications.  相似文献

The virulence of a strain of hog cholera virus isolated during an outbreak of mild disease in pigs in New South Wales in 1960/61 (the NSW strain) was compared over 11 days with that of a virulent strain by inoculating 8 pigs with each virus and comparing the ensuing clinical signs and pathology. Both viruses caused persistent pyrexia and leukopenia, the NSW strain 4 to 5 days and the virulent strain 3 days, after inoculation. Few other clinical signs were observed in the pigs inoculated with the NSW strain. In contrast, all pigs inoculated with the virulent strain became progressively depressed and incoordinated, and were killed between days 6 and 9. Bronchopneumonia and swollen, reddened lymph nodes were observed in pigs inoculated with both viruses. Few other gross lesions were observed with the NSW strain, but some pigs receiving the virulent strain had pustules in the tonsil and the anterior oesophagus, petechial haemorrhages in the kidney, and small infarcts at the margins of the spleen. There were marked differences in the histopathology, both in the variety of organs affected and the severity of lesions in individual organs. Suppurative bronchopneumonia occurred in both groups. Other changes in the pigs affected with the NSW strain were colitis, mild cerebral vasculitis, necrosis, haemorrhage and neutrophil infiltration in some lymph nodes and spleens. In pigs infected with virulent virus the cerebral vasculitis was so severe that there was necrosis of cells within the vessel walls.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)  相似文献

Objective To assess the susceptibility of cats to equine morbillivirus (EMV) by direct administration of the virus by subcutaneous, intra-nasal or oral routes, and following exposure to infected cats.
Design A disease transmission study, with controls, using ten cats.
Procedure Groups of cats were given the virus by the designated methods and assessed for evidence of infection by clinical examination, plus pathological and virological tests.
Results All cats administered the virus by subcutaneous, intra-nasal or oral routes became infected and developed the disease within 4 to 8 days. One of two cats in contact with affected cats also developed the disease, but two cats kept near to affected cats did not become infected. The virus was isolated from a range of tissues collected from the infected cats, and the lesions observed in affected cats were similar to those previously observed in horses naturally and experimentally infected with the virus.
Conclusion This is the first demonstration that animals can be infected with EMV by non-parenteral means, that the virus can transmit naturally between animals and confirms other reports of the similarity of EMV disease in horses and cats.  相似文献

AIM: To explore the expression and significance of receptor tyrosine kinase anexelekto (Axl) in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). METHODS: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the Axl protein expression of 78 patients with NPC and 32 patients with nasopharyngeal chronic inflammation (NPI). The correlations between the Axl protein levels and the clinical parameters of NPC patients were analyzed. NPC cells were cultured in vitro, and the expression of Axl in well differentiated CNE1 cells, poorly-differentiated CNE2Z cells and undifferentiated C666-1 cells was detected by immunofluorescence staining. After treatment of the CNE1and C666-1 cells with Axl specific inhibitor TP-0903, CCK-8 assay was used to detect cell viability, flow cytometry was adopted to analyze the cell cycle distribution, qPCR was used to examine the mRNA levels of Axl and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA), and Western blot was used to examine the protein expression of Axl and p-Axl. RESULTS: Axl protein was localized in the cell membrane and cytoplasm. The rate of high expression of Axl in NPC was significantly higher than that in NPI (P<0.01). High Axl expression showed no correlations with NPC patients' age, gender and M stage, while positively correlated with the clinical stage, T stage and N stage (P<0.05). Axl protein showed a low level in the CNE1 cells, but showed a high level in CNE2Z and C666-1 cells. TP-0903 inhibited cell viability in concentration and time dependent manners. TP-0903 at 2 nmol/L showed significant inhibitory effects, as evidenced by arresting the cell cycle at G0 phase and reducing Axl activity and PCNA expression. CONCLUSION: High expression of Axl promotes the clinical progress of NPC.TP-0903 significantly inhibits the viability of NPC cells, suggesting that Axl may be a valuable target in the NPC treatment.  相似文献

为筛选出适宜在北京种植的优质都市型薄皮甜瓜品种,选取8个品种的薄皮甜瓜为试验材料,对比分析其田间长势及果实品质。结果表明:8个参试品种田间长势及果实品质均有显著差异,其中梨形瓜中丘比特果实大,外观好,果肉最厚,心糖最高,综合果实品质最优秀;长筒形瓜中博洋9号果实外观及品质较优秀,单果质量最大,果形指数好,心糖最高。综合看来,丘比特和博洋9号这2个品种可在北京地区进一步推广种植。  相似文献

通过在荷斯坦奶牛和杜泊羊日粮中添加5%高硒型、高硒钴型、高硒钴锌苜蓿青干草,研究3种苜蓿青干草对牛羊饲料转化和生产特点的影响。结果表明,功能型苜蓿青干草能够显著提高牛羊的饲料转化率,其中高硒钴和高硒钴锌苜蓿青干草有利于提高羊和牛的日增重,而高硒型青干草有利于提高荷斯坦奶牛的产奶量。  相似文献

鸡公山自然保护区森林植被生物量及活碳蓄积量研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
运用鸡公山科学考察资料及1999年森林资源清查资料,采用森林材积源生物量推算方法研究了鸡公山森林植被生物量及其活碳蓄积量。结果表明:鸡公山森林植被生物量总值为309 202t,平均森林植被生物量为111.7t/hm2,高于全国平均水平(77.4t/hm2);鸡公山森林植被的总活碳蓄积量为154 601t,平均活碳密度为56MgC/hm2,高于中国森林植被活碳密度的平均水平(38.7 MgC/hm2),但低于全球平均碳密度(86MgC/hm2)。不同林型活碳蓄积密度分析结果表明,马尾松、杉木和栎类林木的活碳蓄积密度分别为30MgC/hm2,39 MgC/hm2和70MgC/hm2,均高于全国同类型森林植物的活碳蓄积密度的平均值,而次生阔叶混交林的碳蓄积密度略低于全国平均水平。鸡公山自然保护区67%的森林为中龄林,27%的森林为幼龄林,在增加碳蓄积方面还有巨大的潜力。  相似文献
