The test of functional groups of microorganisms in Spiral Up-flow Reactor System and the correlation between microorganisms in the water and the main environmental factors are studied.The results show that the diversity of microorganisms population in the SUFR system is complex and the bio-community formed in the SUFR system is stable.The close relations between abundance of bacteria and nutrients are found.The correlation between heterotrophic bacteria and COD is 0.949.The correlation between organic phosphate bacteria and TP is 0.815. The correlation between nitrosobacteria and NH_3-N is 0.909. The correlation between disnitrifier bacteria and TN is 0.653.  相似文献

花生一级侧枝发育具有不均衡性。第一、二对侧枝出现早，伸长快，其他一级侧枝出现晚，伸长慢。86036－26－1第一、二对侧枝发育相对较早，而其他一级侧枝发育较晚；海花1号和豫花1号第一、二对发育相对较晚，而其他一级发育较快；豫花7号和鲁花9号居中。海花1号一级侧枝及第一对侧枝的二级侧枝数最多，86036－26－1的一级侧枝数及第一对侧枝的二级侧枝数量少。在花针期之前第一对侧枝的伸长与主茎基本同步；花针期之后，第一对侧枝伸长速度超过主茎。86036－26－1的一级侧枝长及株高居首位。86036－26－1第一、二对侧枝饱果率，产量居第一，豫花7号居第二。海花1号虽然荚果数较多，但第一、二对侧枝孢果率较低，产量也较低；鲁花9号居中。  相似文献

Biocompatibility of Acellular Porcine Dermis

In vitro cultured vascular endothelial cells (VEC) and mouse 3T3 fibroblasts (3T3) on the acellular dermal matrix , which were made of porcine skins. We made the cell proliferation test with MTT assay and the histological observation after cells were seeded on the acelluar dermis for 1 week with histological section. The cell growth curves showed VEC and 3T3 grew much rapidly on the acelluar dermis.The histological observation revealed VEC had formed a monolayer, some places even had formed 2 to 3 layer. The results suggest that the acelluar porcine dermal matrix have good biocompatibility , it will be widely applied.  相似文献

Novel surface treatment technique by silane film is developing for metallic anti corrosion and coat improvement. The key points, hydrolysis and condensation, for the stability of the Silane agent(SA) solution is investigated, and the effective factors of stability for silane agent solution and the relative rule are discussed. It is found that stability of SA solution is related to the temperature, pH, solvents, SA concentration and additive by studying the state of the solution and the conductivity-time curve of SA solution. Meanwhile, controlling factors and improving methods for SA stability are proposed to guide the practical application of metallic surface anti-corrosion treatment by SA.  相似文献

With the example, the affecting factors of the capital structure is analyzed. The fuzzy synthetic evaluation model are employed to decision-making of the capital structure. According to the character of PD in GIS, the authors design four kinds of GIS defection models. The GIS gray intensity images are constructed based on mass specimens gathered by the ultra - high frequency and high speeds systems, Aiming at the PD characteristics and its defections, A PCA-FDA method is put forward based on PD images. The principal component analysis is employed to condense the dimension of PD images, then the optimal sets of statistically uncorrelated discriminant vectors are extracted, and the minimum distance classifier is constructed as classifier. The identified results show that this method can effectively elevated the discrimination of the four kinds of defects in GIS PD.  相似文献

The important character of non-magnetic high manganese ZG25 Mn18Cr4 alloy is rapid work-hardening under external stress. With X-ray diffraction and TEM analysis, it is proved that the microstructures of both undeformed and deformed matrixes are austenite and carbide with some striation structure in the matrixes, the amount of stripes in the deformed matrix is obviously more than that in the undeformed matrix. Electronic diffraction analysis confirmed that the stripes in coarse austenite grains are high density lamination fault sheets. A great deal of lamination fault sheets produced by plastic deformation divides up austenite matrix, shortens the free distance of dislocation movement and results in the rapid work-hardening of ZG25Mn18Cr4 alloy.  相似文献
