试验旨在建立基于摄入养分含量的数学模型,用来预测猪粪便肥料成分含量。通过饲养试验得到摄入养分含量和猪粪便中肥料成分含量的实测数据,对其进行统计分析。由方差分析得出:不同的日粮水平对粪中、尿中和粪尿混合物中总氮含量影响显著,对尿中和粪尿混合物中钾含量影响显著,对磷和铵态氮的含量影响均不显著;不同日粮水平对粪中磷的百分含量的影响显著。由回归分析得到:利用摄入粗蛋白的量可预测粪、尿和粪尿混合物中总氮的含量;利用摄入钾的量可预测尿中和粪尿混合物中钾的含量;利用摄入磷的量可预测粪中磷的百分含量。  相似文献

It is well known that β-conglycinin, a soybean allergen, induces allergies and causes intestinal damage in fetuses and neonates. However, the underlying mechanisms responsible for the adverse effects of β-conglycinin remain elusive. In particular, it is unknown whether or not this dietary substance causes direct damage affecting the proliferation and integrity of intestinal cells. This study evaluated the effect of different concentrations of β-conglycinin (0 to 1,500 μg/mL) and the duration of culture (48 or 72 h) on the proliferation and proteome of porcine intestinal epithelial cells. Eight individually housed piglets (10 d old; initial BW, 3.79 ± 0.07 kg) were randomly divided into 2 groups (n = 4) and challenged with or without β-conglycinin via oral administration d 10 through 28. After the last administration of β-conglycinin or PBS, piglets were killed and jejuna mucosal samples were collected for proteomic analysis. Supplementing β-conglycinin to either culture medium or weanling pigs increased (P < 0.05) the expression of proteins related to apoptosis, stress, and inflammation, but decreased (P < 0.05) the expression of proteins related to cytoskeleton and nucleus replication in intestinal cells. Further analysis confirmed an increase in caspase-3 expression in the cells exposed to β-conglycinin in vivo and in vitro. Collectively, these novel results indicate that β-conglycinin directly induces intestinal damage by depressing intestinal-cell growth, damaging the cytoskeleton, and causing apoptosis in the piglet intestine.  相似文献

对配电变压器的有载自动调容技术进行了论述,提出了以电力电子开关为关键部件的无弧有载自动调容技术新方案,该方案以反并联大功率耐高压晶闸管作为调容开关,克服了机械式调容开关结构复杂、体积大、故障率高的缺点。探讨了配电变压器实现无弧有载自动调容的关键技术,利用电力系统仿真工具PSCAD/EMTDC建立了无弧有载调容方案的仿真模型,对电力电子开关实现自动调容进行了仿真分析,验证了所提方案的可行性。为农村和城市配电网配电变压器实施有效的季节性调容和峰谷调容提供了解决办法。  相似文献

Levels of Salmonella enterica subsp. enterica serovar Enteritidis infection and serum S. Enteritidis antibodies after experimental S. Enteritidis challenge and feed withdrawal were investigated in S. Enteritidis-vaccinated and unvaccinated hens. The results were used to determine whether formalin-inactivated S. Enteritidis vaccination can protect layer hens from S. Enteritidis challenge during feed withdrawal periods. S. Enteritidis infection rates were evaluated from cloacal swabs, eggs and organs. Serum antibody titers to deflagellated S. Enteritidis whole cells (DEWC) and S. Enteritidis FliC-specific 9-kDa polypeptide (SEp 9) were examined by commercial ELISA kits. Cloacal S. Enteritidis recovery rates were lower in the vaccinated than unvaccinated group. Recovery rates of S. Enteritidis from samples increased after feed withdrawal and decreased after re-introduction of feed. S. Enteritidis counts in cloacal swabs were lower in the vaccinated than in the unvaccinated group (P<0.05). More S. Enteritidis-positive eggs were detected from the unvaccinated group. Before S. Enteritidis challenge, the DEWC ELISA titer of the vaccinated group was higher (P<0.05) than the unvaccinated group; subsequently, the S. Enteritidis DEWC ELISA titers of both groups increased gradually. In contrast, only the vaccinated group elicited high SEp-9 antibody titer during post-challenge and feed withdrawal. Additionally, vaccinated hens yielded negative S. Enteritidis isolation rates from egg contents. There is a correlation between negative S. Enteritidis isolation rates and high SEp 9 titers in vaccinated layer hens challenged with S. Enteritidis and subjected to feed withdrawal regimens. These findings suggest the S. Enteritidis vaccination of pullets may protect against S. Enteritidis infection during forced molting and that SEp 9 titer could be a potential indicator of antibody protection against S. Enteritidis infection. The potential of the SEp 9 peptide as an antigen for S. Enteritidis vaccination in the future is worth noting.  相似文献

Background: Metabolic profile was initially designed as a presymptomatic diagnostic aid based on statistical analyses of blood metabolites to provide an early warning of certain types of metabolic disorder. However, there is little metabolic profile data available about Korean Hanwoo cows. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the reference intervals of metabolic profile for Korean Hanwoo cows.Methods: Healthy animals(2,205) were selected and divided into early(day 1 to 95), middle(day 96 to 190) and late(day 191 to 285) period according to their gestating period. Metabolic profile including total protein(TP), albumin(Alb), urea(UREA), glucose(Glu), total cholesterol(T-Cho), long-chain fatty acid(LCFA), aspartate aminotransferase(AST),gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase(GGT), creatinine(Crea), calcium(Ca), inorganic phosphorous(i P) and magnesium(Mg)were analyzed using a TBA-40 FR automatic biochemical analyzer. The data of Korean Hanwoo cows were then compared to those of the Japanese Wagyu cows.Results: Most of the data of the Korean Hanwoo cows were relatively higher than those of Japanese Wagyu cows, with the exception of Glu and GGT. This may indicate that the nutritional level of feed for the Korean Hanwoo cows was higher than that of the Japanese Wagyu cows because of the different feeding system. In particular, relatively higher levels of UREA and LCFA were observed in the Korean Hanwoo cows, and this may also contribute to the low reproduction efficiency.Conclusions: These findings may provide some theoretical basis for understanding the reproductive and feeding situation of Korean Hanwoo cows.  相似文献

为了研究水稻籽粒垩白程度与粒位的关系,选用具有不同垩白程度的3个粳稻品种,比较分析了不同品种同一穗上垩白粒分布及其与粒形和单粒重间的关系。结果表明,品种间同一穗上垩白分布有所差异,垩白少的水稻品种玉丰垩白籽粒大部分分布在穗中下部和二次枝梗上,垩白相对多的武运粳7号穗上垩白粒分布比较均等,与穗上籽粒位置的关系不明显;垩白程度与粒长呈显著的负相关,与粒重及粒长宽比品种间表现不一,武运粳7号和96-110品种的粒重与垩白程度呈显著的负相关,而玉丰品种没有明显的相关关系,粒长宽比与垩白程度96-110品种呈显著的正相关,而其他两个品种没有明显的相关关系。  相似文献

鉴于牛皮蝇在我国内蒙、新疆等牧区普遍发生,对养牛业造成严重的危害。目前欧美等许多国家采用有机磷化合物泼施于牛背,防治牛皮蝇蛆已有成功的经验,而国内尚无此种专供泼施防治牛皮蝇蛆的制剂。为此,北京农业大学农药研究室开展了防治牛皮蝇的有机磷化合物的剂型的研究。  相似文献
