Progress in autoantibodies to platelet and idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura

The onset of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) is related to excessive destruction of platelet resulting from antiplatelet autoantibody. The immunity with ITP is imbalance, so the hypofunction of suppressor T cell (Ts) can't restrain B lymphocytes producing antibody, as a result, autoant ibody is produced, the clearance of platelet in blood circulation is accelerated. The different antibodies have different functions on ITP. The measuring of platelet antibody has its significance in diagnosis, therapeutic evaluat ion and expectation of prognosis.  相似文献   

Effect of CGRP on level of lung endogenous NO in rabbits with acute lung injury

AIM:To examine whether calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) enhances nitric oxide (NO) level in pulmonary circulation blood and observe the influence of CGRP on mean pulmonary artery pressure (mPAP) in rabbits with acute lung injury (ALI) caused by oleic acid.METHODS: The level of NO was assessed by measuring the presence of nitrite in cervical artery blood by the Griess reaction, mPAP was measured with right ventricular catheter.RESULTS:The level of nitrite in cervical artery blood was significantly increased and the mPAP was markedly reduced after administration of CGRP intravenousely.CONCLUSION:CGRP enhanced the NO level of pulmonary circulation blood and reduces the mPAP significantly in rabbits with ALI.  相似文献   

Effects of Sini decoction on atherosclerosis and ceramide content of aorta in rabbits

AIM:To observe the effects of Sini decoction on atherosclerosis(AS) and ceramide content of aorta in rabbits. METHODS:28 rabbits were randomly divided into three groups. Control group was fed with a normal diet; High cholesterol group was fed 1% cholesterol and 5% fat diet; Sini decotion+ high cholesterol group was fed 1% cholesterol and 5% fat diet plus Sini decotion (4.2 g·kg^-1·d^-1). At the end of study, the plaque area were measured, the atorta ceramide and cell apoptosis were also detected. RESULTS:Sini decotion diminished lipid plaque area on the aortic endothelium, reduced the levels of aorta ceramide and the apoptosis index. CONCLUSION:Sini decoction has an inhibitory effect on AS, the mechanism may be that Sini decotion reduces concentration of ceramide in aorta.  相似文献   

Effect of antifibrotic herb serum on rat hepatic stellate cell proliferation and collagen synthesis

AIM: To investigate the effect of Chinese herbs, Ganxianfang(GXF), on rat hepatic stellate cells (HSC) proliferation and collagen synthesis. METHODS: Two types of herb serum, portal venous serum and circumferential venous serum, were prepared from rats infused intragastrically with 16, 8, 4 times adult dose of GXF decoction. HSC isolated from rat liver were processed with the above sera in vitro. Then we mensurated the radioactivity of HSC admixed with [[³H]H]proline and [[³H]H]thymine to judge the effect on proliferation and collagen synthesis of HSC. RESULTS: Both two types of serum collected 0.5, 1, 2 h after intragastrical infusion inhibited HSC proliferation (P＜0.05), and the serum collected 1 h after intragastrical infusion had the strongest effect (P＜0.05). Portal serum decreasea collagen synthesis (P＜0.05), but circumferential serum had no effect (P＞0.05). CONCLUSION: Inhibition of HSC proliferation and decrease of collagen synthesis may contribute to the GXF antifibrotic action.  相似文献

以水稻乙酰乳酸合成酶(ALS)比活力为研究对象,通过在离体和活体条件下比较其对甲磺隆的敏感性水平,探讨了水稻不同品种或组合的耐药性差异机制。结果表明,离体条件下不同水稻品种或组合ALS对甲磺隆均较敏感,当甲磺隆浓度为100 μg/L时,对ALS比活力抑制率达60%以上,且活力百分比与甲磺隆浓度对数成直线负相关关系,相关程度显著或极显著;活体条件下ALS活力均受到甲磺隆不同程度的抑制,但同一品种ALS活力不随甲磺隆浓度的变化而呈现规律性变化。在甲磺隆浓度相同时,活体条件下所有供试水稻品种ALS活力均显著高于离体条件下的ALS活力,影响程度与植株耐药性差异基本一致,说明甲磺隆在水稻体内存在较强代谢失活作用,代谢失活差异是水稻不同品种或组合对甲磺隆的耐药性差异机制。  相似文献

研究了丁草胺、环庚草醚、草甘膦、苄嘧磺隆、吡嘧磺隆和环丙嘧磺隆6种除草剂对水稻纹枯病菌菌丝生长和菌核形成的影响。结果表明,在一定浓度范围内,6种除草剂均能抑制菌丝生长,减少菌核形成数量,且浓度越高,抑制能力越强,但在较高浓度范围内,除草剂可增加菌核体积;吡嘧磺隆在5μg/ml、环丙嘧磺隆在10μg/ml时可增加菌核形成数量;在含除草剂培养基上产生的菌核都可萌发。  相似文献

对目前中国7个主要香菇栽培品种：科，26，939，135，9311，申10和7402和25s rRNA基因中的D1／D2片段进行了DNA序列测定，根据DNA序列测定结果对它们之间的同源性进行了分析。结果表明，所测定的7个香菇栽培品种之间的亲缘关系非常近，同源性很高。通过聚类分析，根据香菇之间的亲缘关系，可以将这7个品种分为2类，即苏香，939和9311为一类，26，申10，135和7402为一类。  相似文献

 姜叶片晴天中午的表观量子效率( AQY) 和PSÒ光化学活性(Fv/ Fm) 显著降低, 表明有明显的光抑制现象, 而干旱、高温、强光等逆境条件可显著加重光抑制程度。土壤水分胁迫使光呼吸速率( Pr) 降低, 峰值提前, Pr/ Pn 升高; 同时使叶黄素循环库增大, (A+ Z) / ( V+ A+ Z) 上升, 表明光呼吸和叶黄素循环是姜叶片耗散过剩光能的重要途径。  相似文献

以库尔勒香梨为母本,早酥梨为父本,有性杂交选育成新梨７号品种。该品种同时兼备优质、早熟与耐贮藏性;该品种遗传了父本的早熟性,比父本更早熟１５~２０ｄ,盛花期~果实可食期约８０~９５ｄ,属于早熟品种;且遗传了母本品质性状的质地酥脆、耐贮、清香、阳面红晕,比母本果个大,果心小。果柄木质化,丰产抗风。新梨７号果实贮藏期的可溶性固形物、果实重量、果实硬度和果实前期腐烂率的变化与库尔勒香梨基本相似,但耐热能力高于母本。凡适宜香梨、早酥、苹果梨和巴梨种植的地区,都适宜该品种的种植。  相似文献
