氧化锌法诱导肥肝型种鹅换羽效果的研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
以肥肝型种鹅为研究对象,研究缩短鹅换羽期的方法,以解决种鹅季节性繁殖、年产蛋量低的技术难题.采用完全随机设计,选取24月龄青农灰鹅128只,饲喂2%氧化锌日粮,按照目标体重下降0(对照组)、20%(第1组)、25%(第2组)、30%(第3组)进行分组设计,对羽毛脱落速度、体重及产蛋率进行统计并比较分析.结果显示:①拔毛前,主翼羽和副主翼羽脱落量,第3组极显著高于第1组和对照组(P<0.01),与第2组差异不显著(P>0.05);②达到目标体重所需的时间,第3组极显著多于对照组(P<0.01),显著多于第1组(P<0.05),与第2组差异不显著(P>0.05);③第3组的开产日龄,极显著早于第1组和对照组(P<0.01),与第2组差异不显著(P>0.05);达到32%产蛋率时的换羽日龄,第3组显著早于第1组(P<0.05),极显著早于对照组(P<0.01),与第2组差异不显著(P>0.05);④试验期间的死淘率,第3组极显著高于第1组和对照组(P<0.01),显著高于第2组(P<0.05);⑤血液中微量氧化锌变化可以减少鹅采食量.表明,肥肝型种鹅饲喂13d添加2%氧化锌的日粮,体重下降25%的诱导换羽方法,死淘率较低,能够缩短换羽期,提高年产蛋量. 相似文献

该文旨在建立一种检测脊尾白虾新鲜度的无损检测方法,利用电子鼻与色差仪研究在4℃冷藏条件下不同新鲜度脊尾白虾的气味和颜色的变化规律,分别建立气味、颜色、气味结合颜色的3种新鲜度等级预测模型,并进行比较分析。结果表明,根据LAB表色系统,b*值随脊尾白虾鲜度的劣变呈正向线性相关;电子鼻可将不同新鲜度等级的脊尾白虾进行准确区分,并确定了反映其新鲜度变化的气敏传感器有5个(S6、S7、S8、S9、S10);利用气味、颜色、气味结合颜色建立的3个新鲜度等级预测模型都具有可行性(平均准确率≥90.0%),其中气味结合颜色建立的预测模型准确率最高,达到98.8%,依次为气味、颜色模型。因此,可根据气味结合颜色的预测模型对脊尾白虾新鲜度等级进行预测。 相似文献

The performance of raw bagasse (RB), and tartaric acid-modified bagasse (TAMB) as adsorbents on decolorization and chemical oxygen demand (COD) reduction of methylene blue (MB) aqueous solution was studied. The effects of five factors namely: adsorbent dosage, pH, shaking speed, contact time, and temperature on decolorization and COD reduction were studied and optimized using central composite design (CCD). The results of the analysis show that all selected factors exhibit significant effect on decolorization and COD reduction. Maximum decolorization (78.16%) and COD reduction (77.95%) for RB was achieved at 0.82 g of adsorbent dosage, pH 9.4, 122 rpm of shaking speed, 44 min of contact time, and 55°C. For TAMB, maximum decolorization (99.05%) and COD reduction (98.45%) was achieved at 0.78 g adsorbent dosage, pH 9.4, shaking speed of 120 rpm, 34 min contact time, and 49°C. TAMB was found to be more effective than RB in decolorization and COD reduction of MB aqueous solution. 相似文献

This study aimed to optimize two process variables, namely extractant concentration, i.e., di-2-ethylhexylphosphoric acid concentration ([D2EHPA]) and equilibrium pH (pHeq), in Cu(II) extraction from aqueous solutions with a soybean-oil-based organic solvent using response surface methodology by maximizing the percentage extraction (%E). A central composite design was applied, and a regression model for %E was developed. Adequacy of the model was examined, and it was found to be statistically significant. The optimum conditions were determined as follows: [D2EHPA] of 84.71?mM and pHeq of 4.46, which resulted in 99.78% of %E. In our earlier study, pre-fertilization barrier was one of the main factors causing the failure of the wide hybridization
between Chrysanthemum grandiflorum ‘Yuhuaxingchen’ and C. nankingense, and seriously restricted the utilization of the excellent chrysanthemum germplasm, C. nankingense. In order to overcome the pre-fertilization barrier and obtain some hybrids, we carried out wide hybridization between them
again in this study, and tentatively adopted three pollination techniques including mentor pollen, delayed pollination, and
gibberellic acid treatment. The average number of pollen grains germinating on stigma at 24 h after pollination and the percentage
of embryo were investigated with a temporary mount method and the technique of fluorescence microscopy. It was found that,
compared with the control, delayed pollination, gibberellic acid treatment, and mentor pollen significantly increased the
average number of pollen grains germinating on each stigma at 24 h after pollination by approximately 152, 235, and 182%,
respectively. In addition, all the three pollination techniques significantly increased the percentage of normal embryos at
different periods after artificial pollination in comparison to the control. Furthermore, seed sets of the crosses using the
three special pollination techniques were 1.1, 1.4, and 2.0%, respectively, whereas we did not obtained any seeds in the control.
Taken together, these results suggest that delayed pollination, gibberellic acid treatment, and mentor pollen are three useful
pollination techniques for overcoming pre-fertilization barriers and increasing seed set in the wide hybridization between
C. grandiflorum ‘Yuhuaxingchen’ and C. nankingense, and they may be widely applied for increasing breeding efficiency in other chrysanthemum wide hybridization facing similar
