Redesigning IT systems for specific user groups encompasses a lot of effort with respect to analysing and understanding user behaviour. The goal of this paper is to provide insights into patterns of behaviour of agricultural users, during the usage of a decision support system called OPTIRas™. This system aids agricultural users in their cultivar selection activities. We analyse logs resulting from OPTIRas™, and we get insights into user’s navigational patterns. We claim that the results of our analysis can be used to support the redesign of decision support systems in order to address specific agricultural users’ characteristics.  相似文献

通辽市科尔沁区兽医卫生监督检验所经群众举报在公安人员的协助下,于1999年11月26日晚7点30分左右,在孔家乡后西艾力村商某家查出死因不明的猪狗及副产品。随即对此书件进行立案查处,新闻单位予以电视曝光。呈现场及询问过程在商某家现场查出6头死猪。1条死狗、10张猪皮。其中3头死猪10张猪皮在库房内用羊皮遮盖。另外3头死猪1条死狗在房间内解冻。商某坦白这些死猪死狗是低价收购而得。其经营死猪死狗已有2年,死猪从几元至十几元一头,死狗几十元一条。解冻后剥皮分割出售给市场上的肉摊或熟食加工点。2立案处理商某经营死因不明猪狗行…  相似文献

The study on overvoltage for 500 kV substation caused by lightning intruded wave is presented. In this paper, we calculate by using electromagnetic transient program (EMTP) and combine substation with incoming lines ,so some influence factors can be considered such as impulse voltage second characteristic of insulator strings, lightning stroke point on the incoming lines and impulse grounding resistance of towers. The results show that the method is close to the practice and some factors of incoming lines are important to overvoltage.  相似文献

The most significant focal points of the embryo transfer technology are as follows: the selection of donors, the response of the selected donor to the superovulation protocol and the obtained number of the transferable embryos. For this purpose, it is suggested that donor selection can be done by anti‐Müllerian hormone (AMH) levels, and embryo production is evaluated. AMH is secreted by the granulosa cells of primordial, pre‐antral and antral follicles below 4 mm in the ovary, independent of FSH. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between serum AMH levels and the number of corpus luteum (CL), total embryos and transferable embryos that were shaped after a uniform superovulation protocol. For this reason, 48 Simmental cows, which were located at General Directory of Agricultural Enterprises (region, province, etc. instead of the general directorate), were used as donors for the embryo transfer. Blood samples were taken at random, regardless of the stage of animal's sexual cycle. AMH levels were measured by enzyme‐linked fluorescent assay (ELFA) method of the miniVIDAS^® (bioMérieux SA) using AMH Bovine Test Kit. According to the statistical analyses of the obtained data, AMH levels were positively correlated with CL and total embryos (p < .05). No significant correlations between AMH and transferable embryos were approved (p > .05). It was also determined that each 200 pg/ml increase in serum AMH level resulted in one increase in CL number. Overall, considering the positive correlation between AMH level and the obtained number of CL and total embryos after a superovulation treatment, it was concluded that measuring blood AMH level prior to any further costly implementation may be an effective method in donor selection.  相似文献

试验通过饲喂高脂饲料创建家兔高脂模型,配以山楂、马齿苋、甘草为降脂基础配方,分别加以权枝鸦葱等、镰叶碱蓬等、泽泻及芹菜组成配方1、配方2、配方3,通过测量总胆固醇（CHO）、甘油三酯（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）等5个指标,经过28d的治疗,结果表明：3个配方均有降血脂作用,但配方1效果作用最好.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung 1. Es gelang die vollständige kontinuierliche Zucht vonS. luniger unter hier näher beschriebenen Bedingungen.2. Die Kopulation erfolgte nur im Fluge, frühestens 4 Tage nach dem Schlüpfen, bei relativer Luftfeuchtigkeit von 65–70%.3. Die Larvenentwicklung dauerte bei 22°C 8 bis 10 Tage. Die Mortalität erreichte 40–45%. Zur Verpuppung bevorzugten die Larven lockere, feuchte Medien.4. Die Puppen entwickelten sich am schnellsten bei 22–25°C, einem Temperaturbereich, in dem auch die geringste Mortalität auftrat. Studies on the abundance, biology and harmfulness of leaf beetles (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae) in natural bush vegetation in Isparta, Turkey

Leaf beetle occurrence and abundance on certain shrubs and bushes were surveyed during 2002–2003 in several natural habitats of Isparta. The 34 leaf-beetle species collected are listed and classified according to their relative percentage of the total caught and to their associated host plants. In all habitats sampled, leaf beetles showed a preference for plants from the genera Quercus and Crataegus. Some abundant species causing serious damage to their food plants are discussed.  相似文献

In order to increase the effect of the biopreparation Thuricide HP, we mixed it with pyrethroid Ambusch, a substance highly effective against insects possessing satisfactory parameters as regards toxic residua. Using aerial application, we tested Thuricide HP as a 0.5% suspension in a dose of 1 kg in 200 l water per one ha, the same dose of the preparation combined with a sublethal dose of Ambusch (8 ml/ha, i. e., 2 g of effective substance), and Ambusch in a dose of 120 ml/ha, i. e., 30 g of effective substance/1 ha. The mortality of larvae ofO. brumata andT. viridana attained 61% after the application of Thuricide HP, 83% after Thuricide HP combined with Ambusch, 96% after treatment with Ambusch. As indicated by our results, the biopreparation killed only larvae of Lepidoptera, while pyrethroid effected the entire spectrum of insect species colonizing the crowns of the treated stand. A combination of the biopreparation with a sublethal dose of pyrethroid was sufficiently effective against the pest, with a decreased effect on the remaining insect species.  相似文献
