为探明水稻种子发芽率在贮存期间的变化规律,以"连粳7号"水稻种子的发芽率为指标,以含水量和贮存温度为考察因素,选用3×3析因试验设计、采用 SPSS软件辅助数据分析进行了试验研究。结果表明,含水量为14.5%的水稻种子在25℃下贮存180 d后其发芽率仍可达89%,含水量为11.5%的水稻种子在5℃下贮存180 d后其发芽率仍可达96.6%,水稻种子发芽率随贮存时间的延长而逐渐下降,含水量和贮存温度为影响其变化的关键因素且二者存在显著的交互作用。  相似文献

The aim of this study was to document the expression and localization of VEGF system comprising of VEGF isoforms (VEGF 120, VEGF 164 and VEGF 188) and their receptors (VEGFR1 and VEGFR2) in buffalo corpus luteum (CL) obtained from different stages of the oestrous cycle. Real‐time RT‐PCR (qPCR), Western blot and immunohistochemistry were applied to investigate mRNA expression, protein expression and localization of examined factors. In general, all the components of VEGF system (the VEGF isoforms and their receptors) were found in the water buffalo CL during the oestrous cycle. The mRNA as well as protein expression of VEGF system was highest during the early and mid‐luteal phase, which later steadily decreased (p < 0.05) after day 10 to reach the lowest level in regressed CL. As demonstrated by immunohistochemistry, VEGF protein was localized predominantly in luteal cells; however, VEGFR1 and VEGFR2 were localized in luteal cells as well as in endothelial cells. In conclusion, the dynamics of expression and localization of VEGF system in buffalo corpora lutea during the luteal phase were demonstrated in this study, indicating the possible role of VEGF system in the regulation of luteal angiogenesis and proliferation of luteal as well as endothelial cells through their non‐angiogenic function.  相似文献

天名精内酯酮酯类衍生物的抑菌活性及构效关系初步分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为进一步明确天名精内酯酮酯类化合物对番茄灰霉病菌的抑菌活性及其构效关系,采用悬滴法测定38种天名精内酯酮酯类衍生物对番茄灰霉病菌孢子萌发的抑制作用。结果表明,目标化合物对番茄灰霉病菌均有一定的抑菌活性,其中,2 氯乙酯(2)和4 吡啶甲酯(34)2个衍生物的抑菌活性均高于天名精内酯酮,分别为12.89 mg/L和15.82 mg/L,其余衍生物的活性较天名精内酯酮有不同程度的下降。构效分析表明,天名精内酯4 位取代基的改变对衍生物的抑菌活性有较大影响,引入短链烷基和杂环时衍生物的活性有所提高,而引入长链饱和烷基和芳香基会使活性降低。  相似文献

为明确新化合物唑嘧氯草胺的开发应用价值,采用室内生测法评价了新型三唑并嘧啶硫代乙酰胺类化合物唑嘧氯草胺(ZJ-2725)的除草活性、杀草谱及对作物的安全性.结果表明,唑嘧氯草胺对反枝苋等阔叶植物根的IC50为0.6994~10.3130 mg/L;而对禾本科杂草稗草和野燕麦根的IC50分别为20.3234mg/L和32.2657mg/L.唑嘧氯草胺茎叶处理对反枝苋、田旋花等的IC50为33.8708~40.7437 g/h㎡(有效成分,余同),对稗草和香附子等的IC50值为139.4231~277.6613 g/h㎡.与茎叶处理相比,土壤处理的除草效果较低.该化合物对小麦、玉米比较安全,其选择性系数分别为4.876、3.702,对白菜、油菜等双子叶作物敏感.  相似文献

Avian leukosis virus subgroup J (ALV-J) can cause a variety of neoplasms, including mainly myeloid leukosis (myelocytomatosis) and nephromas. Other tumours, such as histiocytic sarcoma (HS), haemangiosarcoma and mesothelioma, may also develop. In a previous article we described a case in which myeloid leukosis, haemangiomas and leiomyosarcomas appeared simultaneously in a commercial layer flock with infection by ALV-J. The present research was completed to understand the molecular characteristics of the ALV-J strain that induced clinical myeloid leukosis, haemangiomas and leiomyosarcomas. Two strains of ALV-J (SDAU1001 and SDAU1002) were isolated and identified, and their full-length sequences were analysed. The complete genome nucleotide sequences of these two isolates were different in length, 7652 nt and 7636 nt, respectively. They shared 98.9% identity with each other, and 93.4% to 97.8% nucleotide identity to the reference ALV-J isolates. A 19-nucleotide repeat sequence was identified in the primer binding site (PBS) leader region of isolate SDAU1001. A base substitution mutation (base 15 C-T) in this insertion was identified. However, the identical insertion at the same site was not found in SDAU1002. The gag and pol genes of the two viruses were more conserved than the env gene. One key deletion in the E element was a common feature of SDAU1001 and SDAU1002. SDAU1001 and SDAU1002, possibly recombinants of ALV-J and another avian retrovirus, may share the same ancestor. Co-infection by SDAU1001 and SDAU1002 isolates is a possible explanation why myeloid leukosis, haemangiomas, and leiomyosarcomas appeared simultaneously in the same commercial layer flock.  相似文献

国内外冬小麦品种(系)的遗传多样性分析   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
为了解从美国引进的21个冬小麦品种及中国北方旱地冬麦区19个小麦品种(系)的遗传差异,利用26对多态性SSR标记检测参试材料的遗传多态性。结果表明,26对标记在40个小麦品种中检测到175条差异带,每对引物多态性位点2~13个,平均6.73个。40份材料的遗传相似系数为0.118~0.894,平均遗传相似系数为0.339,其中相似系数最低的是引进品种1R35与1R24,为0.118;2个姊妹系品种9480-0-3-3与9480-0-3-2的相似系数最高,为0.894。且国外引进品种平均遗传距离高于国内品种,说明引进品种遗传变异基础大于国内品种。聚类分析在相似系数0.69处,将40个品种聚为5类,第Ⅰ类包含美国引进的7个品种和国内1个品种,第Ⅱ、Ⅲ及Ⅳ类均为供试的国内选育品种(系),第Ⅴ类又分为2个亚类,其中第1亚类(Ⅴ-1)全部为引进品种,第2亚类(Ⅴ-2)包含10个引进品种和8个国内品种。  相似文献

通过自主研制的高温热处理装置,对罗竹蒸笼进行高温热处理试验。试验选取正交旋转试验方案,以温度和时间为试验因素,以不同直径蒸笼的可承受最大径向压力为研究目标,研究热处理温度和时间对不同直径罗竹蒸笼的径向压力影响。结果表明,直径130 mm、205 mm、460 mm蒸笼的最佳参数组合分别为:温度144.22℃,时间为2.99 h;温度148.53℃,时间为2.72 h;温度147.31℃,时间为2.42 h。该试验为延长罗竹蒸笼使用年限和改善力学性能提供了依据。  相似文献

The 16S-23S rRNA intergenic spacer regions (ISRs) of five strains of "Fusobacterium pseudonecrophorum" which had been proposed as a new species, were compared with those of F. varium ATCC 8501T. All the strains of "F. pseudonecrophorum" exhibited of sequence similarities of 97.7% to 100% to the strain of F. varium in their 16S-23S rRNA ISR sequences. This indicates that the strains of "F. pseudonecrophorum" and the type strain of F. varium are identical at the species level.  相似文献
