Based on the optimal control theory and Lagrange interpolation an optimal design model of plane cascades of 3D blade in an arbitrary surface of revolution is established. A structural optimization algorithm is performed for single-layer Kiewit reticulated dome by means of ANASYS. In the process of optimum design, the overall weight is taken as objective function; the stress constraints and stability constraints etc are considered. Meanwhile, the geometrical non-linearity is taken into account. Then the overall stability analysis for the optimized single-layer reticulated dome is operated. The tensile strength of high strength bolt is affected by many factors, including prying force. The prying force can result in the increment of bolt force, for which the connection failed ahead of time. Several methods are presented for calculating the prying force. In the China's "Code for Design of Steel Structure" (GB50017), there is no formula for calculation of prying force and a factor of 0.8 is considered in formula for tensile strength of bolt for taking the prying force into account. It is proposed that the design value of tensile resistance for high strength bolt should be increased.  相似文献

The method and principle of the parameter design for the power train of EV is explored and discussed,then the parametersof EV. based on SC7101 are reasonably selected.The method of calculating the SOC of Lead_acid battery is provided and the relation among the electromotive force,the interior resistance, the polarized resistance and the SOC are analyzed. The capacity is compensated according to the relation between the capacity and the temperature, which is the basis on which the energy management system is designed and improved. The dynamic model which reflects the dynamic characteristics of the power train is established,then the dynamic performance of the EV based on SC7101 is simulated, and the factors that affect the continuous mileage of EV are analyzed,the measures to increase the continuous mileage are provided.The result shows that the analysis of the electric characteristics of battery and the dynamic model are correct,and the dynamic performance perfectly meets the need of the design target.  相似文献
