单核苷酸多态性(SNPs)标记在大多数物种基因组中数量巨大且分布均匀,是许多水产物种遗传研究的理想标记,因此快速发展了几种高通量、快速的SNP标记分型平台。本研究利用Golden Gate分析技术对鲤Cyprinus carpio转录组测序的1 536个SNP标记合成了一张中等密度SNP芯片,对5个鲤群体的480份样本进行基因分型。结果表明:1 235个SNP标记成功分型,约占80%;915个标记至少在一个家系中呈现多态性,占74.1%;标记最小等位基因频率(MAF)介于0.05~0.5之间,平均为0.334,其中48.9%的标记最小等位基因频率(MAF)大于平均值;5个群体中SNP标记平均多态性信息含量(PIC)在0.3左右,为中度多态,杂合度为0.010~0.990,平均为0.5左右,暗示群体具有丰富的遗传多态性,育种价值及性状改良潜力很大。本研究分型的多态性SNP标记可广泛应用于遗传多样性研究、标记-性状关联分析以及分子标记辅助育种。 相似文献

Eggs from a F1 cultured broodstock of sole were compared with eggs from wild‐caught breeders throughout one spawning season, to evaluate if egg quality may be affected by culture‐related conditions. Fourteen batches of eggs from cultured broodstock and 17 batches from wild‐caught sole were compared with respect to fatty acid (FA) composition, egg size, fertilization rate and hatching rate. Based on a multivariate analysis of the FA profiles, it was possible to discriminate between culture and wild inheritance. Eggs from cultured broodstock had high levels of C20:1(n‐9), C18:2(n‐6) and C18:3(n‐3), whereas eggs from wild fish had high levels of C16:1(n‐7), C20:4(n‐6) and C20:5(n‐3). Differences in FA profiles were most likely related to dietary differences. Fertilization and hatching rates were generally low and lowest in eggs from cultured broodstock, but not related to FA composition. Larval growth of one batch from each group was compared. Larval growth was not correlated to broodstock origin, FA composition or egg or larval size. However, larval survival was significantly lower for larvae from cultured broodstock. 相似文献

Despite the circumpolar distribution of the species, limited information is available describing factors related to spatial variation in population characteristics. Eighty‐four lakes and impoundments in the upper Midwest United States were sampled to investigate the relationships of common carp relative abundance with size structure, condition and growth rates. We also investigated abiotic factors (lake morphology, physical solids and water quality) that may broadly influence common carp populations. Common carp size structure and condition were inversely related to relative abundance. Common carp relative abundance increased and size structure shifted to smaller individuals with increased lake depth, whereas lake surface area, watershed:surface area ratio and physical solids were also important in explaining common carp abundance and size structure. Common carp condition was best explained by water quality parameters and increased with metrics of lake productivity. We conclude that knowledge of factors associated with variation in common carp populations among lakes provides insights into the autecology and broad provisions for management of this generalist invasive species. 相似文献

Potato seed tubers are imported annually to Israel from northern Europe. Although the seed is registered as certified, a survey
carried out over a 9-year period indicated that most lots were affected by latent or active bacterial and fungal infections.
Latent infection byErwinia carotovora subsp.atroseptica, the causal agent of blackleg, at a level of 103 cells/g peel, was present in 30% of the lots in most years. Black scurf caused byRhizoctonia solani was present in 20–70% of the imported lots, with a moderate to high level of infection in all years except 1985. In contrast,
although many lots were affected by powdery scab, common scab, and Fusarium dry rot in most years, disease incidence within
lots was generally low. The gangrene pathogen (Phoma exigua) was rarely detected. The survey findings are of marked importance, due to the extensive use of soil fumigation in Israeli

Nineteen analogues were synthesized by modifying the tert-butylhydrazine moieties of N'-tert-butyl-N'-(3,5-dimethylbenzoyl)-5-methyl-2,3-dihydro-1,4-benzodioxine-6-carbohydrazide and N'-tert-butyl-N'-(3,5-dimethylbenzoyl)-5-methylchromane-6-carbohydrazide (chromafenozide), and the synthesized analogues were evaluated for their insecticidal activity against Spodoptera litura F. While all of the synthesized analogues had insecticidal activity inferior to those of the lead compounds, several of the analogues nonetheless showed high insecticidal activity.
