香蕉皮脂肪酸的提取及GC-MS分析   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:2  
为了给香蕉皮变废为宝加以更广泛利用提供科学依据,以提取过挥发油后的香蕉皮为材料,利用索氏提取法提取脂肪酸。并利用气相色谱质谱联用法鉴定出了21种成分及各种成分的相对含量。结果表明,香蕉皮脂肪酸中十六碳酸(Hexadecanoic acid)的含量最高,为45.90%,2种必需脂肪酸a-亚麻酸((Z,Z,Z)-9,12,15-octadecatrienoic acid)和亚油酸((Z,Z)-9,12-octadecadienoic acid)的含量分别为20.75%和19.56%。  相似文献

abstract

The effects of various carbon sources, sucrose, glucose and fructose alone or in combination on the in vitro growth of banana plantlets were studied. Banana plants were cultured on the media supplemented with these carbon sources at 0.08 M for 13 weeks. The water potential of the medium was the highest in the medium supplemented with sucrose + glucose (-0.3 MPa), and was significantly lower in the medium supplemented with fructose alone or in combination with other carbon sources (-0.7 to -1.0 MPa) than in the other media. The leaf water potential was also the highest in the plants cultured on the medium supplemented with sucrose + glucose, and lowest in the plants cultured on that with fructose. The leaf water potential of plants cultured on sucrose + glucose, sucrose and glucose correlated well with their growth and photosynthetic activity, but the correlation was not observed in the plants cultured on fructose alone or in combination with other carbon sources. Plants cultured on fructose had a lower chlorophyll content (400 ptg dm-2) and lower photosynthetic rate (3 μmol02 m-2 s-1) than those cultured on sucrose + glucose (15,950 μgdm-2 for chlorophyll and 8.5 μmol02 m-2 s-1 for photosynthesis), and these differences were statistically significant. Both chlorophyll content and photosynthetic oxygen evolution were the highest in the plants cultured on sucrose + glucose, and the superior growth of plants on this medium was attributed to their high photosynthetic efficiency.  相似文献

采用毛细管柱气相色谱法测定香蕉果实采后成熟期的乙烯释放量,以外标法峰面积定量,以保留时间定性,乙烯测定结果相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.85%,检出限为0.062 μL/L.该气相色谱法测定香蕉乙烯释放量和生成速率具有快捷高效、灵敏度高、重复性好、结果理想等优点.香蕉果实采后不同成熟处理条件下的乙烯释放量跟踪测量中,不同成熟度的香蕉乙烯释放量变化趋势明显,外源乙烯诱导时乙烯释放量提前达到峰值,1-MCP处理下的乙烯释放量只维持在很低水平.  相似文献

Banana fruit are typically harvested at a green preclimacteric stage prior to sale. The green life (GL), which is defined as the number of days between harvesting and initiation of the natural ripening process, is important for harvesting, shipping and marketing. Sigatoka disease (SD) has previously been shown to influence the postharvest quality of banana fruit. The present study was conducted to determine (1) whether there is a relationship between the level of SD severity and the banana quality as characterized by several pomological traits and fruit green life, and (2) whether there is a level of SD severity that is acceptable for fruit exporting. In an experiment conducted with fruit harvested at a constant physiological age, our results showed that the disease decreases fruit GL. Based on the relationship established between SD severity and GL, it is possible to define an acceptable disease level threshold corresponding to a specified GL. Additionally, we found that high SD infections caused a reduction in fruit weight but did not affect fruit size. Possible explanations are discussed.  相似文献

[目的]为在生产上合理施用25%凯润乳油提供科学依据。[方法]以巴西2号为供试香蕉品种,研究25%凯润乳油不同浓度处理对香蕉黑星病的田间防治效果。[结果]随着施药时间的延长,平均病指下降,防效提高,香蕉生长正常,未发生药害。25%凯润乳油1 000、1 500和2 000倍液对香蕉叶片黑星病的防效均显著好于25%敌力脱乳油,25%凯润乳油不同浓度处理间防效差异不显著。[结论]25%凯润乳油最佳施用浓度为1 500~2 000倍,最佳施药量为750 L/hm2。  相似文献

A wild mushroom found on banana pseudo-stem sheath was isolated, and was identified as Volvariella volvacea based on both morphological and molecular characteristics. The mycelia of wild strain grew on banana leaves better than on other raw materials. Furthermore the wild strain could produce fruit bodies on banana leaves with a biological efficiency of 26.4%, on rice straw with 23.76% and on pseudo-stem sheath with 17.11% by a method that involves using non-pasteurized materials. This result indicates that it is very important for the utilization of banana wastes to produce mushroom by cultivating the wild strain.  相似文献

报道来源于台湾北蕉田间芽变体的香蕉新品系"热蕉11号"在香蕉种质资源圃中所表现的生物学特性。观测和分析结果表明:1、假茎高度比巴西蕉略低而比北蕉略高、围度则大于巴西蕉和北蕉,株型表现为粗壮、叶片宽大较紧密。2、产量高于巴西蕉和北蕉;果型外观漂亮整齐、大小适宜,果实主要营养成分指标含量也高于巴西蕉和北蕉,内在品质较好。3、叶片POD同工酶谱带有13条,"热蕉11号"多了1条强谱带4,缺乏谱带5,这说明与巴西蕉和北蕉比较,有明显遗传上差异的可能性。  相似文献

The effects of application of cassava alcohol anaerobic fermentation liquid and mulching of film on overwintering and next year's growth and yield of banana were investigated in this study.The results showed that the application of cassava alcohol anaerobic fermentation liquid with COD concentration of 1 200-2 000 mg/L(900 m~3/hm~2) and mulching of film significantly increased the soil organic matter and available potassium contents in banana orchard,improved the cold resistance of banana seedlings,increased the pseudostem height,pseudostem circumference,green leaf number and chlorophyll content of next year's banana seedlings,brought the flower bud emergence period and harvest period forward,and significantly increased the yield per plant.  相似文献

Lasiodiplodia theobromae, Thielaviopsis paradoxa, Colletotrichum musae, C. gloeosporioides, Fusarium verticillioides, and F. oxysporum were screened in vitro for sensitivity to Na2CO3, NaHCO3, CaCl2, NaCl, and NaClO. The spore germination of all pathogens was completely inhibited by Na2CO3 4g/l, NaClO 5g/l, and NaHCO3, CaCl2, and NaCl 6g/l each. Dipping the bananas for 10–15min in these concentrations reduced the incidence of crown rot (compared with the untreated fruits) 17 days after harvest in fruits treated with NaClO by 67%, with NaHCO3 by 62%, with NaCl by 38%, and with CaCl2 by 33%. Na2CO3-treated fruits had the same incidence of crown rot as untreated fruits.  相似文献

研究了200μmol/L脱落酸(ABA)和5mmol/L腐胺(Put)处理对贮藏于8℃下条件的香蕉果实耐冷性的影响及其与PAL活性及可溶性蛋白的关系。结果表明:与对照果实相比较,ABA和Put两种处理都不同程度地减轻香蕉果实贮于8℃条件下的冷害。具体表现在,两种处理均延缓了果皮颜色变暗与细胞膜透性的升高,提高了果皮可溶性蛋白含量,维持果实果皮较高的PAL活性。本文还讨论了香蕉果实耐冷性与果皮PAL活性的关系。  相似文献
