[目的]研究不同的采收成熟度对散叶生菜采后生理品质的影响.[方法]通过对生菜采后贮藏期间的失重率、含水量、呼吸强度、VC、叶绿素等理化指标和感官指标的测定,以及对散叶生菜不同成熟度指标的规定,研究未成熟、成熟和过熟3种不同成熟度对生菜采后生理品质的影响.[结果]试验表明,成熟和过熟的生菜衰减率低于未成熟的生菜,成熟和未成熟生菜的褐变及腐烂程度低于过熟生菜.未成熟生菜易失水失重,贮存至第9天时,失重率较过熟生菜高11.69%,失水率高于过熟生菜7.11%.过熟生菜易脱色,贮存至第9天时,叶绿素下降率高于未成熟生菜17%左右.过熟生菜容易受到机械损伤,出现黄褐色斑点、褐变、腐烂和其他生理疾病,且具有强烈的苦味和韧性,严重影响产品品质;成熟生菜相对未成熟生菜不易损伤且叶片呼吸速率相对较低,低于未成熟生菜约26mg/(kg.h);成熟生菜相对过熟生菜贮期可延长3d,相对未成熟生菜贮藏期可延长2d,产量高,各质量指标最为理想.[结论]试验建议根据成熟度标准考虑适时采收,选择优质的成熟生菜以保证最大经济效益以及最优的生菜质量. 相似文献

用不同硒浓度营养液以DFT方式培养奶油生菜、红叶生菜、玻璃生菜3个品种,研究了它们对硒的吸收和转化,结果表明,3个品种吸收积累硒的能力有所差异,玻璃生菜>奶油生菜>红叶生菜。各品种茎叶含硒量均与营养液硒水平呈显著正相关,r>0.9899。3个品种对无机硒的转化率均在60%以上,顺序是奶油生菜>红叶生菜>玻璃生菜。适当延长供硒的时间,有利于生菜体内无机硒向有机硒的转化,但不利于硒的积累 相似文献

Summary Resistance to lettuce mosaic virus (LMV) is derived either from cv. Gallega (g gene) or the wild accession PI251245 (mo gene). Previous studies indicated that these two genes were identical. Breeders in Europe produced numerous resistant cultivars utilisingg while in the USAmo was used. The resistance has been effective for over 20 years. However, recently there have been reports of LMV isolates causing unusually severe and sometimes necrotic symptoms on cultivars with these resistance genes. Investigations of these severe isolates have distinguished three new pathotypes in addition to the common pathotype (II) and identified a novel dominant gene for resistance. Themo/g genes confer resistance to pathotypes I and II but pathotype III possesses virulence for cultivars withg but not for those withmo. These two genes are therefore not identical but are probably either closely linked genes or alleles. Pathotype IV possesses virulence for all lettuce lines so far tested. Some isolates of this pathotype are seed transmitted in cultivars possessingmo org and have caused severe crop losses in southern France. A total of 1027 genotypes of wild Lactuca spp. (L. serriola, L. saligna, and L. aculeata), originating from Israel, Jordan, East Turkey, Armenia, Kazakhstan, China, and various other countries in Europe were screened
for resistance to the lettuce downy mildew (Bremia lactucae Regel). The genotypes of L. serriola (N = 962); L. saligna (N = 43); and L. aculeata (N = 22) were tested at the seedling stage with two isolates of B. lactucae (race Bl-21 and Isr-74) isolated from cultivated lettuce in Italy and Israel, respectively. Altogether, the isolates possess
virulence against 17 out of 20 Dm genes/R-factors composing the established differential set of lettuce lines/varieties. They could therefore be used for preliminary
detection of the presence of new resistance factors. A total of 83 and three genotypes of L. serriola and L. saligna, respectively, were resistant to infection by each of the two isolates alone as well as to the infection by a mix of the
two isolates. These genotypes probably carry previously unknown resistance, and therefore could be suitable for exploitation

In a series of repeated trials, six Trichoderma spp. strains, applied as a dried powder from a liquid fermentation in molasses/yeast medium, proved to be consistent at promoting the growth of lettuce (Latuca sativa L.) seedlings grown in a peat-sand potting compost in the glasshouse. Strains WT, 92, 20, and 75 at 0.75% or 1% w:w concentrations increased shoot dry weight by up to 26%, although WT did inhibit germination. For example, after 4 days only 13% of seeds sown in WT 1% w:w treated compost had germinated, whereas in other treatments germination was consistently greater than 32%. WT increased shoot fresh and dry weights by 14.3 g and 0.6 g per pot, respectively, without affecting the root dry weights, to give concomitant increases in shoot: root ratios of fresh and dry weight.
