随机设计，饮水添加不同剂量的25-OH—D3研究对肉仔鸡生产性能的影响。结果表明：①饮水添加18μg／kg25--OH—D3，可提高肉鸡采食量，提高肉鸡增重，明显降低料肉比，差异显著（P〈0．05）；②饮水添加18μg/kg25-OH-D3，各项屠宰指标均高于对照组且差异显著（P〈0．05）；③饮水添加18μg／kg 25-OH—D3，可获得最高经济效益。  相似文献   

Abnormal synaptic protein expression in two Arabian horses with equine degenerative myeloencephalopathy

Numerous swollen neurons and multiple dystrophic axons were observed in the gracillis and cuneatus nuclei of two male Arabian horses, aged six and 12 months of age, with equine degenerative myeloencephalopathy. Swollen neurons and dystrophic axons showed synaptophysin, synaptosomal-associated protein of 25 kDa, syntaxin-1 and alpha-synuclein immunoreactivity. Moreover, dystrophic axons were strongly immunopositive against the ubiquitin protein and against the anti-phosphorylated 200 kDa neurofilament protein. Abnormal expression of integral synaptic vesicle, synaptic vesicle-associated presynaptic plasma membrane and cytosolic proteins, which participate in the trafficking, docking and fusion of the synaptic vesicle to the plasma membrane, suggest that severe disruption of axonal transport plays a crucial role in the pathogenesis of dystrophic axons in equine degenerative myeloencephalopathy (EDM).  相似文献   

Identification of a new pathotype of Puccinia hordei with virulence for the resistance gene Rph7

Barley leaf rust resistance gene Rph7, derived from barley accession Cebada Capa, is the most effective R-gene for resistance to Puccinia hordei. Virulence for this gene was known in the USA, Israel and Morocco but not yet in Europe. We found an unexpected leaf rust infection in the field at Córdoba, Spain in 2004 on Rph7 carrying lines. This virulence for Rph7 was confirmed in growth chamber experiments, being the first report of Rph7 virulence in European populations of P. hordei. A collection of 680 barley accessions was screened for resistance against this new isolate. Twelve accessions showed segregation with individual plants showing resistance based on hypersensitivity (low infection type). These individual resistant plants were selected and grown in the greenhouse to obtain seeds.  相似文献   

Association between development of CD4⁺CD25⁺ regulatory T cells and thymus CD4^-CD25⁺ cells

AIM: To explore the correlation between development of CD4⁺CD25⁺ regulatory T cells (CD4⁺CD25⁺ Tr) and thymus CD4^-CD25⁺ cells. METHODS: The ratios of CD4⁺CD25⁺ regulatory T cells to CD4+ T cells in thymus, spleen, lymph node and peripheral blood of mice from birth to mature and also the ratios of CD4^-CD25⁺ cells to CD4^- T cells in thymus were measured by flow cytometry. Purified CD4⁺CD25⁺ T cells and CD4⁺CD25^- T cells were labeled with CFDA-SE, and then stimulated with various kinds of stimulators. RESULTS: The percentages of CD4⁺CD25⁺ Tr in mouse spleen, lymph nodes and peripheral blood increased gradually, but not in thymus, from day one to week 10 of the age with rapid rising from day one to week 1. The percentages of CD4^-CD25⁺ cells in mouse thymus were quite high on day one after birth, and decreased rapidly from day one to week 1. Both CD4⁺CD25⁺ Tr and CD4⁺CD25^- T cells showed no proliferation in response to ConA, while CD4⁺CD25⁺ Tr showed a transient enlargement of cell size. Both CD4⁺CD25⁺ Tr and CD4⁺CD25^- T cells underwent proliferation in response to PDB plus ionomycin. CD4⁺CD25^- T cells, but not CD4⁺CD25⁺ Tr, showed a proliferative response to the stimulation of coated anti-CD3 plus soluble anti-CD28 antibody, however, CD4⁺CD25⁺ Tr showed significant proliferation and CD4⁺CD25^- T cells showed a stronger response in addition of high dose of IL-2. CONCLUSION: The thymus CD4^-CD25⁺ cells are probably the precursor of CD4⁺CD25⁺ Tr during cell development.  相似文献

棉花黄萎病抗菌肽25a2的生物信息学分析

25a2是从解淀粉芽孢杆菌（Bacillus amyloliquefaciens）中分离出来的一个棉花黄萎病抗菌肽。利用生物信息学工具分析了抗菌肽25a2的氨基酸序列,预测其信号肽、跨膜区、理化特征、结构域、二级结构、三级结构等性质。结果显示,该蛋白属于分泌蛋白,其序列包含位于N端的一个信号肽和位于C端的一个跨膜区。25a2的二级结构以自由卷曲为主,属于混合型蛋白,三级结构为一个致密的球状。以上特征表明该抗菌肽最可能的作用机制是＂地毯＂模式。  相似文献   

早熟·高产·优质玉米品种京科25述评

[目的]对早熟、高产、优质玉米品种京科25进行评价。[方法]通过文献数据阐述了京科25的农艺特征,根据北京市和国家玉米品种区试和生产试验结果,叙述了京科25在历年各级试验中的产量表现,介绍了该品种的品质、抗逆性、耐密性和适种区域。[结果]京科25年际间稳产性好,增产潜力大,夏播具有12 000.0 kg/hm^2以上的高产潜力。在北京市2年区试中该品种平均产量8 080.5 kg/hm^2,比对照唐抗5号增产12.6%,国家2年区试平均产量8 154.0 kg/hm^2,比对照唐抗5号增产20.5%。该品种抗丝黑穗病、矮花叶病、大小斑病和玉米螟等,抗旱性强,籽粒容重774 g/L,粗蛋白10.42%,达到国家1级玉米标准。[结论]京科25在天津、河北、河南等省市具有较好的推广应用前景。  相似文献

为探讨烟草orf25基因与雄性不育性的关系,以处于生殖生长期的烟草雄性不育系MS革新3号及其保持系革新3号为研究材料,运用荧光定量技术测定orf25基因的表达量,同时测定ATP酶活性。结果表明,orf25基因在保持系不同器官中的表达量比不育系的相对较高,而在同一材料中,orf25基因在花器官中的表达量最高,叶片次之,根部表达量相对较低;ATP酶活性也是保持系的比不育系的相对较高,而在同一材料中,花器官中的ATP酶活性也最高,而叶与根之间则无显著差异。相关性分析表明,同一器官中orf25基因的表达量与ATP酶活性之间存在着极显著的正相关。  相似文献
