以晋中地区枣园为例,探索桃小食心虫(Carposina sasakii Matsumura)常规性诱芯和诱捕器田间应用基本参数。结果表明:市场主要的四个厂家的诱芯对桃小食心虫均可有效动态监测;若大量诱捕,D厂家的诱芯诱捕量最大。采用水盆诱捕器时,水盆直径为35~40cm、诱捕间距为20~25m、高度为2.0~2.5m时,诱捕量显著多于其他处理;水盆颜色对桃小食心虫成虫的诱捕量差异不显著。综合考虑经济成本及使用方法便利,建议:水盆直径20~30cm,间距20~25m,监测高度1.5m,大量诱捕尽量高些。  相似文献

4种甜菜夜蛾性诱剂大田诱捕效果比较   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
通过大田试验,对4种甜菜夜蛾性诱剂的诱捕效果进行了测定,并分析比较不同时间段的性能差异。结果表明,在1~30d内,诱芯A、B、C在日均诱蛾量、最高单日诱蛾量、总诱蛾量上都要显著优于诱芯D;1~10d内,诱芯A的诱捕量最高,诱芯B和C的诱捕量差别较小;11~20d内,诱芯B的诱捕量最高,诱芯A的诱捕量次之,但都明显高于诱芯C,D;21~30d内,诱芯A,B,D的诱捕量相似,但是以诱芯A的略高于诱芯B,D,而诱芯C的诱捕量反而最低。31~45d,诱蛾量为B〉A〉D〉C;4种诱芯诱蛾灵敏度依次为B〉D〉A〉C;其中以诱芯B的诱蛾灵敏度最高,为88.15%,诱芯D次之为74.07%,A和C分别为67.41%,61.48%。  相似文献

利用性信息素控制害虫是无公害农业生产者的一种方法,引进日本产复合搅乱剂-A的迷向法控制苹果桃小食心虫、金纹细蛾、卷叶蛾等几种主要害虫试验,无论是连续二年还是当年的处理,其危害率都较对照降低40%~90%,且复合性信息素一次处理,简便易行。引进的桃小食心虫和金纹细蛾性诱剂进行的大量诱捕防治试验,也取得一定效果,特别是诱蛾量高于国产性诱剂的诱蛾量。  相似文献

Trap bags were used to assess the presence of an Armillaria species in a Pinus koraiensis plantation in Heilongjiang,China.216 trap bags containing bark were p1aced in three plots at 2×2m spacing.Afer 10 weeks,the presence of Armillaria was determined from the growth of rhizomorphs in the trap bags.The trap bag method proved successful in determining the presence of viable Armillaria rhizomorphs where only a few dead trees showed signs of the diseade.The distribution of positive traps corresponded generally with the presence of rhizomorphs in the soil taken from the trap holes.However,the trap bags were superior to soil samples for evaluating the presence of viable rhizomorphs.The fresh,abundant rhizomorphs were easily identified by persons inexperienced in the assessment of Armillaria root rot.Several practical problems need to solved before the method is applicable in general forest manage-ment in China.  相似文献

Monoclonal antibodies (MAbs) developed against different foot-and-mouth disease virus (FMDV) vaccine strains were extensively used to study any possible antigenic variations during vaccine production in Argentine facilities. Additionally, a typing ELISA using strain specific MAbs was developed to detect potential cross contaminations among FMDV strains in master and working seeds with high specificity and sensitivity and to confirm strains identity in formulated vaccines. This assay was carried out for the South American strains currently in use in production facilities in Argentina (A24/Cruzeiro, A/Argentina/01, O1/Campos and C3/Indaial) and for the strain O/Taiwan, produced only for export to Asia. These non-cross reactive MAbs were also used to analyze the integrity of viral particles belonging to each one of the individual strains, following isolation of 140S virions by means of sucrose density gradients from the aqueous phase of commercial polyvalent vaccines. Antigenic profiles were defined for FMDV reference strains using panels of MAbs, and a coefficient of correlation of reactivity with these panels was calculated to establish consistent identity upon serial passages of master and production seeds. A comparison of vaccine and field strain antigenic profiles performed using coefficients of correlation allowed the rapid identification of two main groups of serotype A viruses collected during the last FMD epidemic in Argentina, whose reactivity matched closely to A/Argentina/2000 and A/Argentina/2001 strains.  相似文献

The kaka (Nestor meridionalis) is a threatened, endemic New Zealand parrot that is declining primarily because of predation by introduced mammals. Numbers of female kaka surviving to sexual maturity more than compensated for adult female mortality at three sites with predator control but not at three unmanaged sites. Nesting success at the sites with predator control was significantly greater (?80%) than at unmanaged sites (?38%) while predation on adult females was significantly less (5% c.f. 65%). Predation was the most common cause of nesting failure at all sites. Stoats (Mustela erminea) appeared to be the main predator, although evidence of possum (Trichosurus vulpecula) predation on eggs, nestlings and nesting females was also found. These results suggest that control of stoats and possums can potentially reverse the decline of the kaka on the main islands of New Zealand.  相似文献

Sediment removal capacity is assessed for a constructed mangrove wetland, and a non-vegetated settling pond that are both used for filtering water in tropical aquaculture. The assessment is performed through sediment budget analysis using data of suspended sediment concentration collected from optical backscatter sensors. The sensors were deployed at the pond's inlet and outlet. These data sets provide a measure of trapping efficiency of each pond with different flow regimes and settling areas. The tides influenced flow in the wetland but none was felt in the settling pond. The average trapping efficiency obtained for the vegetated and the non-vegetated ponds was (40±33) and (70±36)%, respectively. The deposition rate calculated for the vegetated and non-vegetated pond ranges between 13–174 g/m2 per h (average=63 g/m2 per h) and 10–19 g/m2 per h (average=14 g/m2 per h), respectively. The efficiency of vegetated and non-vegetated ponds is likely to be improved by decreasing the aspect ratio (length/width) from the current value of 6 to 1 and of 5 to 1, respectively.  相似文献

[目的]明确不同类型黄板对大田葡萄二黄斑叶蝉越冬成虫的诱杀效果。[方法]研究了2种市售黄板(北京中捷黄板和浙江台州黄板)和1种自制黄板对葡萄二黄斑叶蝉越冬代成虫的大田诱杀效果。[结果]2种市售黄板的诱杀效果好于自制黄板;3种黄板正、反两面对该虫越冬代成虫的诱虫效果差异不显著;3种黄板大田诱杀双翅目、鞘翅目昆虫的效果最好,但对天敌昆虫具有一定杀伤力。[结论]为探索葡萄园无公害防治技术提供了理论依据。  相似文献

应用佳多频振式杀虫灯对水稻害虫进行诱集,结果表明该杀虫灯可诱集到30种左右的昆虫,对主要水稻害虫均有诱集作用。通过将灯控施药区、灯控不施药区、非灯控施药区、非灯控不施药区4种处理防治效果进行对比,发现灯控施药区与灯控不施药区防效差异不显著,防效均达80%以上,而与非灯控不施药区差异显著。此杀虫灯虽对天敌有一定诱集作用,但对害虫的综合防治效果明显。通过对4个处理地的水稻产量比较及灯诱与化防成本计算,该杀虫灯具有成本低、无污染的优势,可用于水稻害虫的防治。  相似文献
