The GreenSeeker? optical sensor is used as a management decision aid in many crops across the world. This sensor measures the normalized difference vegetative index (NDVI). It has been observed that when the by-plot coefficients of variation (CV) from the GreenSeeker? sensor NDVI readings in winter wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) was incorporated into the midseason calculation of the response index (RI), RI at harvest was better predicted than with NDVI alone. This study further evaluated the use of CV's collected from both small 1.48 m2 and large 17.0 m2 areas. Trials consisted of 3 seeding rates by 4 nitrogen rates. Results from this study showed that CV from NDVI readings and plant population were negatively correlated. Improved prediction of RI by utilizing CV was not found. It was however observed that when CV's were less than 5.0 and NDVI values were greater than 0.80 the RI was less than 1.2.  相似文献

采用积分光密度法对产碱杆菌(Alcaligenes sp.)降氰酶基因在大肠杆菌中的高效表达进行了诱导条件优化,以工程菌BL21(DE3)-pET28a-cdE的诱导表达条件进行优化,以提高目的蛋白的产量和活性。结果显示,重组菌表达降氰酶的最佳诱导条件为温度28℃,初始菌体浓度OD600值为0.6,IPTG浓度为0.8mmol/L,诱导时间12h。研究发现,诱导剂的添加浓度对外源蛋白的表达水平具有显著影响,使用终浓度为0.8mmol/L的IPTG,诱导表达12h,降氰酶蛋白收率达到143.27mg/L,比活力达到11560 U/mg。与不添加诱导剂相比,重组蛋白的收率和比活力分别提高了64倍和9倍。  相似文献

对单壁碳纳米管包层平面光波导TE模的模式特性进行了分析,研究波导结构对单壁碳纳米管包层平面波导模场的影响,讨论了波导的有效折射率、光强分布同波导介质层厚度和折射率之间的关系。结果表明,在碳纳米管包层厚度为1μm,波导区厚度在2μm,波导有效折射率为1.61时,碳纳米管包层内光强较大,有利于碳纳米管的非线性饱和吸收。研究结果为基于单壁碳纳米管可饱和吸收体的超短脉冲波导激光器的设计提供了理论指导。  相似文献

THis Paper derscribes a novel all-fiber compensation network with three access-couplers for improving the stability of amplitude modulated fiber optical sensors. and its optimumstructure which is indepent on environment effects. We also describe the sealing method of the com-pensation network and the experiment of its coupler parameter variation caused by tempertare andvibration. The control signals of conventional car lighting and signal control system which is not possess self-diagnosing function are transmitted via special wiring harness, with which the drivers are not able to discover a trouble and an accident may be occur when car running. Once fault occurs on the optical cable, it will seriously impair communication. In order to solve the terrible result caused by faults, the system implements the management of the spatial database of the optical cable and the information along it and location fault spots with celerity and legitimacy, according to the spatial and environmental characteristics on geographic distribution of the optical cable network and based on GIS, as it displays the multimedia information around the fault spot, such as landform and physiognomy. Combining the buffer with path analysis function of GIS, the system searches for the optimum path to the fault spot on the optical cable, and also gives emergency schemes to dispose the fault. This application has gained a satisfactory result for effectively managing communication optical cable resources, shortening the repair time, and diminishing the loss caused by faults.  相似文献
