以木薯品种南植199种茎为材料,以常温25℃为对照,研究在持续10℃与4℃低温胁迫以及卸除低温胁迫后木薯腋芽中丙二醛、可溶性淀粉、蛋白质、游离氨基酸含量以及保护酶活性等生理生化变化。结果表明:木薯腋芽中丙二醛含量随着处理时间延长逐渐增加,尤其对照均较之低温处理的高。在处理后120 h,低温处理与对照一样,其可溶性淀粉、可溶性蛋白质与游离氨基酸含量、POD总活性、SOD活性都有所下降。而在卸除低温处理后,低温处理的可溶性淀粉、蛋白质与游离氨基酸含量、POD总活性、SOD活性均升高,尤其是低温处理的可溶性蛋白质含量与POD总活性、SOD活性均比对照的高,达到极显著差异。表明适宜低温有利于木薯种茎的保存。  相似文献

水杨酸和脱落酸浸种对低温下扁蓿豆种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响

为筛选出提高低温下扁蓿豆（Medicago ruthenica）种子发芽能力的处理措施,本研究选取水杨酸（salicylic acid,SA）和脱落酸（abscisic acid,ABA）分别对扁蓿豆进行了7种不同浓度的浸种处理,测定了2种外源物质对低温下扁蓿豆种子发芽势﹑发芽率﹑发芽指数﹑活力指数、根长和芽长的影响。结果表明,2种外源物质浸种处理下扁蓿豆种子的发芽势﹑发芽率﹑发芽指数﹑活力指数,根长和芽长均呈先升高后降低的趋势,初次发芽天数无变化。供试处理中,低浓度的SA（0.1～10 μmol·L^-1）和ABA（0.001～0.5 μmol·L^-1）对扁蓿豆种子萌发﹑根长和芽长均有促进作用,且对根长和芽长的促进效果较种子萌发好,高浓度的SA（>20 μmol·L^-1）和ABA（>1 μmol·L^-1）显著抑制了种子萌发及根和芽的伸长（P<0.05）。通过模糊数学隶属函数的综合评价,0.05 μmol·L^-1的ABA浸种处理是低温下促进扁蓿豆种子萌发和幼苗生长的最佳浓度。  相似文献

对2个具有低温抗性差异的葫芦砧木A12、A05及西瓜TRM进行低温处理,试验结果表明,葫芦幼苗(0.43~0.71)的低温抗性显著高于西瓜(1.0),4℃条件下A12的耐低温性高于A05,6℃条件下相反;3叶期2个砧木间冷害指数差异显著,且叶绿素含量变化均达极显著,叶绿素含量变化程度与冷害指数具有显著正相关(R2=0.65),因此,叶绿素含量可以作为耐低温葫芦砧木材料选择的一个标准,且3叶1心期6℃为相对较好的低温处理条件。  相似文献

为探究低磷胁迫对红豆草(Onobrychis viciaefolia)光合作用、叶绿素荧光以及内源激素的影响,本试验采用营养液沙培法,以耐低磷5号和磷敏感1号红豆草为试验材料,设置常磷(1.00 mmol·L^-1 KH₂PO₄)和低磷(0.01 mmol·L^-1 KH₂PO₄)胁迫处理,于不同胁迫天数后测定形态、光合以及内源激素含量变化。结果表明：低磷胁迫抑制红豆草生长和光合作用,在低磷胁迫下,除非光化学淬灭系数外,供试红豆草叶绿素荧光参数均下降。随着胁迫时间的延长,2份红豆草材料地上和地下部玉米素(ZT)、脱落酸(ABA)、生长素(IAA)和赤霉素(GA₃)及其之间的比值变化趋势不一致,耐低磷红豆草地上和地下部ZT,GA₃,IAA,ABA耐低磷系数大于磷敏感材料。相关性分析表明,IAA与光合作用和叶绿素荧光显著相关,ABA与IAA,ZT,GA₃呈负相关。研究结果可为红豆草耐低磷特性研究提供...  相似文献

The engineering design of sewage treatment plant for the Chongqing city, P. R. China is analyzed in this paper. Considering the situation of China and other projects, the characteristics of falling water reactor for the environment protection project and economy of investment is introduced ; the application and foreground of falling water aeration in the process of sewage treatment is discussed, such as Oxidation - ditch, SBR, and so on. The conclusion indicated that the falling water aeration can be designed and used as an independent aeration, and, it is an upgraded technology of sewage treatment which is adaptive for city water environment control in middle and small towns in China. The falling water aeration may reduce running cost of the sewage treatment plant, is adaptive for foothill and the mountainous areas, and reduces project investment and environments damage.  相似文献
