在运动学和动力学分析的基础上,就平模成型机压辊产生的滑动作用进行讨论分析,研究产生最大动压力所需要的条件,为平模成型机的优化设计提供理论依据。结果表明:平模成型机压辊的滑动作用是有利于物料压缩成型的,在一定程度上增加物料的预压缩行程。数学模型的建立有利于平模成型机精确控制压辊的运动状态,提高成型机的工作效率。  相似文献

【目的】采用接触角法测量不同类型烟叶的表面自由能,为烟叶表面润湿性的量化表征和加香加料生产工艺的改进提供理论依据。【方法】以2010年云南产的白肋烟、烤烟和香料烟为试验对象,利用视频光学接触角测量仪测定不同探测液与3种云南烟叶表面的接触角,计算烟叶的表面自由能及其分量。【结果】云南产的白肋烟、烤烟和香料烟的表面自由能比较接近,分别为25.21,25.77和27.15mN/m;极性分量和色散分量所占比例差别显著,对色散分量而言,香料烟高达92.3%,而烤烟仅为41.1%,白肋烟居中,为65.5%。【结论】3种云南烟叶的表面自由能较低,属于低能表面,较难被水润湿,较易被一些特定表面张力的液体润湿。  相似文献

ObjectiveAtrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) and cardiac troponin I (cTnI) serve as biomarkers for increased cardiac pressure/volume loading and for myocardial stress or damage. The objective was to describe the time course of plasma ANP concentrations (CpANP) and plasma cTnI concentrations (CpcTnI) in horses with mitral regurgitation (MR) compared to healthy horses at rest and after exercise, and to describe the relationship of CpANP with cardiac dimensions and intracardiac pressures.Animals15 healthy Warmblood horses and 7 Warmblood horses with MR.MethodsCardiac dimensions at rest were measured using echocardiography. All horses underwent standardized treadmill exercise. Biomarker concentrations and intracardiac pressures were measured at rest and after exercise. Hypotheses were tested using statistical methods. The level of significance was P < 0.05.ResultsHorses with MR showed increased left atrial (LA) and left ventricular (LV) dimensions but similar exercise capacity compared to healthy horses. Pulmonary capillary wedge pressures (PCWP) and CpANP increased with exercise. Horses with MR had higher PCWP and higher CpANP at rest and after exercise compared to healthy horses, with the maximum difference in CpANP reached 10 min after exercise. CpANP was significantly related to PCWP and – although inconsistently and only in healthy horses – to echocardiographic indices of LA and LV size and function. CpcTnI was low throughout the study in both groups.ConclusionsCpANP is increased in horses with MR and is related to LA pressures and to left heart dimensions. MR is not necessarily associated with exercise intolerance and exercise-induced myocardial stress or damage.  相似文献

Objective To determine whether the distance between Schwalbe’s line (the peripheral termination of Descemet’s membrane, i.e., the borderline between the cornea and sclera) and the anterior lens capsule (SLD) is an applicable parameter for correcting raw ultrasound biomicroscopic values of the canine iridocorneal angle (ICA) and to establish a comparative system for the ICA values in different canine breeds with varied body sizes/weights. Animal studied The dogs were divided into four groups based on body weight (BW): <4 kg, 4–8 kg, 8–20 kg, and >20 kg, and 180 normotensive eyes were studied. Procedures The ICA microstructure was examined by ultrasound biomicroscopy (UBM) using 40‐MHz probes in dogs with or without anesthesia/sedation. Linear regression analysis and correlation coefficients were evaluated between SLD or SLD2 and UBM measurements; subsequently, noncorrected and SLD‐corrected UBM values were statistically assessed. Results Significant linear correlations were detected between SLD and the ciliary cleft width, the minimum distance between the angle recess and the scleral venous plexus, and the scleral thickness. Positive linear correlations were also demonstrated between SLD2 and the ciliary cleft area as well as the scleral venous plexus area. Raw UBM measurements were corrected by using a ratio with SLD on the distance or SLD2 on the area. Although noncorrected UBM measurements increased with canine BW, SLD‐corrected UBM values remained similar with no significant statistical differences in any of the dogs. Conclusions Correction with SLD would be clinically useful for comparing UBM measurements of the ICA in dogs with different body sizes/weights.  相似文献

Cucumber fruits (Cucumis sativus L., cv. Trópico F1) grown on perlite substrate and NFT (Nutrient Film Technique) were harvested during two seasons (winter and spring) to monitor the effects of climatic conditions and hydroponic growth systems on fruit quality at harvest. The best fruit quality at harvest, as measured by lightness and hue angle parameters, was obtained during the 3 weeks following the first winter picking. When values of a parameter of preharvest climate value called G* were lower than 0.4 MJ m−2 °C day−1 interval−1, the cucumber achieved its optimum quality at harvest, as measured by the dark green color of the skin. NFT-grown fruits showed darker and greener skin color (higher hue angle and lower lightness) compared with perlite-grown fruit, irrespective of the season considered. During the winter season, the plant transpiration rate was 30% higher in perlite than in NFT culture, which correlates with higher differences in G* and 40% additional yield in perlite. However, in spring G* was not sensitive enough to discriminate between the two hydroponic systems. In general, fruit quality at harvest in spring was lower than during the winter, due to flesh whitening, higher longitudinal and equatorial calibers, and slightly higher pH, as well as worse epidermal color coordinates (ranging from the dark and dull green color typical of winter fruit to light and a vivid green-yellow color). During the spring season, NFT-grown fruit were less acid than perlite-grown fruit with no apparent correlation with the climatic conditions or fruit nutrition.  相似文献

Pectinate ligament dysplasia (PLD) in dogs is a congenital ocular abnormality affecting the iridocorneal angle, the presence of which may be associated with adult-onset primary glaucoma. This paper describes the objectives, methods and results of a survey of PLD in Flat Coated Retrievers in the UK, including the technique used for gonioscopic assessment of the degree of PLD. In a random sample of 389 Flat Coated Retrievers, 34.7% were found to have a degree of PLD. In a 'target' sample of 48 Flat Coated Retrievers (close relatives of dogs from the random sample with high degrees of PLD, or dogs presented with primary glaucoma), 83.3% were found to have a degree of PLD. The percentage of animals with a degree of PLD was only 6.0% in a 'control' sample of 100 dogs from other breeds. The relationship between PLD and canine glaucoma is discussed.  相似文献

We investigated the prevalence of an anatomic variant of the proximal femur, termed the broomstick-like femoral head and neck formation, and its influence on the Féderation Cynologique Internationale (FCI) hip dysplasia score in 294 German Shepherd dogs. One-hundred and eighty (61%) of the 294 dogs in our study had this anatomic variant. The calculated area of the femoral heads in dogs with a broomstick-like conformation was 4.5 +/- 0.6 cm2 on the hip-extended view. In dogs with a normal femoral head, the calculated area of the femoral head was significantly larger at 4.8 +/- 0.6 cm2 (P < 0.05). In the frog-leg view, there was no significant difference in femoral head area between dogs with the broomstick-like conformation and normal dogs. There was no difference in the antetorsion angle between dogs with broomstick-like conformation and normal dogs. There was also no difference in the distraction ratio between the two phenotypes. The official FCI hip score was similar in dogs with and without the broomstick-like conformation. The average heritability of the broomstick-like conformation was 0.3 +/- 0.1, suggesting heritable influence. We conclude that the broomstick-like conformation is a common finding in the German shepherd dog and has genetic base. The broomstick-like conformation does not appear to be associated with the presence of canine hip dysplasia and it can therefore be assumed to be a normal anatomic variant.  相似文献
